  • Since I can't get on my roof to inspect, I assume the job was done right. I have no complaints on quality. My only comment is they were scheduled to come out at the end of the week. We got bad weather so they understandably didn't come out. I didn't receive a call to reschedule until the serviceman called to tell me he'd be at my house within the hour a few days later. Since I had a previous commitment, I couldn't stay, so a heads-up would've been nice. Otherwise, no complaints about my experience.

  • they brought ladders and did the job quickly. But they just threw all the debris from the gutters all over my deck and yard. I guess I would have thought they would clean up a bit more, and they didn't get all the debris/leaves, it was like they were in a hurry. If I hadn't gotten it with a coupon I would have been very disappointed. As it was, paying $100 for the services probably was a bit much considering the mediocre service we received

  • I had to call them to schedule as they wouldn't or couldn't use the scheduling provided when I bought the deal on-line. Once I talked to them they came out quickly. They did a good job, arriving early in the morning. It took them only about 1/2 jour to do the entire job. The only reason I was aware that they were working is because I heard them on the roof.
    Everything went as expected.

  • Apparently the gutters were cleaned, although I really don't know because I can't get on the roof to see. When the man was leaving I asked him if he was finished and he said yes and pointed to the leaves laying on the driveway. He said he would have cleaned up but did not have a broom. I said I have a broom. He said if he stayed to sweep,up it would only aggravate the dog more, which was in the house barking while he was here. So he stood there a little while and watched me clean up the leaves so they would not be tracked into my home. I gave heating cables on the roof for the snow. It appears at least one of them is upward, not laying on the roof like it was. Although it appears that the gutters were cleaned I was not particularly happy with the man not cleaning up the mess he made and moved the gutter cables.

  • Here was my experience:
    1)  Very quick and easy quoting process;
    2)  Prompt at making an appointment and coming out to do the work in a timely manner;
    3)  The original quote was $529.  I had an elderly parent ask a question and present a coupon to use.  It resulted in an additional charge for some additional work being done that I did not agree with; however,they quickly fixed the invoice and included the discount and the price was in the middle of the original quote and the original invoice.  Once again, they are very prompt to respond and remedy the problem.  
    Overall, they are very good and respond quickly which shows me they take their business very seriously.  Other then the increase in the invoice, I was happy with their work and would use them again and would recommend them to others.

  • A Home Inspection identified some roof issues.
    John Barbera of Barbera Home Improvement responded to a voice message I left for him within 24 hours. John set a date (within 2 days) to come to my home, provided a free estimate of services after inspecting my roof. The written estimate was very detailed, and reasonable, A date was set within the same week for the work to be done. John and his associate did a fantastic job of everything on the estimate and in fact went beyond and included gutter cleaning at no extra charge to me.
    I have done business with Barbera in the past and would not hesitate to contact them in the future and highly recommend them.

  • The windows were done average to satisfactorily. They did an excellent job with the chandeliers. They were bad at returning phone calls, and then when I called them and cancelled the gutter cleaning, they still showed up. Which is unacceptable. When a custumer requests that a service is cancelled a few days before, a provider should honor that and not show up or at least return a phone call. My husband reached out to them and they handled the situation unprofessionally.

  • My house has bushes or concrete all around the perimeter of the house.   No shrubbery was damaged.  No mess from gutters left anywhere.  My gutters were terrible.  We even had small trees growing in the gutters.  I already marked  my calender to schedule another cleaning after leaves fall, if needed.

  • There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. There were no troubles scheduling the appointment. They were supposed to come at a specific time. However, they came early and I was not home yet. He explained that the job was able to be completed quickly because he was able to walk on my roof where on a lot of roofs he is unable to. They gathered all of the debris into a plastic bag and left it for me to dispose. He did follow up with me to let me know that the work had been completed.

  • This company was great to work with. They returned my call within a couple of hours. After giving them my address they went to my home and checked all of the windows out. I didn't have to be there while they were doing the estimate. I have approx. 26 windows with some up at a second level height. They called me with a price very quickly and we scheduled a date. Very professional and fast. They came with their own supplies and were finished in about an hour. I'm pretty particular about my windows and they did not disappoint me at all. The windows look great. No streaks or missed corners. I will be using them for my windows and probably my gutters when the time comes. Excellent company.
