    I'm torn about this review. For a while, we were very happy with this dr. He was a gentleman when he did my physical (woman's physical) and very respectable. However, my husband had multiple chronic issues come up this year including 3 hospitalizations. On our followup visit from the hospital, there were many symptoms to address, and upfront I told the dr. we need to go through one by one with what their recommendations were and what his are because some things were not resolved and the hospital made some guesses on some things. I got through one symptom, and the doctor didn't want to hear any more.. he wanted to take a different approach and ask what the hospital didn't find cause he had the records. My husband is deaf, and we had an interpreter so I had this all organized before the appt. to SAVE the dr. time and to help with the communication with my husband so that he understands and so that everything gets covered. So then instead of one by one - I rattled them off, and the doctor said I was throwing too much at him and told me to stop. The doctor, after telling him one symptom, said he didn't have time for us - we paid for that appt. and for chronic healthcare this is unacceptable. It's the reason we had the appt. Not only that, but my bills are paid in full the same day I receive the bill and we have our deductible saved up front each year, and we put a substantial amount of money into our healthcare. Doctors need to consider who they should be servicing - you can't get a better patient than us and we were treated that way. Immediately after this appt., we received a letter that the doctor is leaving the practice for a new one and so we have to find a new doctor anyway. It's time these healthcare industry practices end - we didn't receive help at all from that appt. or the way forward and my husband is still dealing with issues.

    I went to them for the first time. I switched my services from one place to closer to my home, that's why I chose this one. I was very impressed with Dr. Leigh Temsey AuD., I had never seen her before. Dr. Temsey has about 20 years experience, she's excellent in every way. Their facility is clean and up to date. The quality of the service was excellent. I have a six month appointment that she made ahead for me.

    The office staff was horrible, and that was on the phone only trying to schedule an appointment. I waited 48 hours for a call back but didn't receive one. I called them back and the lady who answered the call had the absolute worse attitude ever. She acted like it was my fault. I let my doctor know. I would never go there, what if you really needed to get a hold them in an emergency? I've never ran into that before.

    I had the Tummy Tuck and everything went exactly as Dr Grawe . At the pre-op office visit I was given prescriptions for post-op medications, post-op instructions, and scheduled post-op visit. My surgery was performed at Knightsbridge Outpatient Surgery Center and I received excellent care. I was given instructions on how to contact Dr Grawe at anytime. I had a post-op medical scare at 7 pm on a Sunday and I emailed Dr Grawe, I didn't expect a response until Monday, but I received a reply from Dr Grawe at 7:10 pm the same day. It made me feel so confident in the care Dr Grawe was providing to me when she responded to my email without delay. Dr Grawe and I weren't satisfied with some aspects of my surgery and she made sure that corrections were made to our satisfaction. She has a warm, caring, professional bedside manners. I enjoyed receiving care from Dr Grawe and her staff. My family members were very pleased with the care I received and the attention that she paid to their thoughts and or concerns.  I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Grawe and her staff.

    The results were mind blowing, talk about a DIVA.  I am nearly 60 years old and I wish I had met Dr Grawe 25 years ago.  But, I am truly enjoying getting dressed.  Whatever I put on this body, it looks good on me.   I am a true example that you are never to old to want to look your best, and thanks to Dr Grawe, I look my best at all times!!!!!!

    My surgery for the double mastectomy was great even though I had issues from the reconstruction doctor.  Dr. Lilly made several phone calls to my home during the recovery time to see how I was doing.  He is really knowledgable and very personable.

    He diagnosed it and gave me medicine last month, and I came back yesterday. I'm doing much better, and he told me what to do for the next three months until my next appointment. He's very educational and takes the time to explain to you about your injury. He took his time and he's friendly. I'm going back with a smile on my face and no pain in my ankle.

    So the staff was very nice, and the office was clean and well kept up. They also had a patient portal that you could look at for your documentation and do medication requests! was impressed with the overall feel of the office. The only drawback to the visit was the fact that my doctor must have gotten so caught up in talking with me that he forgot to do a physical exam.

    It is fairly easy to get an appointment. We usually do not have a long wait when we get there. This is a new building and the waiting room is comfortable. Staff is very nice and when you are finished the doctor walks you out. Dr. Boris takes time with his patients, is generally caring, and up to date on new procedures and practices.
