  • I made an appointment for a Monday at 6:30 when both my husband and I would be home. No one showed up. I sent a message to them through their website letting them know no one showed up. It's been 3 business days and I have received no response. I'm so disappointed. I'm really interested in getting an estimate from this company and they are being so unresponsive. Makes me wonder if they would show up to do the work timely.

  • The owner came along with a worker. They were very careful and made sure all surfaces were covered. Our tub now looks brand new. The owner and his worker spent a good 7 or more hours making sure the end product was beautiful. Definitely a great value for services rendered. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

  • This experience couldn't have been better. Mom was unsure about 'ruining' her bathroom but now it works better than ever.
    Jim first came out to explain the process and marked off on the tub where the cut would go. We had to confirm Mom could navigate the step - but it was no problem.
    The initial appointment had to be canceled due to Mom's medical emergency. We rescheduled and set the appointment that worked well for everyone. Before the work began, Jim confirmed where the cut needed to be to ensure Mom felt safe and could reach the wall/grab bars. Before the bars were installed he worked with Mom to position them at the right height/location.
    Jim did a thorough cleaning of the space after he completed the work. All was completed within approximately 7 hours. There was only 2-3 hours when another bathroom in the house had to be used. The shower could be used a few days after the installation.
    I was very pleased with how this went as I helped set it up but don't live in Cleveland so couldn't be there for the actual work. Jim communicated well with both me and my Mom about schedules etc.
    Mom was very comfortable with Jim in the house and commented on his patience in getting the cut and bar locations just right for her. She had tears in her eyes when it was all done. Jim worried she was upset but in fact, she was happy this change allows her to stay in her home. That, is priceless.

  • We had a tub that had previously been refinished without a non-slip surface about 6-7 years ago.  The bath matt without suction cups that you need to use still slipped around and floated, so we ended up using a suction cup bath matt.  Eventually the enamel finish started to peel from the bottom of the tub, so we needed to get it refinished again.  We wanted a non-slip surface in the tub this time and BT Techs was able to do it.  They gave me a quote over the phone and I scheduled them to come within 2 weeks.  They showed up on time and were very nice, friendly and professional.  They refinished the tub but forgot to put down the non-slip surface.  I called them a few days later and they were very apologetic and came out within 2 days and added the non-slip surface.  We are very happy with their work and the tub.

  • I didn’t have the work done by them and I was disappointed with them. They delivered the wrong liner. We sent it back and they refunded my money. They were fair in what they were charging. They didn’t do the work that was required. I would not use their services in the future.

  • THEY HAVE BEEN AT MY HOME SIX TIMES & HAVE NOT INSTALLED IT CORRECTLY. THEIR RESPONSE TIME IS POOR. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE APRIL. THERE ARE SCRATCHES & PARTS NOT CAULKED. JUST AN ALL AROUND BAD INSTALL.

  • THEY HAVE BEEN AT MY HOME AT LEAST SIX TIMES, AND IT IS STILL NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. THEIR RESPONSE TIME IS POOR. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE APRIL. THERE ARE SCRATCHES IN THE TUB THAT THEY PUT THERE ON ONE OF THEIR VISITS, WATER BETWEEN THE TUB LINER AND ORIGINAL TUB (SECOND TIME), AND PARTS STILL NOT CAULKED CORRECTLY AND SOME NOT AT ALL. IT HAS JUST BEEN AN ALL AROUND BAD INSTALL.
