It was incredibly painful for me and they were completely understanding and supportive when I went and made a huge fool of myself. I was absolutely beside myself.  It was a horrible experience for me, but they handled it well.

They are always on time and very detail oriented. They did the best teeth cleaning on one of my puppy mill rescues I have ever seen. Last year another puppy mill rescue needed a very complex surgery so Dr. Kostal performed the research, obtained the supplies and aced the surgery. They are truly creative problem solvers and take time to discuss options instead of just telling you what to do. One of my cats went outside the litter box for 2 years and Dr, Kostal finally solved this problem!

My husband and used to live in another part of the city and took our dogs to a vet near there but started using Brookview when we moved to the Parma/Seven Hills area. We love taking our dogs to Brookview. The staff is very professional and caring and the vet very knowledgeable; you can tell he has a lot of experience. Both our dogs are seniors and one has arthritis pretty bad but the vet prescribed a medication that has helped him still get around. We have used vets in the past that seemed to "pad" the bill but Dr. Somma seems to be sensitive to cost while still maintaining a high level of care. We highly recommend Brookview.

With the medicine and four cats it was about $450. It's a lot better than taking them. It cuts down on the time too. They help you out. They did a nice job. They got here when they said they were going to be around. They took care of everything I needed to get taken care of. The cost of the service is comparable. It saves you all the trips that you have to make by a car. I called them back to find out the work and the vet answered the phone.

We have used Cloverleaf for many years and have been totally satisfied with their care of our pets.  It has been a couple of years since we last had a cat that we had to have put down.  Since then we adopted another adult cat and took it in for examination & to update all shots.  While we were very satisfied with the care given to our pet, their prices seemed a bit higher than I remember them being.   This definitely is not a deal breaker since we consider the pricing fair and our primary concern is the quality of care provided.

I was very happy with the experience. We'll use them again. The office was nice. The staff was nice. The doctor was very personal. She explained everything to us. She was excellent. The quality of the work was excellent.

I belong to a Golden Retriever Rescue group and they are one of our partners. They take in a lot of our dogs to check them. We have been using their services for over fifteen years. They have been great and their prices are comparable to other animal hospitals. They offer emergency hours and are open from 8am to 1am. The place is relatively new after the re-build and very clean. They also have rehabilitation facilities such as Aqua Therapy for the dogs to walk in water. I have worked closely with Dr. Megan and Borys Pakush, the owner and also a veterinarian. They are all very good who work there.

We have been going to Dr. Sorm for years. She has always been very kind and helpful. Our dogs have a habit of getting into things and we have had to call Dr. Sorm MANY times. She always talks to us right away. She knows our dogs are like our children to us and her and her staff treat them like they are. Her and her staff are always so kind and helpful. I was very nervous for my puppy to have surgery and she took the time to talk to us and answer all our questions and it really helped me feel better. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.

We took our 10 month old puppy in for a surgical procedure. Our puppy was treated very well and healed quickly due to the skilled hands of the doctor. We absolutely will continue going here as needed.

The groomer was very professional and helpful.  At my 1st visit, I didn't know what length to cut the fur, so the groomer showed me different lengths on my dog.  Therefore, I had a visual of the right length that I wanted.  I've been to 5 or 6 other groomers and none of them did this.  I was so appreciative that the groomer took the time to explain things to me.  Now, my next visit, I will know what length to tell the groomer since I choose a longer length for winter and shorter length for summer.  Groomer provided scarfs after each visit and a bow if requested.  Services provided were wash, cut, brush-out and detangle, ear clean, nail cut, and if requested express the anal glands.  I would highly recommend.
