They are expensive, but they?re wonderful, and since I?ve never used another Lexus place, I don?t know that they?re not all the same. They?re terrific. They come, and get my car. Give me a car to use, and bring it back to me.

    Pat O'Brien Chevrolet
The warranty is good for one more year. I have a free oil change and tire rotation; one left. The salesman said, call and make an appointment by August 27 of this year to do that. I said well  I'm just having it done now and he said that he was just giving me a date to use the free one. So I appreciate that. The salesman was about 80 yrs old and just full of cons. I worked my whole life building cars, so I know what cars are worth but you know, it's just that he shouldn't have been working. As a matter of fact, after he had sat down with me, I went to the general manager and I said I didn't want to deal with this guy can you sell me this car, so he took over and everything worked out the way it did.I had a trade in. He didn't want to give me s*#t for the trade in and I told him what it was worth and what I knew it was worth and how I take care of my cars, you know I washed and waxed them every week if I can. So anyways that was it, I just didn't like the salesman, but I couldn't even tell you his name, I just met him shortly. That was it, then dealt with the general manager.

As a matter of fact, the general manager called me to tell me to make sure I do it by August 27, to get my last free oil change and tire rotation. I could give them a B because I just didn't like the salesman. You gotta start off on the right foot and they started off on the wrong foot by sending him to me. I've been back buying cars from O'Brien, my dad, and I.We've always had got treated well, but the salesman we use to buy cars with passed away. I told them who he was and they said, this guy was a friend of his. That's when they sent me this old man, and he should be retired, he shouldn't be out selling cars at 80 years old, but like I said I couldn't tell you his name, I dealt with him for five minutes and that's it. Once I got the general manager. I called the Chevrolet and talk to the honchos at Chevy and I told them about Pat O'Briens and how I felt and blah blah blah. I said you know you've got an 80-year-old salesman who works there that shouldn't be and they must have called them. There was a part that was missing on my car and I called them and told them and they said they ordered the part. Two weeks later I called them and said is my part there? They said they looked and said you didn't have a part, and you never ordered a part from here.I  got mad, and that's when I called the Chevy headquarters, and two days later they said oh, we found the part we had it misplaced and they treated me like I was gold. I know it was the Chevy headquarters that called them and told them. But, since I called the headquarters they treated me like I owned the place, so that's nice.

They're not great deals but they're around you know the same as what you should get from any other dealership.
I shouldn't say that because I dealt with any other dealerships for the last 30 years, I've been going to O'Briens. I look on those websites like True Autos and make sure I know the price of what people are paying before I go in there so I don't get oversold. I always try to get undersold, but that's hard to do. But you know saving a hundred bucks or two hundred bucks that's nice for me. So that's what I try to do. I call, and it takes a couple of days for them to come up with either an excuse or an answer so I don't like that part about them. They're very professional. I absolutely would use them again.

Their friendliness and efficiency stand out the most. They just do a good job. They are the first dealer I've ever used more then once for my service because dealers usually aren't very good. Scheduling is easy. Usually the appointment is within a week if I want that. Communication skills are excellent. They come out and discuss what needs to be done with you before just doing it.

It was under the service agreement. This was a couple hours. They came up and picked up the car and they were back in a couple hours. When I visited the dealership, their waiting area is very nice, the workers are very professional.

    RICK CASE HONDA
What I like the most is the location, it's convenient. They're easy to get into. The staff is very nice. They provide transportation while the car is being worked on. I'm going there at what time it is and they take my car. They could improve on the price.

Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care
Have been to this Conrad's a number of times over the last few years with family vehicles and Father-in-Law vehicle. We tried them due to unsatisfactory service at prior mechanics, oil change companies. My Father-in-Law was very loyal to a major auto repair / tire provider and changed over to Conrad's. You are treated with respect and care as if you where a family member. You are given a fair price for the work needed. You get estimates with a priority of needs that should be done and how soon with no pressure. I feel they honest and have integrity. They will always get my business.

It's where I bought the car. They've done everything right. They do good work, do what they're supposed to do and are very professional about it. Their pricing is a little high, it's an auto dealer, they're always higher.

    Transmission Engine Pros
I can't say enough about the folks at Transmission Engine Pros. I took my 04 Honda CRV in with what I was sure was a bad transmission. It wouldn't shift correctly and I barely managed to get there every minute afraid I was going to hear grinding and see smoke. I left my CRV with them at the end of the day and received a call around 1pm the next day with the test results. They had taken it on several test drives and run it through every diagnostic they had and could not find anything wrong with it other than a piece of floor mat that was wedged up under the gas pedal. I was waiting for the other shoe with a bill for hundreds in diagnostics when they told me it would not cost me anything and that they looked forward to my future business. I would absolutely recommend these guys for any service thanks TEP!!!

    SOUTH EUCLID KAR KARE
This shop was caught by a bystander, allowing their employees to dispose of gasoline illegally. Dumping it down the storm drain goes right into our water supply!

South euclid police have a nice write up in the plain dealer blotter.

    You should be ashamed
