    I called a couple days in advance and scheduled an appointment for July 25, 2018 at 10:00 am. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time. All work was completed by 11:30 am. I was told my battery, alternator/starter were all good and should have no problem making through the coming winter. No other work was recommended. Note: the battery test cost $26.75; the oil change, filter, lube and tire rotation came to $22.95; "shop supply fee" was $4.47 and tax was $4.33. (I had a coupon which reduced the normal oil change fee by $2.00 and threw in a free tire rotation).

    With a car with over 200,000 miles, we were not surprised to learn that there were a couple of things that needed to be taken care of. We also needed new tires. We were very pleased with the honesty of the owner, with his recommendation of tires and with the work that was performed. We plan to use them again.

    My almost 16 year old Honda Accord 2-door was in need of a serious cleaning. I contacted Nathan's via email requesting an appointment the following week. Nathan's returned my email the same day indicating they could not make an appointment for the following week as they were booked, but provided a date for their next availability. Before I was able to even reply, Nathan's emailed me again indicating the had a cancellation and could take me the following week. Their email communication was punctual. They sent me an email to confirm the appointment the day before as well as a text message to my cellphone indicating an arrival window between 800am and 1000am. The detailing technician (Zach) arrived at 805am and called me letting me know he arrived at my office parking lot and we positioned my car so he could get started. At approximately 1230pm Zach called to tell me he was finished. The car inside and out looks amazing. Other than the dents and dings it had from being 16 years old, Zach was able to buff out all of the paint scratches. I think the inside looks cleaner than it did when I bought it off the showroom floor in 2001. Zach was very friendly and professional and did a great job.

    They��do our work van.We've been using them for the last three years.They��also��checked��out��a noise in the back of��my��car that��they��checked��out.��What I really liked about them��is that��they��don't scare��you��into doing stuff that either isn't��necessary��at all or int��necessary��at the time.��What��he��told me was that the little back came loose in��my��muffler��so��he��said��your��muffler��is in great shape all��it��is is a tiny rattle and then��you��hear��it��when��you're going under five miles in��hours��an��hour.He��said��I would highly recommend��you��not replace the��muffler��because��it's in good shape.��Most places would��say��oh��my��God, your cars going to blow��up��if��you��don't get that��muffler��out��of there.��So that's one thing we really appreciate��with��them.��They also come��up��with especially with our work van, little fixes that last us for quite��awhile��until we really need��to have��something taken care of.So again it's not an oh my��gosh��if��you��don't spend $2,000 to take care of this today, your van is going to fall apart.They come��up��with little things to do to make it fine until��you��need a big job.

    I highly recommenced them, the work took about an hour. The employees are excellent. They are a family ran business.

    I called Conrad's to ask if I could just come in, or if I should make an appointment. I was advised to come in shortly after 3:00 pm for quickest service (it was about 2:00 pm when I called). I arrived about 3:05 pm. My car was taken into a service bay about 15 minutes later. Another 15 minutes after that my car was done. Technician had to replace one bulb that worked both the turn signal and break light. Total charge was $15.16

    Diego and team did an awesome job on the detailing. Be prepared to have your car there a few hours but it is worth it! They really got into every cup holder, and crevice where dirt and crumbs were hiding. They always do great work. I have used them about 6-8 times now for detailing jobs on our two cars and have always been very pleased with the results. Great customer service and communication to set up the appointment.

    They do a good job. Do what they said they will, price is under warranty and they never tried to up-sell. Always washed the vehicle before I left, which is nice. However, they are not great about being done when they say they will be so time can be an inconvenience.

    Most of the repair was covered by the extended warranty. They were not fixing things and saying they were corrected. It took 5 times for them to find out what was wrong with tire pressure light. They need to listen to customer and their needs.

    The tire center was closed on the day of my appointment. When I went to member services they said that the tire shop people called in sick. I asked shouldn't someone from the store have called me to let me know of the cancelled appointment and his reply was "since no one came to the tire center nobody could know of the appointments for that day". I have never seen such degree of unprofessionalism and irresponsibility.
