    PRECISION FITNESS REPAIR
Aaron came out on time and fixed both problems quickly. He took the time to explain the problem and also gave me some tips for maintaining the treadmill so I wouldn't need additional service. He was in and out in about an hour, and it's been running fine since. He was a pleasure to work with and go the job done quickly without any hassle.

Facility is nice and staff is friendly. Treatment was effective. I imagine all would be well if I was a cash customer, but I wasn't. I had insurance, and that started the worst healthcare experience of my life. There was NO financial communication with me during my entire time there. In 2012, I had a copay and I would have to ask them if they were going to take my copay. Otherwise, I could have walked right out of there. I never received an EOB from my insurance company as to whether they filed claims or not. This went on a little over a month, then at the beginning of 2013, my new insurance covered 12 chiropractic sessions a year. It was over 2 years later I discovered they were charging my prior insurance company for services not received and overinflated prices for equipment, such as $520 for an item that I can buy for $55. I had no idea I would be on the hook for the full amount - they never discussed my obligation.
Under my new insurance, for the covered 12 sessions, they sent in claims at contracted amounts for services, which applied toward my deductible. Again, never billed for my out of pocket amounts. I inquired many times, but got elusive answers, but never an amount I owed them. After my 12 sessions, they never notified me, but continued to file claims aware they would be rejected and I would be responsible for the full amount. But now, they were not contracted amounts, but full amounts. So I was on the hook for $300+ a session. Again, I was being charged for services not received, such as 2 or 3 units of therapeutic exercises ($50 a unit). I know this was not the case because I normally went in as one of the last patients of the day, and a unit of exercise is 15 minutes, so we are talking about 30 or 45 minutes. I never did this!
In the end they admitted that the person handling accounts was negligent of duty and was terminated, but they made no concessions. They put the responsibility squarely on me, and that I could have checked EOB's, and that I am responsible for all charges.
In a nutshell, this facility should be avoided at all costs. You have been warned.

I initially used some personal training time, which honestly I discovered was not what I needed/wanted.  Being a former college athlete, I don't need someone to watch me, or push me.  I only wanted someone to create my workout plan because I had had a heart attack and was afraid of doing too much too soon.  The PT was not a good experience as he did not ever grasp the fact that I had had a heart attack and in the end, I sustained my first ever back injury.  It took months to work that out, and when I restarted using my membership, I signed up for Coached Workouts with Tessa Enger.  Awesome lady!

She did a great job, provided well thought out workouts that were right on target.  This went well for about 3-4 months before I had another health issue related to fatigue (eventually figured out it was being caused by a medicine I was on).  But, during that time Tessa would email me and ask how I was,  she offered many suggestions on things to try and they all helped a little bit.  I would highly recommend her.

But, they reduced the hours down from 24/7 (which mattered to me) and THEN when my price jumped again (3 times in 2 years) and reached almost $95 a month just for the core membership......I closed it out.

I now have a membership to Planet Fitness for $10/month for their treadmills and 24/7 hours.  I also added LA Fitness for another $29.99 a month to gain access to a pool and hot tub when I need it.  So for about a third of the cost, I have the same facilities.  For me, this made the most sense as these two places give me exactly what I used at Lifetime.  Your mileage may vary.

I like them. A woman spent about 45 minutes walking me through showing me how to use the machines and then I was on own. I didn't take any classes. I just used the weights. I used them just short of a year and then I got busy with something and never went back. I was going to transfer to something closer and I never got around to it. They had a wide selection of equipment. They have bicycles, stair climbers and fitness classes. They offer silver sneakers for seniors. It was a nice place. I didn't take advantage of everything they offered. It was in a safe neighborhood. I got in free because I used the silver sneakers. The machinery always worked. If I had questions, I could ask one of the employees and they would help me. They were helpful. They also had a swimming pool. I would use them again but I found a place that is closer.

It is a huge facility, so they have tons of equipment. The equipment is very well maintained. It is a clean and bright facility. It is a fairly new facility. They just went through a multi-million-dollar remodeling, so that makes a nice environment to work in. The personal trainer I worked with there was exceptionally good, I really liked him. He had good results while I was there in terms of my fitness goals. His name was Jimmy Willison. They had a lot of activities and facilities. They had basketball courts and climbing wall. We were particular to the squash courts while we were there and they had intramural squash tournaments and things like that. They had a great cafe as well, so you could food before and after your workout to advance your overall fitness goals, that was a really outstanding feature as well. They are a pricey, but for the amount of service that you get for the price I have a hard time seeing how they can charge less.

I have used their fitness equipment, their weight and exercise machine. It was closer to my house. The negative will be that the equipment is broken and stays broken for a long period of time. There are just little things that are really annoying about the gym. They have a lot of same type of equipment, so it is very easy at anytime a day to get on a treadmill or elliptical machine and that's the great part of it. On the downside, the waiting room gets very crowded as it is small. They have a sauna. They have a Keeter that I can work out in and it is unique. I have never seen that before. They provide a wide range of fitness equipment. Their rates have gone up. I will use them again because they are in such a convenient location.

    Aspen Fitness Clubs - Reynoldsburg
LOVE this gym!! It's very much like "Average Joe's" from Dodgeball, but the quality and price can't be beat! The classes are included with a very reasonable membership as well as tanning and use of all their equipment. I pay about $20 a month and everything is included! If you're looking for a place to work out without being intimidated or self-conscience, this is a great place. Your membership also gets you in to their other locations which offer additional classes and services. I looked hard for the right gym and am glad I've picked this one. By the way, their classes are awesome. Everyone's really supportive and it's very easy to just be yourself, not matter your size, shape, weight, whatever. Everyone's there to get healthy and have fun and that's all that matters.

I really enjoy Aspen Fitness Clubs . It has a lot of machines to choose from. The staff is very professional and polite. The membership is very reasonably priced. The club is very clean and well maintained. Sometimes I utilize the classes and they are extremely effective. I am very pleased with the club overall. I would and have recommended their services.

    LADIES WORKOUT EXPRESS
WHILE THE COMPANY IS HONORING THE 18 MONTH CANCELLATION OPTION (WHICH MEANS I MUST PAY THROUGH JAN. 06), THEY ARE NOT HONORING THE 10 MILE OPTION BECAUSE THEY SAY THE ORIGINAL VERSION OF CONTRACT DOES NOT HAVE THE WRITTEN CHANGE ON IT. I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF THIS IS TRUE OR NOT. MY COPY DOES HAVE THE WRITTEN CHANGE (INITIALED IN INK BY FORMER GAHANNA LOCATION OWNER), AND I HAVE FORWARDED A COPY TO THE COMPANY, BUT THEY DO NOT CARE, AND WON'T HONOR IT. WHILE LEGALLY THEY ARE PROBABLY IN THE RIGHT, I THINK MORALLY, AND ETHICALLY THEY ARE WRONG, AND ARE IN EFFECT ROBBING ME OF NEARLY $100 NOT DUE TO THEM. IN SPEAKING WITH TAMMY AT THE REYNOLDSBURG LOCATION, I FOUND HER TO BE RUDE, AND UNSYMPATHETIC. HER FACILITY MAY BE WONDERFUL (I'VE NEVER SEEN IT), BUT I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE SIGN A CONTRACT WITH HER OR LWE.
