"I couldn't be more pleased and am only sorry that I didn't call them sooner as it might have saved me some tense moments trying to teach my teen how to" drive. My daughter's instructor, , was wonderful. He reached out to me first to make sure I understood the process and answer any questions. Then he worked directly with my daughter to work out a schedule for when they could drive together because she has after-school sports every day and I was traveling for work. was very flexible and worked around her schedule. He was extremely focused on safety with my daughter, had a tremendous amount of patience. He identified areas where she needed improvement and coached her through it until he was comfortable with her skills. He made the experience enjoyable for her while ensuring she acquired skills and a respect for the responsibility of driving. Many of my daughter's friends went to a different driving school because 'everyone else does' but I am so glad that I chose Noble instead as my daughter received a very personalized, professional and thorough education.

"Initially the overall service was satisfactory until we had to schedule that actual road test which was included prepaid portion of the package. The road test portion" included a pickup at the house, a 1 hr refresher course and transportation to DMV and use of the vehicle for the test. A day or two before the road the instructor called to inform us that the road test was scheduled at a DMV location that was too far from her house and that she would not pick up my daughter and it would be up to us to provide transportation and this scheduling was very inconvenient for her...OK. After discussing with my daughter we decided to reschedule. This incident got back to the front office and a gentleman named called me to apologize profusely for the "misunderstanding" . I told him that we had rescheduled and gave him the new information. He promised me it was handled. The day road test #2 I called because I hadn't received a confirmation call and I wanted to confirm where she was going to be picked up that afternoon. I was informed that they had no record of her test and had no drivers available to fill in...ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Please keep in mind that I have a 17yo who in her mind should have had her license 3 months ago and it is 11am her test is scheduled for 4pm and we have no plan. The person explained to me that had been hospitalized and basically blamed him. Is this a one man show? After I explained my frustration I was told they would try to get a driver from another company to fill in. Thank goodness I had learned my lesson and called around myself and found a local driving school who could take my daughter for her Test (Thank you A1 Peck in ). But it's not over! I received a call at 4:05pm (her test was scheduled for 4pm) to tell me they couldn't find another driver and with much hesitation they said they would refund me the road test portion of the package $195. I'm a reasonable person and things happen so I figured that was fair especially since I had to pay A1 for the last minute service. As of the writing of this review ,15 days after the incident,I have not received a refund nor have I received a return call concerning the refund. Not only very disappointing customer service but in my opinion unethical. My son is next in line and the only thing I can guarantee is where we won't be going.

Drivers Ed reviews in Reynoldsburg

The Instructors are friendly and fun and relatable to teenagers, able to capture their attention, and really focus them on preparing for their tests. The location was easy to find, and the staff that handles registration is very friendly and helpful. Whenever we have a question, we can call or email and get pretty prompt responses. The ...More car that they use for Student Lessons is fully equipped and safe and also cool to drive for the students.

I'm 18 and took driver's ed in High school when I was 16 or almost 17. However, after that i didn't get any driving practice with either of my parents. So I did not get the practice I needed until recently and did not do the graduated license program.
I was nervous to drive initially and had trouble understanding a lot of ...More road rules. I technically understood them on paper, but when I got out on the road I felt overwhelmed and just didn't feel comfortable. I avoided driving, especially with my dad, because all he would do was yell and freak out about every little mistake I made. So that just made me become increasingly more nervous and uncomfortable each time I drove.

I'm definitely glad my dad paid for the class though. All I really needed was to be taught by a good, patient teacher that gave clear calm instructions and encouraged me. That is exactly what did as a driving instructor. She was also easy to relate to and there were no awkward long car rides.

Whether you're starting to learn to drive at 16, or you're an adult who feels overwhelmed and scared by driving, I think this class could help you. Just trust the teacher and you'll do great!

I am so impressed by the responsiveness of this organization. This may well have been the best customer service experience I may have ever had. There was a glitch in scheduling my daughter's behind the wheel lessons, and when I called to discuss it, the owner stepped in, and offered a way through the issue that was creative, and extraordinarily ...More generous. Likewise, I also had a very responsive experience with the classroom teacher, who accommodated a special request.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. These people are rude and very unprofessional. It will take you about 3-4 months to complete the course because they overbook and only work part time. Once you complete the classroom time it will take up to 6 weeks before you can book your first drive time then they will drag that out forever. It's like they're ...More hoping you will just go away after they get your money. If they tell you that your drivers permit is coming in the mail don't believe them. It will get mailed to their office and then they won't call to tell you it's there. They just wait for you to call them. This happened to both myself and my neighbor. They work from 11am till noon and then take an hour break and work from 1pm to 4pm NO JOKE! Good luck getting them on the phone and if you're lucky enough to get a call back you better answer because the old women in the office will tell you " I don't leave voice mail messages so you better pick up when we call". I had to laugh because they are so over the top rude when they talk to people it's almost comical. Run don't walk away from this place.

My husband and I decided to get our daughter private driving lessons because she was super nervous about taking the road test at the DMV. Her instructor was courteous and punctual. Their pricing was more than others I had called. However, they were the only ones that could help me in the time frame I needed. The other places I called, I had to leave ...More a message. My calls were not returned for a couple of days from the other providers. This service is such a stress reliever! I wish I had thought about doing this before. Being a passenger while your child is driving, can be very stressful for both of you! Her instructor was very calm and encouraging. He helped give her the confidence she needed. Her instructor picked her up from our house and dropped her back off. He answered every question and gave great feedback. She was very well prepared for her road test. Matter of fact, the person who issued my daughter her license was very impressed with how well she did! The lady told my daughter that it is very rare to have someone come in and score so high. After using this service, I am so thankful I did so. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Ours is a VERY SATISFIED alum family. My now-19 year old son completed the IDS course in Maryland during the summer between his sophomore and senior years in high school. Now it is time for my 16 year old daughter to learn to drive and to be perfectly honest, that thought scares me a little.
Which is why I am absolutely ...More over the moon that has branched out to bring their unparalleled level of driver's training to our new hometown in southern California. Well, they're not exactly in our new home town, more like a 90 minute drive south of us. IT'S WORTH IT!
That is how good these folks do their job: as a busy entrepreneur, mother, wife etc, I did not even think twice about the distance when we learned about IDS in SoCal. They are THAT good. And the need for my daughter to become an excellent driver is THAT important.
A bit of background: We were introduced to IDS when they made a presentation at my kids high school on Silver Spring MD. I was impressed with the program philosophy, instructor experience and materials this program offered. That police officers teach the course is a bonus on several levels.
My daughter is eager to drive but not so much that she is really engaged in the process when I chauffeur her around town. As opposed to her brother who asked thoughtful questions about the mechanics, laws, and culture of operating a motor vehicle each time he we got in the car. As he progressed through the IDS training his questions became more sophisticated, his Behind The Wheel confidence skyrocketed without approaching arrogance, and his respect for the responsibility of driving a car was obvious. I mention this to illustrate my upcoming point:
IDS is the only program with which I feel completely safe entrusting this huge responsibility of guiding my daughters evolution from passenger to responsible, safe and excellent driver. This is a position I take with with 100% confidence after witnessing the competent and yes, smart - very smart - driver that my son became.
We have only great things to say about this course. Yes, it was among the more expensive options back in Maryland, but it was much cheaper than the hours therapy or pounds of cheesecake required to otherwise calm my nerves as my cherished children grew into drivers.
is one of the best decisions made by our family!

They were terrible - they had other people in the car, the instructor would stop at a station and eat while the student was driving. Also it took 4 months to complete the driving school. Then they penalized me because they took so long - made me pay an extra $150. They also charged me for gas, which wasn't part of the original agreement. They also ...More charged us for pick ups (which I had to pay for in advance).

I was going to him, but saw he had a judgement against him for several thousand dollars, so didn't bother.

The course itself was fine. My main problem was with response, ot lack thereof, to questions and concerns. Forget about anyone answering the phone EVER if you call. Furthermore, messages and emails are not responsded to in a timely manner, if at all. Totally unresponsive to customer inquiries. Very poor customer service. Avoid at all cost.
