I've been with Dr. Seikel for 10+ years and am generally satisfied with his service as a family doctor. Like most doctors these days, I suppose, he takes the time to hear the reason for the visit, usually taking notes on his laptop the whole time. (Are any doctors not obligated to do that these days?) After which he will tell me some random facts about life or something he recently read. He's generally pleasant, although his personality takes some getting used to (quick witted, which can be intimidating). He recently diagnosed me with hypertension, for which he prescribed pills. When I asked about exercise or diet (as an alternative to pills) he was a bit dismissive of those options. He went ahead and prescribed pills, which have been effective. I had hoped he would have been a bit more engaging about my questions, which left me disappointed. I do like that he is generally "up" on the latest medical research. If he has a question about some symptom, he will pull it up on his laptop for clarification, which is okay, I guess. He also seems to be aware of the latest recommendations for treatment. I've been to him for several different reasons, from general physical exams to specific ailments and I am happy with his diagnoses. If he feels it warrants a specialist, he will give a referral.

A friend of my family recommended another doctor in her office, but his schedule was incredibly limited and the secretary recommended Dr. Eilenfeld to me as she completed her residency with the physician to whom I was referred.  She got me in right away.  The staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful.  Dr. Eilenfeld made me feel comfortable and walked me through each step.  I feel she truly cares about every patient.  Definitely found my new primary care physician!

We have been going to the doctor for about 8 and a half years. He is easy to talk with and is very knowledgeable. When we have had other issues he has given great referrals for specialists. We really like his personality. The office staff is super helpful and knowledgeable as well. I have had no issues with scheduling a routine visit.

They're wonderful! You never get sent to another building or facility; everything can get done right on location. Every doctor has access to your entire health record, so they avoid a lot of errors that way. They're good at getting you in the same day, too. My doctor's primary nurse (Martha) is outstanding and ALWAYS responds to voicemails. They genuinely take care of you and are always open to questions. They help you participate in your care and health and they go out of their way to do so! I've never had a problem with the billing. Highly recommended!

The waiting period is long. I believe he doesn't schedule well but he is a great listener. If you ask him not to perform certain tests or procedures he will listen and not force those treatments upon you.

I have been going to the Rocky River Med Center since it opened,  I have seen Dr. Justin Smith for the last 10 yrs and can tell you, you will receive the best care ever.  He listens to you and is very knowledgeable about your treatment.  He cares that you actually get better and not just another office visit.  I highly recommend him and the Rocky River Med Center to anyone who wants a excellent Dr. and excellent care.

..After he advised me to see Dr. Raj I called him and got into to see him within the week and the following week had the surgery, which went well as did the check-up. Almost any Dr. that he ( Dr. Patel) has advised me to see has been good.We have been going to Dr. Patel since he took over the practice from Dr. Thos. Burney several years ago. His nurse and office girl are very friendly and helpful.

My primary care physician does not work on Fridays, but Dr. Al-Haddad is part of her practice - although at a different location and I was able to get an appointment in the morning for my awful sinus infection. My appointment was at 10:30 am - I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room, only one other woman was waiting as well. I realized as time went by we were the only people there - the Dr. wasn't even with another patient. The receptionist was also the nurse who showed me to my room and took my vitals - I thought that was strange. I waited another 20 minutes in the room for the Dr. who was with the other woman that I was in the waiting room with. Waiting time now totals over an hour. When the Dr. did come in he was pleasant and had seemed to be a nice person - but did not apologize or recognize his extreme tardiness. He asked me my symptoms as well as my medical history. After looking at me for 2 minutes his first response is that I have a sleep apnea. WHAT!?! I was there for a sinus infection. He proceeded to go into great detail about how he thinks I have a sleep apnea and this is what is contributing to my other health issues. Once we were back on track he said my sickness was viral and guaranteed I would feel better by Monday. I wish that was a money back guarantee! I was in bed all weekend sick as a dog, called my regular physician on Monday and was able to get antibiotics without going in and paying another $30 copay. Which in the end the infection developed into a severe lower respiratory infection and now weeks later I am on a long list of drugs to try to fight off this infection. Dr. Al-Haddad was more interested in his sleep apnea theory to try to diagnose a 12 year ongoing heart disorder that I have specialists and have even had surgery for than the reason I came in to see him in the first place. I will never see him again, and I told my regular physician about the experience and how unhappy I was with his treatment. The only positive is that he did seem genuinely nice.

He is really an outstanding doctor. He is very helpful and has a great deal of insight. He doesn't rush the patient in any way even considering I am a Medicare patient. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I think that he is such a benefit to the profession. His prices are reasonable.
