Highly Recommend Big Bear Remodeling for the tremendous job they did on our complete gut & kitchen remodel project. Rob and the entire team managed the project with precision and great attention to detail. The weekly check-ins allowed us to pivot when needed and ask the questions we wanted. The Sunday night Scope of Work-Construction Schedules were extremely helpful when planning our weeks, especially both of us working from our home office. The outstanding skill set of each trade involved was great to watch as the puzzle came together perfectly. Big Bear set clear expectations from the start, there were no surprise bills of miscellaneous labor hours or materials at the end and the project was executed spot on! Finally, we are super grateful for the kind Big Bear crews that shared our home and showed great courtesy to our kids.

We had ABC Insulation come out to insulate our home from top to bottom. The crew was very nice, professional, and did a very thorough job. They gave extra attention to areas where we've experienced cold spots, and when they were finished the owner (Steve) scanned the house to ensure there were no spots they missed. He found one small area on the second floor and had his guys go up there and fill it in before they left. Competitively priced, A+++ service, and highly recommend.

I had an ice dam right over the steps. Paul came out with his FLIR camera and found the area that was missed by my prior insulating job. He gave a detailed quote and scheduled the crew the same day. The day before the work, Paul called to confirm the time and the next day the crew was there at 9:00 am. It was still snowy out; they provided area protection and in-filled the missing insulation. They cleaned up and left. The job looks professional, now to see if that stops the ice damming.

Steven and his team are great! The work they performed is top notch and my home is now back to being warm. Steven quoted my house from the phone based on square footage and gave very reasonable pricing along with some really really wonderful other money saving tips including a home energy assessment (which was free because of their referral) that will get me ~$500 back on the work they performed via the electric company. The energy assessment crew asked me who I was having perform the work on my house and their reaction was "oh those guys always do a great job". Steven was also sure to tell me about the tax benefits too and to save the paperwork for end of year. The crew was very kind and friendly the whole time they worked at my house. Really nice guys! With taxes and the rebates from the home assessment, I'll get about $700 back on the services performed. They blew in R-44 insulation (you have to go up to R-44 to get the rebate), performed air sealing, blocked off my soffits, replaced old styrofoam to seal my attic door, and replaced crumbling fiberglass on the sides of the walls. They kept my house clean and did all of that in 3.5 hours.

Boiler work very good, happy with techs and equipment. Additional pipe repair seemed rather expensive and after checking was able to repair at much lower cost, my plumber handled repairs and bled system, no issues

Crew was OK. Dan offered to insulate our steps going up to the attic but they ended up cracking our drywall underneath by accident, about 2 feet long with slight inflection from pressure in the cavity. They gave us a small discount and had their handyman come back to fix. He just put spackle on the crack -- come on man. Drywall is still slightly bowed and doesn't look finished at all. We will have our regular contractor really fix it and consider it a donation to charity -- you guys.

EST was great they explained everything they were doing and showed me the results at each step in the process. They even marked electrical connections in the attic for any future work. When they put in the bathroom vent and fan they identified an existing one that was connected using dryer exhaust tube and corrected that issue as well. EST was very professional and easy to work with via email or phone.

After reviewing the places where the previous company had missed, rather than trying to sell me his own service, he offered to email the thermal pics to me so I could follow-up with the other company. However, I was so pleased with Steve's honesty and professionalism, I asked him if he would complete the work the other company had missed. He agreed to do so and scheduled an appointment for the following week. This is the second time I've used his service (first was on a previous home) and he does an excellent job. After finishing the job, he even gave us a break on the quoted price, which was really a pleasant surprise.

Randy Sindeliar spent about two hours reviewing the existing roof and ventilation. Very thorough with his review. He then explained what their company would do for this project and provided samples of all material that was going to be used. Randy explained the type of shingle, the warranty and how many nails per shingle would be used. He also explained the required ice guard and how the flashing would be installed. Randy provided an on-site quote that was followed by the formal agreement. He told us that the installation would be in about 30 business days from out acceptance which was correct. They secured the required permit from the City prior to work start.
The first day, the crew of four started early and went right to work. Each crew individual went to their task and worked all day. The experience level of the crew was high since thy have all worked for Wagner for 20+ years. I have to say that this firm does quality work without cutting corners and completed a very professional job. I am thoroughly thrilled by the quality of the install and the cleanup. All crew members were very professional and they all worked very hard to complete the roof in three days.

After providing an acceptable quote for the known issues, he encountered hidden defects in the house which required additional work and, in some cases, some very creative solutions. For example, in the living room, the removal of paneling on one wall revealed a badly deteriorated fireplace enclosure. Rather than drywall over the mess, Paul created a stunning new fireplace feature wall with custom mantel.
As well, it was discovered that the living room ceiling plaster lath was not well attached to the rafters and the ceiling had to be completely removed and rebuilt. He and his crew handled everything that came up cheerfully and with a constructive attitude. Paul also has enough resources that the entire project was finished in just a matter of weeks, allowing us to have our new tenants in the home just a matter of weeks from when he started. I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work and the terrific result.
