Jeff and his team did an A+ job. It took four days to complete the project since it was a big yard. They were on time or early each day they arrived. Jeff is very professional and explained everything to me ahead of time. His estimate was higher compared to another company but was able to come down more in price. I will not hesitate in recommending him to others.

Short miscommunication when I accepted the bid. Once that was cleared up the work was scheduled and completed as planned. They arrived promptly and were very professional. Checked with me about minor clarifications and did an excellent job. I would use them again for another job.

    A:Z Contracting, LLC
We hired Lowe's to install a fence. A:Z was the subcontractor who did the work. They showed up on schedule and began demolition of the old fence. After the old fence was down, they presented my wife with a liability waiver document, saying that they could not proceed without the waiver. KEY POINT: The old fence was demolished and damaged beyond repair. There was no opportunity to turn back. In their work they damaged a main transmission line for one of the cable companies. We received a bill for $1619.17 for the repair work. Zack immediately replied with the release of liability and refused to pay. The facts are: 1. A:Z clearly does not have appropriate insurance. This damage should have been covered by their general liability insurance. 2. A:Z is unethical - presenting a waiver of liability AFTER the work had been started and there was no opportunity to turn back. I would not hire them under any conditions. If they were to show up as a subcontractor, I would contact my contractor and insist on a different company.

We hired Lowe's to install a fence. They subcontracted (as always) to a third party. The subcontractor showed up and began demolition of the old fence. After they had the old fence down, they presented my wife with a Waiver of Liability, informing her that the work could not proceed without it. KEY POINT: The document was presented AFTER the point-of-no-return. Having no other choice my wife signed the document. They continued work, and in the process struck a cable company transmission line. We received a bill for over $1600 for the repair. The subcontractor refused to pay the bill. Lowe's chose to side with the subcontractor. Here is the problem: This specific damage is why we hired Lowe's to begin with. We assumed that they would have workers with appropriate insurance to cover such damage. For Lowe's to hire a subcontractor without sufficient insurance, and to stand behind the subcontractor when they make a mistake is completely unconscionable. SO: when you have Lowe's install anything be aware that they may leave you footing the bill for their contractor's mistake.

    Elite Fence of Columbus
I canceled they charged me 10K for 223 linear foot of vinyl fence. I did some research and found that it was extremely high way more than I needed to pay. So I canceled my order ( nothing was ordered or delivered yet) the company will not cancel my order in their system nor will they return my money. This company is sub contracted by Home Depot and they will not return Home Depots calls either. Home Depot is frustrated and has elevated this to the high ranks to help me. I do not recommend this company

A-1 Quality Carpentry was great to work with from the beginning to the end. Getting an estimate was quick and easy and was willing to answer any questions we had. The job was completed in just two days and the quality was excellent. We love the product we received and would definitely hire again.

The experience was very good.  They worked the entire time they were here.  They cleaned up everything including spreading the dirt out where they had to dig.  They left it looking very nice.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the first time I met with Jeff he was professional, informative, knowledgeable and responsive. He communicated with me as the date approached, began work on the scheduled start date and finished within the timeframe he quoted. My deck is absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend A-1 Quality Carpentry to anyone looking to have a deck built.

They did a very nice job. They did a fine job. I thought the price was pretty high. This is the first time I've owned a home. It seemed high to me because they did it in a day with three people. They had to buy materials and things, too.

    The Fence Guy
We love the fence. Originally I was thinking split rail, but Keith was right to suggest the 3 board fence I installed. He came out for the estimate when he said he would and gave me the estimate before he left my house. He is straight forward and honest. He was responsive to my calls and to my schedule. I had to back the work up a few weeks as the cement contractor doing work in the yard couldn't finish up as soon as I thought he would. Amy was my installer and she was great. She always let me know what was going on, when she would be there, or why she wouldn't. It took a little longer to install than any of us wanted, but we were sabotaged by Mother Nature for most of December! Amy made sure the weather wasn't going to cause problems somewhere down the road, so sometimes we just had to wait it out. I would rather have great quality work than a fence put in under adverse conditions. I have no doubt that if any issues which develop, they will be handled with every bit as much professionalism as the install was. Thanks you guys!
