    The appointment for a mani and pedi went good, I was well pleased! The receptionist was nice and friendly. The front waiting area was small but comfy. The nail person was excellent in trimming especially my toenails. I am diabetic and had been bothered by a toenail. After she trimmed and filed, it was no longer sore. I had forgotten flip flops so she made sure the toenail polish was dry! She made my short fingernails look great for my son's wedding! Loved the office decor, it provides a relaxing atmosphere!

    It's unbelievable. You'll feel like a million bucks when you leave there. Their customer service is just incredible. It's obvious that they want you to feel comfortable. You're entirely spoiled there. What keeps me going back is when I go inside, I don't worry about a thing. They take care of everything. Their customer service stands out. They have very flexible hours. They're working late like until 7:00 PM and they open at 10:00 AM so it works out pretty good. They're really effective. The office is always changing. There's always something new going on. They listen to their customers. They're online and they have unique system. When you schedule an appointment, it sends you like a text confirmation on your phone or email and a day before your appointment, they send a reminder by text or email, your choice. Their prices are reasonable. It's competent. They take credit cards.

    My appointment was at 12:00pm . She was on time, she was very nice , talk to you not anyone around her. You were treated like it was our time to relaxs and she making sure of it.   She didn't push you out the door and take the next person in line.  She treated you very special.  I will go back again.

    Professional, affordable, quality spa experience.  It is a beautiful day spa owned by Natasha and Shelley, two amazing women who are the licensed asthetician and therapists on site.  I honestly thought it was a franchise that they owned, as it is so well organized and appointed.  The small details really make a big difference!  We enjoyed "tea therapy" with complimentary beverages and light snacks (fruit, granola, biscotti) while relaxing in plush, comfortable robes.  We picked our fragrances for the massage and exfoliation that were blended in the therapy room.  The treatments themselves were relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable!  What a wonderful experience!  I cannot wait to go back!

    She is really good. She gives me a special price for a package and it works for about $200 for 10 half hour sessions, which is really very good. I use go to a rehabilitation center in Ohio Valley Manor and she was one of their therapist and then she decided to go on her own and start her own business. I have lower back problems and neck problems. She just was really skilled and helped me a lot. I have had such good results from her.  When she went to her new location in West Union, I followed her. She is that good. I have to drive round-trip from Georgetown for about 15 miles, so it's that good. She is extremely personable and very good at what she does. I had been able to compare her with other therapists because when I was at Ohio Valley Manor, they just gave me whoever was available on that day and I couldn't choose one over the other. The three people that they had, she definitely was the best. Some places will charge me for canceling an appointment at the last minute and she doesn't do that, instead she always works with me to get an appointment in other time. She is very flexible. I have eight more appointments left in my contract. I was seeing her twice a week but because of the travel involved, I see her once a week.

    I received a gift certificate for spa services as a Christmas gift which I was able to redeem several years ago at Personal Wellness Program in Lima, Oh. Since the spa is not close to where I live, I wanted to use the entire gift certificate in one trip, so I booked both a massage and facial. I was greeted warmly and asked to fill out some basic information about my general health. When the paperwork was out of the way, I was led into the massage area where I met my massage therapist. The therapist asked questions to determine what I wanted to achieve with the massage—relaxation of did I have any issues to work through. We settled on a Swedish massage. The room was warm, dimly lit, and soft music played in the background. At the end of an hour, I felt very relaxed. The facial went well, also. The woman evaluated my skin type and made recommendations based on the amount of care I wanted. She was careful to seek my input before shaping my eyebrows. Afterward, my skin felt amazingly soft. I was happy with the services here and with their friendliness.
