Door Installation reviews in Seven Hills

I had a hinged front door and a sliding patio door replaced at my home this past December. The front door installation took place with relatively few issues. The sliding patio door has been a nightmare the entire time due to Integrity's inability to install a functional product. The first door was shipped to them badly damaged, and they installed it on the rear of my house temporarily (see pictures) because they only realized the damage after they did a rough tear-out of my old door and could not re-install it. During this time, the wood frame of the door which is normally encased with metal was left exposed to the weather for about two weeks during December in Ohio (again, see photo). They returned to re-install a second patio door a few weeks later (mid-December), and by mid-May, both panels of the door had bowed to the point that it would no longer close (additional photo). Their third attempt to install the door failed today when they returned to my home and 'discovered' that the manufacturer had sent them two interior panels, rather than one interior and one exterior panel. They re-installed only the interior panel, told me it would be fine and then left. (The door was still under warranty, so the replacement panels would have been of no cost to them either, other than the time needed to install.) I realized that unexpected issues can arise with work like this, but there is literally nothing I want from this company at this point since they could not do the job correctly given three different opportunities over several months. Wildly disappointing. I am actively telling folks to avoid this company if at all possible. I'm also guessing this review will prompt some contradictory denial from Integrity, but I've tried to restrict this review to verifiable, documented facts.

Pride remodeling updated our kitchen. Met with Paul to decide what was going to be done in the kitchen. Paul sent a list of suppliers where we purchased our cabinets, countertop, flooring. Once everything was selected a start date was chosen. Paul, Eric and Aaron always arrived on time, told us exactly what would be done each day and cleaned up at the end of each day. Anytime we had questions or decided to make a change or add something, Paul was very receptive. Would definitely hire Pride Remodeling again.

e installers were fine It was the 72 days it took and the response of the contracted Service Provider solutions .The employees whom I believed set the appointments were unreliable ,did not return phone calls when asked. There was also poor communication between them and Home Depot in regards to my doors and necessary things needed to install my doors. This began August 7 when I had to pay in full .My doors arrived around the early part of September.I heard several install dates which never transpired.

They gutted my bathroom. Put in new cabinets, tub, tile, floor, painted and it looks like it came right out of a model house--BEAUTIFUL. In my living room and office--they tore out old carpeting, laid a pergo floor, put in crown moulding, painted, put in a pocket door. It is amazing how clean, particular and professional they were. Outstanding group of men.

Radiant Windows was very responsive from the moment I contacted them through Angie's List. The salesman, Mark, was very nice, did not rush the consultation, and even checked with the city that my door to the garage would be up to code. I chose Radiant because they were rated as well as the competition, sold the same quality of doors, however, they were the most inexpensive option of the 3 I got quotes from. I also liked the fact that the owner, Mike, stopped in for final measurements on each project they booked. Once the doors were ordered, they were able to book us fairly soon considering how busy they were. The guys showed up right on time, were courteous, and answered all the questions I had. Very pleased with Radiant from start to finish and they have a lifetime warranty on the work in case I need them again :)

Owner is neat, skilled, polite and reliable. Over the last 18 months, our family has used Tom at 3 West side properties. Projects have included: total roof tear off and reroof, kitchen cabinet install, baseboard trim/ crown molding, front and side door install, siding repair, and step repair. He Is a carpenter first, but has proven that he is a top notch all around handyman. We have had several positive experiences and recommend him highly!

Gave an estimate and informed me that it would take about a month for the window to come in from the Anderson factory.  Scheduled a time that would work both for me, them and the weather.  Once they protected the room from dirt, they started the work.  They were very pleasant and hard working.  Window looks great.  Should have done this sooner!  Would use them again.

Exceptional service experience.  I called on a Friday morning (the day after new year's) and they were to my house within an hour (they fit me in between other jobs) and had the garage door fixed in less than a half hour.  Other companies I contacted were offering to come Monday or Tuesday.  Nathan was friendly, courteous, and clearly new his trade.  He fixed the springs, lubricated the rollers and screw, and offered advice on maintenance.  Price was outstanding as well - I had a quote for double what they charged.  Highly recommend.

Our experience with this company was so aggravating that I cannot begin to list the issues we encountered. I will tell you that between the date the doors were installed and when they were finally taken care of I have listed fifteen (15) phone calls and/or occasions requiring service. It took almost four years to the day to accomplish what should have been resolved within a few months at most.

After working with a few other remodeling contractors, we decided to go with Joyce Factory Direct for our windows and doors project. When we had Brian come out, we were very impressed with their company's history and the fact that they make their own windows. They invited me for a factory tour, I didn't take them up on it but I might the next time I'm in the area. While they were out at my house, they also did a smaller siding and deck job for us too. The windows and doors were great. We couldn't be happier. Mark and Adam were professional, punctual and courteous. They did a great job taking special precautions and care during the installation. Afterwards, I could not believe how clean they left everything! For the siding and deck and a new crew came out and they did a great job as well. This didn't go as smoothly but it was not their fault because it continuously rained that week. The projects came out great and I would highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct.
