ABroom and BloomMatt has been cleaning our house for many years now. He does such a great job. He gets every nook and cranny and when he sees something needs to be done he does it without even having to be asked. Recently I had my first baby and with having a dog in the house I definitely needed my carpets cleaned! Matt did such an awesome job there wasn’t a single stain left on our 12+ year old carpeting. Stains all over and some I thought were permanent and no way would ever come out. Matt came out and cleaned them and now it looks like we had new carpet installed. They were patient and attended to the area's that I had concerns about. I watched them work and they went slow enough to clean thoroughly, not a quick surface clean. They paid close attention to the baseboard area and made sure to clean against those hard to reach spots. They were able to reach smaller areas and clean those as well. AKen came out within an hour of being called. He mopped the floor with anti microbial, took off some dormant mold from the wall and placed his drying equipment. Two other employees came each morning for the next 3 days and took humidity readings. Professional, on time and very reasonably priced.

CHe was late 2 hours and didn't finish until late in the evening. He left with the Security Door unable to be locked and the Exterior door dragged and had light coming in various places. He thought that I was ok with his workmanship as he had said. Came back another day and said that he hung the door properly but that the steel frame was wrong for my house. Although, I questioned him when we were moving it out of the box if he could install it. He stated no problems. But now it was the steel door that had a problem.
