    Massage: Integral by Susana
Susana is very understanding of the human body and its needs. She also found some tension in my neck and upper back that she worked through without me mentioning this. She is gifted at massage and its various techiniques!

    Bliss Medical Massage
The entire experience was wonderful.  Emily welcomed me when I arrived, introducing herself and explaining what she hoped to accomplish.  She reviewed with me what was bothering me, for how long, what type of pain it was, where it was located.  Once in the massage studio, she instructed me on how to lie comfortably on the massage table and explained what she was going to do.  There were no surprises.  The atmosphere was sooo relaxing and soothing.  Again, any questions that I had, Emily addressed, yet also let there be silence so I could just relax and let her do her work.  She explained things in a way that allowed me to understand what she was doing and it was clear that she was very knowledgeable.   I left feeling so much better then I had when I arrived and I was able to sleep that night for the first time in days.  Emily gave me some stretches to try and instructed me to drink plenty of water to help flush my system.  I felt like she was taking care of my whole being, not just what I had been complaining about.   It was so very, very nice.    I will definitely return to Emily for future massages.  I highly recommend her and feel comfortable sending friends to her for massage.

    Cocoa Beach Wellness Center
I have had my fair share of massages and while most are decent, very few leave me actually feeling relaxed for the entire day. I found the Cocoa Beach Wellness center doing a Google search for nearby spas, not realizing that this center is down the street from me. They were extremely accommodating and got me an appointment immediately. My therapist was Brenda and let me just say that I have never had a massage like the one she provided. Not only does she do the standard massaging techniques most places have, but she included stretching of my arms and legs, reflexology and she made sure not to use so much pressure that it would leave me sore. I'm a high strung kind of person to begin with and going to someone new is stressful enough but within minutes I was able to relax and I have to say it's one of the best massages I have ever had! This center offers many things and I will definitely be going back for all of them!

She made me relax, I have sensitive feet. She rubbed each toe and massaged the bottoms. I left like I was walking on air when she completed her work.

    Heavenly Healing Hands Massage Therapy
My massage was with Donna Agrisionis, who was absolutely wonderful.  She had a lot of skill and worked very hard throughout the whole hour on the massage.  The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and all of my cares drifted away.  Afterwards, I felt very energized and the effects lasted for several days.  I had no idea how a massage would go during pregnancy, but I was very glad that I tried it!  I used to do regular massages for medical reasons in the past and, although I did this one for relaxation, I was very pleased with the skill of the practitioner and the service.  Donna was also very accommodating in regards to scheduling.  I hope to return soon.

Rachelle was very thorough. I went in with sore knees and came out with no soreness at all. She is very caring and gentle. I was on cloud 9 all day. I have not had that feeling for a long time.

    Massage Envy - Beachwood
I have had many massages from various massotherapists over the years, so I do have a basis for comparison. Massage was okay, not great. Intro price was very good. However, there is something very corporate and impersonal about this place; it's not very relaxing. Computers were down so to pay with a credit card I would have had to leave my credit card number until they were working again which made me nervous. Fortunately I had enough cash. Nothing technically wrong with my experience, but I just didn't get a good vibe. I doubt I will use them again.

    Massage Envy
When i ended my massage package, the manager, Corrin asked me to sign an agreement she said would allow me to have member pricing should I choose to receive any more massages there. I specifically asked if signing the agreement tied me into a direct with-drawl agreement and she laughed and said "no." Three months later, massage envy charged my credit card for a massage. When I attempted to dispute the charges, they produced the document. Yes, I signed it, and It did have an automatic renewal component to it. Clearly I should have read it, (I was 39wks pregnant and in a hurry to pick up my other child), but I trusted that when I asked specifically about the automatic renewal that she would tell me the truth. I find this business practice deplorable. The massages were very good and i liked the therapists a lot. Ironically, but for this bait and switch, I likely would have gone back. My advice, don't go to the Westlake massage envy, but if you go, pay in cash.

    Heavenly Healing Hands Massage Therapy
I purchased Groupons for this provider and used them right away for a couples massage on Sept. 23, 2011. The massages went really well and I liked the hot stone work that the massage therapist, Donna Agrinsonis, the owner, performed on me, so when I noticed she had gift certificates for sale, I bought one. I emailed Donna on Feb. 13 asking to set up an appointment for Feb. 18 or Feb. 25. She never responded to that email. I emailed again on March 14 asking to set up an appointment for March 16, 17, or 18. She wrote back to ask if I had a coupon. I answered her by saying that I had the gift certificate, and she didn't reply. I emailed her again on the 15th, and she didn't reply. I emailed her again on the 19th, and she finally responded. We scheduled the massage for 9 a.m. on March 31 at that time. Shortly before 8 a.m. on March 31, she texted and phoned to say that she wasn't feeling well and would like to reschedule the massage for the following day. We agreed to reschedule it for 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 1. Sunday morning, Donna called to say that the therapist who was scheduled to perform my massage had to leave early, so she needed to reschedule again. We agreed that I would come in at 5:30 on Friday, April 6, and Donna would perform the massage. When I arrived at the office at 5:30 on April 6, it was locked and empty. I called and texted Donna. She did not respond. I waited until 5:50. She did not show up, call, text or otherwise contact me. I have sent her an email requesting a refund.
