They have done a great job in storing our boat. They have guys there to quickly bring your boat in and out. The service is phenomenal. We have been very happy with them.

Great job - very professional, very knowledgable.  Had one person assisting him.  Was able to move it in his pick-up truck.

He replaced the water flow valve.  Everything works great now!  I’m going to have him back to install a new thermostat in the future!  He was respectful, punctual, and responded very quickly.  It can be hard to find someone to work on a boiler, but he had no trouble at all and really knew his way around.  I had three people out before who had no idea what to do with it.  Pete was able to assess and fix the problem quickly; like he did it every day.  Price reflects labor; I purchased the part from the local supplier.  He didn't add any price to the part I needed.

Overall experience was good but in view of all the money I spent, I was not happy with the leak !

I purchased a pre owned 2009 stratos bass boat from this dealership.. the price was really fair but that price also come with its fair share of issues.. when I picked up the boat the drivers side leaf spring was broke, the trolling motor breaker box was broke, they wired up and burned up my humminbird depth finder, the brake line was broke, the upper left spark plug was cross threaded (after I was told they check all cylinder compression they then denied checking that cylinder compression after I told them it was cross threaded).. the motor has never ran correctly sense I purchased the boat.. I asked them to look into this issue and I would agree to pay for parts and labor they told me on a Monday to drop off the boat on Tuesday after work and they would get it in and look at Wednesday first thing in the morning... 2 weeks later after numerous non returned phone calls I went to the dealership to see what they found out was wrong with the boat I was told they didn't have time to look at it yet they had other boats to get into the shop to clean up and sell.. after they finally looked at the boat I got a phone call to come in to talk to them.. I went to the dealership rite after work and they told me that all motors act/sound that way.. i've owned 2 cycle motors for the last 18 years i've never had one sound/act like this one.. sense this experience ive taken my boat to bass pro shops to have this looked over by a trusted mechanic and they have found several issues and have told me that most of the info I was told by the freedom mechanic was 100% false information... I asked bass pro to tell me how to winterize the motor on my boat and I told them how freedoms mechanic showed me how to winterize it.. I was told by freedom that you needed to unplug the fuel pump, push throddle down 5 times and turn the key to the on posision.. bass pro said no that is not the correct thing to do this will return your motor to the factory break in settings causing the motor to use a lot of extra oil to coat your cylinder walls also causing spark plug fouling ect.. they said that the mechanic should have been told in mercury training.. in my honest opinion this company buys boats that they never spend time to go through and check the quality of the watercraft and sell them for a profit in hopes that they have people back rite away for service work.. ive cought them in many lies the several times I have dealt with them and would never recommend anyone purchase from them.. I fish all around the state of ohio and have been asked by several people if ive had any issues with my boat purchased from freedom outdoors because they have had nothing but issues with there purchase from them.. I guess karma will catch up with them eventually matt

End of season, had to be towed once again cause the throttle linkage didn't work, and still leaking gas..  They came out, said they  fixed it.  Went out the next day, had to be towed back.  Said I needed new bushing on throttle linkage.  Would that not have been part of 'fixing'  it?  Another $109.  I refused to pay.  They turned it over to collection agency.  Every boater on the lake that I have talked to, has  had the same experience with Phlipots.  Many of them have towed me back to dock, and exchanged our experience with Phlipots. Hope this will save the next customer several thousand dollars.

They never fixed the problem. Kept charging me, saying it was fixed. Every time they worked on it, they tore something up. Left harness couplers hanging out of cover, etc. Then charged me for it !
