  • My Berber carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 12 years: children, sick pets, culminating in a minor disaster (an entire gallon jug of apple cider fermented and exploded in a bookbag left by my child before we went away for a week fall 2017.... I just wanted to give up on it. After a time I decided to see what a pro could actually do and landed on Premier. Long story short, the horrifying stain is gone and my carpet looks fantastic. Jason came back twice to keep working on the stain, which was profoundly set in the Berber. Combination of classic cleaning, followed by deep cleaning, followed by specific treatment for the last of the organic stain. So engaging and informative, with a genuine desire and ability to do great work. I'm looking forward to having Premier come back in 6 months as this fresh carpet look is really lifting my spirits!

  • AWESOME! Cassie was VERY responsive. We called them because the company my daughter had hired failed to return calls and did not come on time, then when they did finally show up, they were not prepared to work and left. Gave her the run around. She cancelled them and asked me to find a company. Master was my first call and Cassie was totally accommodating. offered to come the same day, but we scheduled for the next day due to our schedule. They were on time, professional, thorough and pleasant to work with. Price was reasonable and we will call again.

  • They always do a great job. We have some very high windows in our great room and they have them sparkiing in no time. Plus, they alerted us that one of our window wasn't working correctly. It is not a window we generally use, so we are glad they alerted us to the issue.

  • I've used them twice now. They're top drawer. They really are. Two people were there for the three hours, and they did a fabulous job. They knew how to clean a house. I didn't have to say go wash the floor or do that. They have a routine. They get started on the vacuums first. They're very organized and work extremely well with one another. There's a bit of a language barrier, but there's always one person who speaks very good English who's here, but other than that, that's a minor thing. We can actually speak to the other person, it was just clear that she didn't understand. It's just not a big deal for me. I don't have a particular large place and they actually finished everything I needed and wanted to get done well within the three hours. It was three hours per person. Their price was absolutely fair. It's sometimes a little hard to get them to call you back, but once again, that was a deal. Subsequently, it was a little hard to get ahold of them, but they did call. I plan on using them in the future.

  • O goodness, where do I start...sigh First I had to schedule with them 3 times because they canceled on me twice. Mind you I had to work my schedule around their's so that they could get into my house so I took vacation time to accommodate them. When they arrive they did an excellent job of cleaning the windows and it was agreed that I would allow them to take six of my window screens so that they could either be repaired or cleaned. After a week and a half I have to call them to remind them to bring the screens back because I wanted to open my windows at night for the cool breeze. One of the technicians brought the six screens back, however I noticed that one of the screens was not my screen or size--it belonged to someone else. The screen was small and not a large which would not fit my window. I called them immediately and asked that they come and pick up the screen that did not belong to me and bring me my original screen back. I called again for a second time and I texted them as well thinking they would response but they did not...NOTHING! It's like they dropped off the face of the earth. So now I sit here with a screen that does not belong to me and a service provider that won't respond to my calls or texts and the notion that I will probably have to go out and buy a new screen for my window which sucks! Why should I have to buy a new screen because this is not my fault! Although they did a good job cleaning the windows, the customer service that I received and the way they handled my situation outweighs the former. I'm sorry to say that I am very disappointed with them at this point and I will NEVER recommend or use their services again EVER! This has been the worse service provider and experience I have had with Angie's List thus far. I hope that someone from Angie's List will be aware and look into this issue, but just wanted to give my honest opinion of this service provider to spare someone else from a possible bad experience. Not cool!

  • today They broke an antique collectible. they refused to pay for it. wanted to give me free cleaning. this was not acceptable. so I fired the company. my husband is a disable veteran and bought these collectibles for me. I was very upset. .

  • They washed our aluminum house and did a test first to make sure their product wasn't too strong. They were very efficient and did an excellent job! Very honest and likable guys. I would highly recommend them to others. They also had very reasonable prices.

  • I've hired many different house cleaning services, and nothing compares to Sparkly Bubbles Cleaning! I am so happy to have found such a wonderful cleaning company. The house looked like it did when we first moved in and I can't wait until they come back! We also have two dogs and you wouldn't even have known an animal lives at our house after the amazing job they did!

  • Over all I think they did a great job--they basically cleaned my house from top to bottom including windows, however in the process of them cleaning my house, they broke several items including a beautiful crystal angel that belonged to my mother before she died and my toilet paper roll in my half bathroom. They did not tell me that these items were broken while they were there and I discovered these items on my own, I contacted the owner and sent her pictures of the items to see if we could talk about a resolution but I was never contacted back. Although they did a good job cleaning I don't think that I will ever invite them back into my home if they are going to be careless with my personal items and some of them which are priceless. I was able to glue the angel wings back onto the statue nevertheless I felt it was bad customer service for the owner to not even respond after I contacted her.

  • I was very impressed. Soft touch sends 3 people to do the work. Clearly they are excellent team working together. They cleaned my house better than I ever could and I liked their work so much I've hired them to do a move-out cleaning service. I'm putting my house on the market to sell.
