EMA Construction provided very high quality work and were very professional. EMA Construction removed the deteriorated wood and replaced with new cedar, put in new screens, then stained the new cedar. The were very prompt in scheduling and completing the work and were very good in keeping us informed. We were very pleased with the end result and would certainly recommend them.

Pete Arnold & Company did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our house. We changed the color scheme and it was a big transformation. The quality of the work was excellent! Matt, Dillon, and their crew were on time every day and were very professional. We made several additions or changes to the work as it progressed, and they were very flexible and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company.

They were very responsive in giving me a quote. The workers were very polite and professional, always showing up first thing in the morning and making sure to clean up at the end of the day. The quality of the work was very good.

Our first project (remove existing fencing) with Couch was great! Quick, easy, friendly! However our second project with Couch was a different story! They sent a loser (subcontracted) man named "Mike" (James Michael Burchett) to do the job and he ended up being a complete nightmare! He insisted we pay him more cash to finish the job correctly (which like idiots we paid!) Even though the job is STILL incomplete! **Thankfully Terry seems to be willing to work with us and properly fix our fence. Well see Sadly however Terry likely cant help us get back the money Mike stole from us to do our deck! YES. While on the clock for the fencing company Mike quoted us on a decking job which he never did. He literally destroyed our deck (leaving it unsafe for our young kids and trashing our newly remodeled backyard) TOOK OUR CASH and RAN!!! I have no doubt he has done this MANY times and gets away with it. A**hole. Long story short - IF you go with Couch be sure they DONT send a white man named Mike - late 50s, brown hair (cigarette hanging from his mouth), drives either a beat up red truck or green Jeep Grand Cherokee. Oh and he sometimes has his teenage daughter working with him! Youll really know its him bc hell be quoting you cash deals on projects left and right. STAY AWAY!!!

A+++++ Rob and his team are kind, committed, hardworking, skilled, and talented hard-scapers, landscapers, and water-scapers. I was blessed the day I called Rob after approximately 30 other phone calls. The job we desired included so many aspects of landscaping - all other companies could do one or two but not all the required landscaping, hardscaping, and waterscaping. Rob created and his team built a backyard oasis that is beyond my wildest dreams. Rob is so pleasant with every desire to start and complete a project to the customer's expectations. His team works so hard no matter the conditions. They waste not a moment, work long hours, and clean up each and every day before leaving. They are such tremendous people with very challenging jobs. Rob created a "mountain" waterfall in our backyard that could easily be in front of a business, yet it's in my yard. Rob prices his jobs fairly and did everything we wanted without fail. I cannot overstate my pleasure to do business with Rob.

I am not big on reviews because its a bother to me. That being said I had to write a little about Jeremy Klaene. We needed our chimney repaired and got 5 estimates from various contractors. Klaene was right in the middle. The price was fair and the work was excellent. They do business the old fashioned way. My only complaint was it took awhile to get back and do the work because they were so busy. It was worth the wait. When finished they cleaned up and left without even asking for payment. I called Jeremy and asked about paying for the work, and he said " No problem, I will send you a bill ". Who does that anymore? Apparently B.A. Klaene does. Trust is a big factor for me and I would trust this company to do any concrete work I needed.

Austin and his team are great. I was worri d about pressure washing my siding as I was worried it wasnt installed properly everywhere. Their system of spraying the house with tha cleaning agent and then doing low pressure wash worked really well. I am so relieved. My house looks brand new. And the service was very reasonably priced in my opinion.

I was in a pinch with an inspection coming up and needed some foundation repair. I called Fadi and he was able to come in the next few days even though he was busy with other projects. The price was reasonable and he did an awesome job! He even repaired another spot for me at no charge. Very professional, fast and great price! I will be calling again if I need his services in the future.

I put down 25% and was put on a schedule. When they came out two people worked on putting the coating and a new flue. The older flue had a handle on the outside of the fireplace and they asked me if I wanted it on or off. As I was deciding what to do the one worker pulled on it and it pulled the mortar out and left a hole. I was then told I would have to get someone to repair it. I asked them if they could do it and they said they needed fire mortar. So I went out to see if I could find some. I called the office and the lady told me they would take care of it. Several weeks later someone came out and patched it and it looked terrible. It was a white patch on dark brick. So I had to call the office again and she asked for a picture. She agreed that it was not good and she would have to have a mason repair it. Meanwhile I had a second project that needed to be completed on the outside. I needed about 25-30 bricks replaced. Again I sent in 25% down payment. I was told I would have to wait nearly 21/2 months because they were really busy. They wanted to come the end of August. I was going to be out of town so I scheduled the first week of September. I mentioned that I still needed the inside brick fixed and I was told I would have to wait until September because the mason was busy. When the first week of September came I didn't hear anything so I called and asked if I was still on the schedule. I had talked to someone who was less than friendly and in a very condescending tone was told that was what I requested and they would be there Wednesday. They did come to the house and the mason was unaware of the problem in the house. He worked on the outside and left because he had to go and look for bricks to match my house. Again a day passed and scaffleing was left on the house and I had no idea what was happening. I called and told the office I was not happy with the lack of communication. I don't know if I should be home since he was to fix the inside as well. After a discussion which I feel I had to coax an apology the mason returned and finished the job and came in and put mortar on the brick to try to match the color. He said if I didn't like it he would come back and replace it. I looked at the outside and noticed part of it was not completed and he said he had to order the limestone and it should be about a week. That was the first week of September. I didn't hear anything and again we had to go out of town the first week of October. When I returned there was scaffleing up with boards. I called the office to find out what was going on. I told her the inside was not right. The mason came back Oct. 13 and finished the outside and had to replace the brick inside the house. My complaint is this: Very poor communication to the customer. Lack of concern shown by the office when I called. I will say Jennifer did help move things along after I told her I was upset. I don't think a job should take this long. I don't have a lot of experience with masonry work and I am not sure if this was normal. I picked this company because I thought I would receive good and honest service and feel very let down. On the positive side the mason and his helper were very nice and the work was well done in the end. Just a long drawn out process and I felt little consideration was given to the customer.

Owner Dustin Rowland came out to view the job prior to quoting a price and provided a written estimate via email within a day of his visit. Scheduled work for the following week. Did a fantastic job getting green and black growth off the vinyl siding, carefully cleaned the painted brick, made sure all gutters were clear, washed and rinsed the entire house and exterior of windows, and covered the plants as he worked his way around the property. Also washed and rinsed all the screens (I removed prior to his arrival) and stacked neatly when done. My house has a lot of detail and he went over it carefully and even went back to one stubborn area to be sure it was thoroughly cleaned. Very satisfied with the work and recommend without hesitation. Price was very reasonable for the work performed.
