I called Morriah on Tuesday (2/19) and she got back to me on the same day. She called me with an estimate on Wednesday. She was out with her crew on Thursday to clean the gutters. Great clean-up. Wouldn't have known they were here. She answered my questions and concerns. I will definitely recommend Gutter & Chimney Services to anyone who needs that service.

Highly Recommend Big Bear Remodeling for the tremendous job they did on our complete gut & kitchen remodel project. Rob and the entire team managed the project with precision and great attention to detail. The weekly check-ins allowed us to pivot when needed and ask the questions we wanted. The Sunday night Scope of Work-Construction Schedules were extremely helpful when planning our weeks, especially both of us working from our home office. The outstanding skill set of each trade involved was great to watch as the puzzle came together perfectly. Big Bear set clear expectations from the start, there were no surprise bills of miscellaneous labor hours or materials at the end and the project was executed spot on! Finally, we are super grateful for the kind Big Bear crews that shared our home and showed great courtesy to our kids.

West Side's salesman Jesse was friendly, informative, and professional. The roofing team was competent, courteous, professional, and hard-working. The team arrived early and stayed late to complete our large residential roof job in a reasonably fast time frame. The cleaned up reasonably well. We had no issues with any part of the process, and our roof looks great.

At first I was unsure, I haven't heard of James or his company and he wasn't responding to my calls/IM. Found out he was having technical issues and I took a shoot. I needed the roof replaced on a 12 x 9 roof that was added from an extension. The original roof was flat and water was coming in the back of the garage causing rotting of the beams and wood on the back wall. James came in, replaced the bad wood, including the entire roof and added a four inch pitch against the house so the water would flow down into the gutter. He was very good to deal with and I'm already hiring him to go back on my roof for yearly inspection of the roof and gutter.

I give them a C overall as they have horrible sales practices. When they take your order it must be part of their sales tactic to say "so we are scheduling you to have your gutters cleaned and flushes, when would you like this done?" Just having your gutters cleaned is a lot cheaper than having them flused. Even when you are a return customer and ask for the same service of gutter cleaning they try to tack on flushing them and then act surprised each and every time when you correct them. Then they bill you for having them flushed in addition to the gutter cleaning even though that is not the service you ordered. They do a good job but you have to keep a watchful eye on them.

Moriah was terrific to work with. Very professional and attentive. Overall the job was well done with only one exception attributed to the technician who worked on the job. However, Moriah was quick to make sure the issue was resolved.

This company is fantastic. I ended up going a different route and didn't end up doing the windows at all but their professionalism was still top notch, even though they knew there was a chance I may not be doing the project at all.

Squires Roofing installed new roofing on our home in 2012; contract with 20 year labor warranty ([*** Link removed ***] In 2012 roof leaked across seam where two roofs intersect. In 2014 roof leaked again. Same place. LEAKING AGAIN now, water coming through ceilingsreally bad. Same place and now the roof exhausts leak too. SQUIRES TARRED vinyl siding, CAULKED between shingles, DID NOT install ice guard under the stepped flashing, did not seal around the exhaust fans, did not install the ridge shingles correctly, did not bend the stepped flashing at 90 degrees (I am learning more about roofing than I care to).now they said they closed their doors although they are advertising with FRANCISCUS roofing (Now Franciscus-Squires with 100 years of combined experience). Still using SQUIRES name in city permit (on record), in state of Ohio licensing and on business cards (with Franciscus written in the corner of the card). This fiasco has been going on since the beginning of March.I contacted BBB (useless), Ohio Attorney General, Consumer Affairs of Cuyahoga County, Certainteed Shingle MFG, Squires former insurer (Western Reserve) (two independent roofers estimated the job (and provided scope of work) for $2000 + replacement shingles and $3400. The interior work is to be done by us (we offered) and estimated at $600 if I hire out. FINALLY they agreed to fix my roof with a general contractor has no reviews or mention anywhere on the web, licensed as a business in Ohio for only one year, nothing on the BBB, one year warranty (if he is still in business), never thought of getting a permit with the city to do the work, and did not provide a written scope of work. We asked if Franciscus could fix the roof, answer was "no", asked if they would let the low bidder (local roofer) fix the roof, answer was "no"......told us to talk to their lawyer. So I am now hiring OUR lawyer. WARNING TO ALL HOMEOWNERS....Squires simply walked away from their shoddy workmanship by "closing their doors" and going to work with Fransiscus Roofing, who is now Franciscus-Squires with "100 Years Combined Experience " (Squires had 76 years) - Squires advertised as certified installers of Certainteed (CERTAINTEED could not locate any certifications for Squires) - Squires told us they do not use sub contractors....when there were problems immediately after the install, the foreman showed up in a truck with another roofing company's name on it (There should be a way to verify the use of subs...) Filed that with Ohio Attorney General and BBB -Squires gave us a 20 year labor warranty....this is simply a useless piece of paper - Squires did some of the "repair" work (after the installation) when we were at work....bad move on our part...that is when Squires tarred the siding, caulked the shingles, NAILED on the vinyl siding they removed to install ice guard (which isn't underneath the stepped flashing!).... -And Squires had an A+ rating with the BBB (go figure) when we hired them I really do not know how to find a good roofer! But I am finding out that there are a lot of very dishonest contractors, I feel very fortunate when I find someone honest. Everyone can make an error, but a good contractor will stand by his/her work. Squires is not a honest contractor nor do they exhibit good workmanship.

Responsive, skilled, professional; the job was completely perfect, and done quickly, even though I requested changes after the work was started. Owner, then workmen, were gracious, helpful, and quick to change anything I wanted. I was worried that siding the porch posts would look terrible: they did artistic and incredibly detailed work to make the siding beautiful. I was amazed, actually, that siding could be that detailed and look that good on a front porch. Their price was the best quote I received, and two years later, the siding and gutters are still perfect. Thank you, Alpine!

Initially, it seemed to go well. Work was done in 2013. Large house. But in 2016 shingles started blowing off, and upon inspection the installation had been poor. Few nails used and they were short. They didn't hold. And further inspection showed no felt paper or "ice and water lining" were used on the numerous dormers. They all had to be redone. I had someone else do them. They cut corners, so their lower bid than other roofers didn't benefit me.
