Dr. Lewis is very persistent and tries very hard to improve the quality of your hearing. I'm not quite ready for new aids yet, but I'm sure I'll be replacing my old aids in the near future. He will be helpful in working out a payment schedule with me, interest free.

He listens and explains carefully to me. He came in the day after surgery to see if everything was still going well. His availability is pretty good. His office environment is very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. His bedside manner was excellent. I was very pleased with his communication because he told me what actually would gonna happen,  what I can probably expect, something like that. He spelled it all out for me.

He does seem to know what he's doing. He listens. If I wanna argue with him, he'll gives me his reasons to doing something. When I go for check up every year, he would have an ultrasound done. He immediately referred me to an obstetrician, who specialize in uterine cancers. If Dr. Mark had been willing to listen to me, I might have spent awful money on chemotherapy. As far as I am concerned, he saved my life, he saved a huge quality of grief by listening to me and acting on what I told him.

I made the appointment through the doctor's "web portal".  In just a few minutes I had an appointment for two days later.  I arrived a few minutes early.  Doctor Goodman greeted me and immediately took me back to a treatment room.  She determined the two sore spots on my right foot were caused by "hyperkeratotic" skin.  She "debrided" the two spots, alleviating the pressure and irritation they had been causing me, She then trimmed all my toenails, both feet.  Entire visit took about 10-15 minutes.  Doctor's office will submit all paperwork to the insurance company.   Doctor Goodman is very nice, and In several visits to her office over the past few years, I have never been kept waiting.   Very fast service.

It turned out excellent. We are on the same page. It takes a lot to develop a trusting relationship or understand what you’re doing. It’s a very efficient practice. You don’t wait long. They are very professional but friendly. I’ve been using him for three years. I see him once a year. They are very satisfying. He is available when I need him. They are very much on time. They are a wonderful group. The doctor has great bedside manner. He laughs about jokes. He is informative. He explains things quite well. I have a copayment. There are no hassles or questions.

I made the appointment just a few days in advance via Dr. Goodman's web portal. Very easy to do. I was even able to update the usual forms online, in advance of going to the office. My appountment was for 11:00 am Thursday Sept 04. I arrived about 15 minutes early. Dr. Goodman was acting as her own receptionist. After verifying there was no change to my insurance info, she immediately took me back to the treatment room. She removed the two small hard spots that were bothering me, and then trimmed and filed my damaged big toe nail. I was walking out of the office at 11:00 am - my actual appointment time. Dr. Goodman is friendly, professional, and does not keep you waiting.

It's right up the road from me. The main campus is in Cleveland and they have these satellite places so I go to one of the satellite ones. I have trouble with them with getting them to bill my insurance company right. We have been going back and forth for bills for $17. It would be easy for me to write a check and pay it but it is the principle of the thing. It is their fault they can't get it right.

on my first visit and my first experience with the metro health medical center, I found everyone to be very efficient and thorough.  my internist was a 3rd year resident who was detailed, kind and made my appointment relaxed and as fun as going to see a doctor can be.  she covered my entire health history, ordered blood work and performed a physical exam.  she discussed her observations and recommended specialists for my particular conditions.  she asked if I needed any refills on prescriptions and asked me to follow up with her in three months.  it was a pleasure meeting her and having her as my doctor.  toward the end of my physical exam, a doctor who is in charge of overseeing the residents came in to introduce himself.  he reviewed my data and discussed details with me and my resident internist.  he then asked if I had any questions I would like to discuss with them.  the entire visit was very pleasant and reassuring.  I have since seen a dermatologist and hand surgeon with similar experiences.  I saw them at their suburban beachwood campus because I was able to get an appointment there, sooner.  metro health hospital has satellite locations around cuyahoga county for those who live in the suburbs.  I live in a suburb but I prefer to go to the main health campus in Cleveland when appointment availability warrants and to see my resident internist.  thank you metro health medical systems!

They do everything medical from eye care to dental. They are a large clinic that has several locations. It is very easy to get an appointment and they will direct you to the clinic that has immediate availability. When my sister was about 15 years old, she was given six months to live and then we took her to the Cleveland Clinic. We took her here and their physicians figured it out and she lived until she was 65. We have been going there ever since and we won't go anywhere else. They are good people and are very good to work with.

I think that he is a practical and realistic doctor. He does not like to push a lot of test or medication unless they are absolutely warranted. He likes to explore other options. The office in general responds very well to calls from me. They do get busy.
