    Estimated repair time was approximately 10 days; I dropped off vehicle on 05/12/2014 and did not pick up vehicle until 06/05/2014.  After inspection of vehicle repairs, the vehicle was returned for the following additional repairs:

    1) Bad caulk job at roof seams,

    2) windshield was placed too low,

    3) incorrect weather strip used on windshield,

    4) rear window clip damaged/broken,

    5) rear window weather strip not positioned at upper corners correctly,

    6) passenger door weather strip damaged,

    7) door/hood seam damaged/bent,

    8) front grill damaged/cracked while at the auto body shop. 


    I picked up vehicle on 06/20/2014 and had to return vehicle to the main repair facility (Ganley Auto Collision, 6780 Pearl Road location) for the third attempt to fix the following repairs:

    1) again, bad caulk job, bad paint job,

    2) same rear weather strip problem,

    3) same door/hood seam damage,

    4) overhead LED indicator problem.


    The overhead LED unit was replaced and for items #2, #3, #4 I was advised that they could not be addressed.  The caulk and paint job were/are very poor.  I have given up on any further corrective repairs with Ganley Auto Collision.   What should have been a routine repair all fixed the first time took a lot of personal time to address and not to mention almost three months to address/fix and the results are still unsatisfactory.  I would not recommend using Ganley Auto Collision.

    I found Beetler's Auto Body on Angie's List and after reading all of the great reviews I decided to choose them for some bodywork on my 2007 Audi A8L.  From the moment I met Toby Beetler I was very impressed.  He was kind, honest and very thorough.  The price I received was excellent and they were able to order all of the necessary parts and finish the job within a couple days.  When I went to pick up the finished product, I was pleasantly surprised by some good news I received from Toby.  After taking apart the front part of my car, they discovered that they were able to do some manual welding to fix the problem rather than having to replace the entire bumper.  This saved me an additional $500 on the spot!  I was so appreciative of Toby's honesty; it was very refreshing to say the least.  At the end of the day, he was looking out for my best interests as a customer and that's rare nowadays.  Beetler's cleaned my car up from top to bottom and gave it that showroom shine when I picked it up.  Needless to say, I was absolutely thrilled with Toby and his entire staff.  They are true professionals and experts at what they do.  Though I hope my car stays intact and I don't have to see them often, if I ever need work done this is where I will go.  Beetler's Auto Body has a customer for life and I have no hesitation giving them my full endorsement.

    Went in for an estimate on the damage of my bumper. The price was fair for the damage.
    Dropped my car off on a tuesday and picked it up on thursday two days later as promised.
    Car was washed and the job was done very well. The car looked like new. If I need other work done
    on my cars, this is where i will take my car. Thanks to Ron and his staff for a job well done!

    I called staff every few days and they were very responsive to my answering my questions.  New hood came into the shop damaged so they reordered another hood.  Ensureed 100% of parts were new and not used or fix of damaged parts at my request since car was only 4 weeks old, staff very responsive.  Staff worked with car rental company when work took longer than expected due to hood delays.

    Our 2010 Subaru Outback sustained substantial damage during a hail storm while on vacation out of state.  Almost every piece of sheet metal on the car was affected due to the size of the hail and the strong winds that accompanied it.  We found Excalibur Collision on a list of our insurance company's preferred providers and, based on the comments made by previous customers on Angie's List, took the car in for an estimate.  Bill, the owner, looked the car over carefully before working up the estimate.  He explained in detail how each area would be repaired, some through paintless dent repair, some through conventional methods, and the hood though replacement.  The job took about three weeks to complete due to the complexity of the job and some delays obtaining replacement parts.  When we went to pick up the car (though Excalibur offered to deliver it to our home), we couldn't have been happier.  Almost unbelievably, the body had been restored to nearly perfect condition.  In fact, the small dings and scratches that had existed prior to the hail storm had been removed as well!   The paint job is beautiful and looks exactly like the original factory color.  The car had been cleaned inside, too.  There was one slight oversight that we did not notice on picking up the car -- the nameplates had not been replaced on the tail gate.  We called Excalibur the next morning and they sent somebody out that day to apply the new nameplates, which we thought was terrific. 

    Clearly, there are companies who still take great pride in their work, and we are fortunate to have found one.  Bill said that they try to make the process as painless as possible, and that is true.  Rental cars are available on-site.  Communication with the staff is easy; calls are returned promptly.  The entire staff is very professional; the shop looks clean and well-organized.  We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work.
