    Cleveland 203k
If youve been shopping around for contractors/businesses to manage/conduct a renovation or project at your home or business, your search can end here. Josh Stone at Cleveland 203K is fantastic. He far exceeded my expectations and impressed me in a number of ways. Josh and his team have very high standards and aim for quality and perfection, nothing less. They walked me through every step of my bathroom renovation from start to finish. They also created the perfect balance of me feeling completely in control (the ultimate decision maker) and not needing to micro-manage their every move. Trust was established from the get-go. Along with Josh and his teams extreme professionalism, I truly appreciated their personability. I was obviously impressed with the constant communication & updates, strong network of contacts (designers, installers, etc.), and their investment in technological tools to create a sense of ease in doing business and savvy experience, but I also loved having these guys around! They were such a pleasure working with I wanted to invite them over for dinner, but remembered I dont cook. :) I also must give a HUGE shout out to Andrew Kosturko. He is part of the Cle203K team and performed the majority of the work. This guy is super talented and crafted my dream bathroom. Its absolutely beautiful and everything I envisioned! Need I say more? Hire these guys, you wont regret it. Thank you Josh, Andrew and Cleveland 203K!! Lindsey Farmer General Manager Nordstrom Beachwood

    Acclaim Renovations & Design
Every project for which we've hired Acclaim has gone well; been completed with excellent results; work handled professionally; all work done by Acclaim employees (not contractors); would definitely hire again in the future when other home projects need to be done. The service is done with a smile by employees we've come to know over time using Acclaim for home projects for the past several years. We've recommended Acclaim to friends and neighbors multiple times.

    Aurora Remodeling Inc.
I asked 3 contractors for detailed estimates of the job. Tim's was the only one that had line item detail. He made a great first impression, and throughout the process of the remodel, he and his crew were nothing but professional, hard-working, easy to deal with. The ceiling soffit by the tub/shower combination was removed as well as the light over the tub. A waterproof tiled shower with beautiful sliding glass doors was built, extending 4 inches beyond the tub. And accent was installed as well as a niche for shampoo, soap, etc. A shower spray was installed as well as a hand-held shower. The vanity countertop was replaced with Cambria Quartz. New double undermount sinks and new faucets were installed. A full wall mirror was removed and replaced with oval mirrors above each sink and a single sconce above each. The vinyl flooring in the bathroom and the carpeting in the adjoining walk-in closet were replaced with Coretec Plus LVP. The walls in the bathroom and closet were painted. A new exhaust fan was installed. There were delays along the way, but that is to be expected when supplies come from different places, for example. My 'drop dead' date was hit. I always knew when the guys would be here. They were very friendly and hard-working. Because they did such a great job on the master bath, I had them do similar work in the second bathroom, although the old tub/shower piece was replaced with a soaker tub and tile up to the ceiling. The cost listed below is the approximate cost of only the master bath.

They were excellent. The guys they had here working were extremely nice and didn't hesitate to something extra if it needed to be done without charging me extra. Sometimes I call him just to ask questions about construction and projects and he is happy to answer my questions.

    Absolute Kitchens and Baths
Mr. Siders wrote up a contract for the remodel and asked for a check for nearly $6,000 ($5,986) deposit up front on March 3rd. We later set a work start date toward the end of April. When I called him to confirm that he would start work on the date we'd agreed on, he essentially said he did not want to fulfill the terms of the contract unless perhaps he increased his price and that otherwise, he would return my deposit in full. He even restated that he would return my $5,986 in full within 2 weeks. A week later, I received a check for $1,000. Mr. Siders stated he would repay the remaining $4,986 within a week after that. Since May 3, I have not been able to reach him and he has not returned my phone calls. Also he has not made any attempt to return the $4,986 that he promised to return to me. As of June 28th Mr.Siders has STILL not returned the $4,986 to homeowner.

We were very pleased with the timeliness, the professionalism, and especially the workmanship of the job. The team doing the work from demolition to final details and installations was prompt, courteous and meticulous. The job started and completed as it was scheduled. In the minor change orders that we included, LoGrasso was very amenable. (In one instance when a change order in flooring resulted in a decrease of job price, the agreed amount was reduced from the hassle). From selection of high quality products, and color coordination, the team assisted our choices but did not push. Suggestions were given and reasons were given for every aspect of the job, We were first attracted to the company at the NARI home improvement show. The number of credentials and recognitions by that organization exceeded any others in the show's brochure. Other companies looked "glitzy" but your display and conversation demonstrated that these guys knew what they were doing and were confident that could meet out standards. After hearing horror jobs about kitchen remodeling, we were so happy to find a company that fir all of the characteristics we wanted for a contractor working in their home: professional, clean, knowledgeable, punctual and, most importantly, honest! We will update with photos. We were very pleased with the process and the product of their work.

    Kitchen Saver
Kitchen Savers was really great to deal with. I wish they offered countertop and backsplash solutions. Having that outsourced, greatly added to the timeline of remodeling the kitchen. Despite that, I very satisfied with the work they performed.

    Acclaim Renovations & Design
Everything went smooth after one miscommunication. Once we got over that the job was done in 25 working days. It was a full demolish and rebuild of the kitchen. There was an issue with a few pieces of backsplash and they came back and redid each bad piece without leaving any evidence of their work. We were very pleased with the overall process.

    Lost Pond Construction Inc
The team at Lost Pond is professional, first class and truly top of the line. Our experience with them was great. We had LP design, demo and remodel our 20 year old master bathroom. Prior to brining in LP, I had received quotes from two other remodel companies.. Both were professional and both provided quotes as to the work that was going to be done. I then reached out to LP and was put in contact with Jeff Tortorea. Jeff asked a different questions over the phone of the work that we were looking for and then explained the way that LP does business. LP does prefer to design first, quote a job, then provide project timelines. The reasoning behind doing it this way is to have the least disruption to the day to day life of the homeowner by having the entire project planned in advance -- from demo, to plumbing, electric, countertops, shower, etc... After hearing Jeff explain this, I told him (after speaking to my wife) that we would go with them. The team that Jeff has is great as well. From Liz who worked with us prior to design, to Andrea who really helped us see what the new bath would look like and provided unbelieveable suggestions on tile, colors, etc to the top of the line Project Manager, Ric --- the team was great. Many buyers and reviews you find on Angie's list have statements around the contractor being unorganized, unresponsive, etc.. That is not the case with LP. The responsiveness of the entire team was literally almost immediate. Even when someone texted Ric at 9pm at night regarding what kind of lightbulb to get for the bathroom -- he responded almost immediately. The quality of contractors that LP brings in are great as well. LP team will do the demo, but there are certain folks - tile contractors, plumbers, painters, electricians - that are subbed out. The subs that LP uses do a heck of a job, communicate well and do quick, quality work. The ENTIRE LP team cares about their customers, their customer's satisfaction (even warranties on the work) and the end product their delivering. I would highly recommend Liz, Andrea, Ric and the team to any person that is looking for a quality, high end company that wants a job done efficiently and correctly.
