Except for some inevitable small hiccups (bad parts, trying to get new drains to seal properly), everything went swimmingly. The company was able to fit us into their schedule immediately which we liked. I needed to be at home when they worked - but I did not know what time of day they were coming. One time the worker got sick the night before but didn't inform me he would not be in the next day. Otherwise, they were very helpful.
