    Stein, Dr. Richard L
My chief complaint hasn't changed. My medications were reviewed, and we decided to cut back on some to see if there would be positive results. We reviewed some different meds that could be used if the cut-back doesn't work. We talked about my life's stresses, and how unfortunately the big ones I don't have much control over. I left pretty optimistic, and Dr. Stein again assured me, as he always does, that I can call at any time.

    Bruce D Long MD
He is very good. He is a great diagnostician and spends personal time with patients. We have have very good success with him. His prices are in line with everyone else's, and we have been very happy with him. There is sometimes a wait, but that is because he is more mindful of caring for patients than he is of sticking to a schedule.

    Cristiana Boieru MD
I first saw Dr. Boieru for Fibromyalgia about 20 years ago.  Her treatment was effective, and her effort to record my concerns was meticulous.   My condition was not severe, so when I moved to Akron, I quit going to her, and had my local primary care doctor prescribe the necessary medications.  Two years ago, I developed an additional, more serious condition and was in a lot of pain.  The rheumatologist my doctor first referred me to couldn't see me for 3 months, and her 2nd choice was almost glib about her diagnosis and my treatment.  I remembered how meticulous Dr. Boieru had been, and decided she was worth the trip to Cleveland.  She has not disappointed me.  She is still meticulous, and she still explains things in as much detail as I ask for. Her practice is rather old-fashioned.  There is just the doctor and her receptionist.  Dr. Boieru spends an amazing amount of time with each patient compared to most doctors these days.  My first appointment with her after returning lasted over an hour!  She took over two pages of notes.  This does cause her to get behind schedule sometimes, but I expect it, plan for it, and always bring something to keep myself occupied.  She also does not take credit cards, so be prepared to pay your co-pay with cash or check.

    Deal, Dr. Chad
He is very knowledgeable about arthritis. He has a gentle and caring bedside manner. I never have to wait in his office, but he also expects you to be prompt. He is very busy and you need to make appointments months in advance. I have seen him for about 15 years.

    Chaitoff, Dr. Jeffrey A.
I had been to six different doctors before I went to him. I went to him and he immediately knew what was wrong and sent me to a vascular surgeon. He is very caring and considerate. He will go over and above board. He recently moved into his own practice. Previously he was in a group of doctors. He seems to be extremely happy and I never have a problem getting in to see him, particularly if something is going on. I appreciate him as much as I appreciate anybody.

    Mandel, Dr. David R
Dr. Mandel is very thorough and he is always willing to spend time with me throughout my appointments. He is very good about listening to me and taking the time to answer any of my questions. I like that if I ever need anything all I have to do it call Dr. Mandel's office and speak with his secretary Pat. Pat is excellent and she always makes sure that the messages get relayed to Dr. Mandel. Dr. Mandel and his office are always good about getting right back to me when I have concerns. Dr. Mandel is not very punctual for appointments, however that is only because he is willing to spend so much time with his patients during their appointments.

You can ask him any question you want and he will answer you.  I go to him.  He is very thorough.  If you are curious you can ask him any question even if it is not pertaining to the visit he will take a minute to answer you.
