    I broke a piece of vintage stemware and found this business on Google. Via email, he said he could repair it. I sent it as instructed. Two weeks later I had heard nothing. I called and emailed with no response. Then I noticed that the company's website had been taken down. I then discovered that this company has received an F from the Central Ohio Better Business Bureau. Because of the sentimental value of the stemware to me, I hired a professional private investigator to physically go over the the business and retrieve my stemware, which they did, at great expense to me. At least I had never given this company my credit card information.

    Even better than expected and due to other reviews, my expectations were pretty high. The price was great, it didn't take long, and the work excellent. They said they would rewire, but that also included replacement of 4 sockets and two switches and a broken part that I did not anticipate would be replaced. Cannot say enough about the quality of the work. They came back into the house ready to hang.

    Chad reinstalled it, and also resolved a printing problem. He arrived within 24 hours of my call, and everything was completely resolved when he left. I definitely would call him again, and I have his business card nearby if that call is needed.

    Mary Anne asked me to get the zipper I wanted for my jacket which was fine. Sadly, the jacket is dark brown and stretchy material. She replaced the zipper but the seam is not straight all the way down the front. It gaps in places and shows the zipper teeth. I took it to another person who said it cannot be improved upon because it should have been laid flat when the zipper was removed and stitched in the same holes. The material was pulled too much and I was told I would just need to live with it. It looks so bad when I put it on that I am giving it away and have to get a new one.

    After speaking to multiple tutoring companies, we discovered Matthew. Matthew was very professional and made my son feel comfortable. They had a total of 5 tutoring sessions covering Math, English, Science and Reading. My son took the ACT after his tutoring sessions and scored a 23. We were very pleased with the progress our son made by going from an ACT score of 19 to 23 after only 5 sessions with Matthew. I would highly recommend Matthew J. Horwich to anyone needing tutoring.

    Mike, the owner was extremely responsive from first contact and checked in during and following work completion to ensure satisfaction. Workers were pleasant and polite, and punctual. They worked effciently and with care around ensuring that our dogs did not get out with the doors needing to be open.

    Mike called me first thing on Monday morning to set up an appointment for the same day. He and his partner arrived as scheduled and removed the furniture quickly and efficiently. We were pleased to get rid of the pieces that were too large and heavy for us to move. I plan to call them again.

    I hired them to do my taxes approximately a month before taxes were due. They were done on the very last day taxes were to be filed, but everything was fine and I was receiving a refund. Then, during the first week of June, I received a bill from the IRS, where, not only did I owe, but now there were penalties involved and the bill was due in 2 weeks. It took me days to contact them and then they blew me off several times, tried to blame the error on me, and stopped corresponding with me after they admitted that the return had gotten kicked back to them and they never informed me of the issue. Now I owe the IRS after receiving a bill with no warning that they knew was coming. $150.00 to be blindsided by a bill and then ignored and talked down to is not worth it. Use someone else.

    I was very pleased with the people I dealt with and with the workmanship. They could have managed my expectations better; the repair took longer than I was told it would, and I would have appreciated a call to tell me so. But overall, I was well satisfied with the service.
