    I was very comfortable with the cataract removal procedure and very happy with Dr. Loizos. I actually had better vision immediately. But my incision did not seal as is normal and required stitches so eye that pressure held. Dr. Loizos repaired it promptly. I had this part done with only a local and had no problems. Although I was billed extra for stitches I spoke with the office and was able to have this fee cancelled. I had to wait past appointment time twice because this place is busy. I am very pleased with results and will go back for the other eye.

    The last time that my son had his lenses come out of his glasses (after an altercation in gym class), I took them to Thoma Sutton and Judy fixed them right up. Took about ten minutes of waiting time, but that's because she gives adequate attention to everyone. There's a Caribou coffee next door and the relaxed atmosphere must spill into this office, because it's always a pleasant place to be. Judy relates well to little old ladies and bouncy young boys.

    We have been using her for the last several years. My husband and I go every year. In fact my grandson also gets his glasses there. We go there because of convenience. They were nice. We have insurance and I only had to spend $25.

    The initial experience was fine.  I purchased new glasses and everyone was helpful and friendly.  That all changed today.  I purchased the glasses in March.  Last week the ear piece broke while I was removing the glasses.  I returned to Pearle, where I was told they would order the new earpiece.  I watched the technician enter the transaction into their system.  Today, a week later, I called to check on the earpiece.  I was told they had no record of my visit and no order in the system.  Since I've been unable to really use my glasses, this was very dissapointing. The woman on the phone, who identified herself as the manager agreed to see me at 2:00 PM to figure it all out and make things right.  When I arrived at 2:05, she was not there and no one in the store knew anything more.  After the technician made sure I understood that she felt I had broken the earpice by mishandling my glasses, I expressed my dissatisfaction with how they treated their customers and requested a refund.  At that point, one of the other technicians appeared with a new earpiece that had suddenly been delivered!  After the technician fixed the glassses and reiterated that the entire episode was all my fault - the broken, glasses, missing earpiece, missing manager, etc,  I stated that it was  unlikey that I would be buying anymore glasses from Pearle, I was told, that was fine - they had plenty of customers to keep them busy.

    All of the technicians were friendly and knowledgable. I had trouble adjusting to the new prescription and the technicians worked with us; we eventually discovered that the type of lens was causing the problem and they switched us to an alternate lens and glass frames. While the process was a bit frustrating due to the lens problems, the people at Pearle were very professional and made the process a whole lot easier.

    My doctor was very good. He gave me a thorough examination. He asked me if I wanted my eyes dialated. He explained everything to me and he knew what he was doing. They were friendly in the office too. I had to pay them and then I got reimbursed and I have never heard of that before.

    They have a great selection of glasses. Their customer service is excellent. I had used an old set of frames that broke, and they provided temporary frames while I was waiting for the new ones to come in. Overall, the quality is great.

    Visiting Dr. Kuder was an excellent experience. When she realized that my dad was having difficulty hearing her, she spoke up and maintained a more audible, yet still pleasant tone for the rest of the examination. The staff was very happy to help us get the best discount available, and when his exam was over they took plenty of time helping him choose new frames. They even fixed up his old glasses for free so that he'd have a backup pair in case he mislaid his new ones. There was absolutely no pressure to buy the new glasses there, and they gave him a copy of his prescription in case he wanted to get another pair elsewhere some other time. Maybe that is the law in Ohio, but I live in Virginia, and you have to make it a point to ask for your prescription if you want your own copy.

    Dr Davis diagnosed a change in my eye in my last exam. He referred me to an MD. He has kept up with my progress and treatment. In fact, he always greets me when I come in and remembers my issues. He never forgets to ask how I am doing. He also assists in picking out and fitting my lenses and frames. His sharp diagnosis saved my eyesight. If the subtle change had been ignored for another year, I most likely would have lost some vision. I will forever be grateful to him.

    I had a cataract operation and I go to him twice a year for regular check. I like him the best of all my doctors because he cares a lot. He takes his time and is personable. He explains things very well and answers all my questions. I usually have to wait for a while in his office. He is very professional.
