    Horrible customer service! I first called the Solon location about a leg press. The girl on the phone said Rocky River location had two brands. I was mostly interested in the used model due to price. The girl on the phone told me the price she believed was $595.00 . I called the Rocky River store to confirm they had the used one. I told them I would be there in 30 minutes. I unloaded my tools out of the truck expecting to bring it home if my wife liked it. We get there, the leg press isn���t fully assembled. Very dirty and jammed in with other machines to where we could barely get to it and try it. We looked at a new one, different brand and decided to purchase the used one. I asked to confirm the price and they told me 695.00. The guy whomI assume was the owner was rude, arrogant and would honor the $595.00 price. I even helped the other employee help assemble it. The owner made a couple smart comments to me that wasn���t professional. He lost a customer for life! Do yourself a favor and go to Health and fitness. Prices are better. More professional and actually clean used products before a customer comes out.

    I contacted Fitness Serve for info regarding price for service calls, etc. and described the problem. Was told I would be contacted soon to let me know if service could be performed on my treadmill and to schedule a service call if so. Never heard anything for nearly two weeks, then received a voicemail stating the technician would arrive the next day at 3 (I had spoken to no one at this point to schedule service). I had, in the meantime, worked with a different company that did actually plan appropriately. Technician (John) from Fitness Serve then called me at the time the company had scheduled service (NOT at my request mind you). I told him I had not requested service because I had never heard back from the company, and that I had gone with a different company instead. He asked me what they had found (why exactly is this his business at this point?), and I said, "I don't think that is any longer relevant," after which he abruptly hung up on me without another word. Absolutely rude and unprofessional experience from start to finish.

    The machines were  taken to the shop, parts ordered from Germany and equipment returned following completion of repairs.  Unfortunately, after a week of use both exercise machines again broke. Current status is that both equipment were picked up and taken to the shop a few days ago. We are waiting for repair status.  Fitness Serve did state that if the most recent problems were due to the same problem, then repairs would be a warranty issue.

    A technician was dispatched the next day and the problem was addressed.  I was so impressed by the professionalism of the company that I subsequently purchased a new treadmill from them.  Good people; good products; good service.

    They gave me pricing on the tredmill pad. They followed up our phone call with several others. They asked alot of great questions and were very professional and courteous. I opted not to have it repaired but I had a great interaction with the company none the less.
