    Safelite AutoGlass
I made the appointment online. Someone from Safelite called to confirm they received my request; I also received an email confirmation. The morning of my appointment, our technician called to say he would be here during the timeframe I had chosen, and gave me a better idea of when he'd be here. He again called me when he was 15 minutes away. Our technician's name was Landon and he was very courteous, professional, and took pride in his work. He cleaned up any mess he might have made in the car when he replaced the windshield, and he also thoroughly cleaned all the windows of the SUV as well as the rear view mirrors.

really smooth. I had a small problem with the trim they applied. I was in Florida when this occurred and rather than telling me I needed an appointment they fixed it on the spot. Took about 20 minutes. No cost. Really good customer service!!

Its still under warranty. It is good work, easy to schedule. Took the car as they said and finished within the time frame of 2 hours that they said. Everything stuck out to me. As a matter of fact, theyve gone to an online app where you can schedule your appointment and everything online. Theyre communications has been pretty good.

I don't go anywhere else, so I don't have any comparison. It took just a couple hours, maybe an hour and a half. He just explained to me what all he did. He did the oil change, rotated the tires, filled up all the things that needed to be filled and all that kind of stuff. I've been going there for years. They are personal friends.

I think the price needs to come down. I went there basically because they had the part. I have to go back because the key doesn't fit in the lock, so they would've gotten an "A" if I didn't have to go back. If they are going to charge those prices, they should get it right.

I go there about every 5,000 miles. They don't charge me for oil changes.  I get free service for two years.  It's part of Toyota's package.  It comes with the car.  I bought the car almost two years ago now, for almost $20,000.  When they greet you they are pleasant, they go that extra mile for you when you talk to them and ask them questions.  I think just the friendliness of the place stands out for me, and of course they do the job.  I think a lot of places you go to, their attitude has a lot to do with whether you go back or not.  I guess they've done everything that had to be done with the car.  I've never noticed anything where they've slacked on it.  I think they perform the service as they say.  I think it's a good price.  I love Toyota, but I'm prejudiced. I've had nothing but Toyotas for a while.

It was a special bulb, as the car turns, the light turns with it. They were good. The price was outrageous. I went to three other places and nobody could do it, they said it was a special light. I was a little worried to let it go on because I drive at night, and it was around Christmas time and I thought I don't want to be picked up for having a light out or something.

They were prompt, did the service, got it done quickly and they were in-and-out and took care of it. We had an emergency, the spring on the garage door broke and they were there either that day or the very next day.

September 2013 I had a oil leak on my 2001 jeep wrangler. I had Byers replace the rear main seal that cost roughly 665.00.  After the work was complete I had several issues with my engine light coming on. After several trips to Byers they fixed the problem they caused that was a sensor got dirty while they performed the work.  July 2015 my engine started leaking oil again. I took the jeep back to Byers and was told it was the rear main seal again and a valve cover gasket and they wanted 1100.00 to replace it ( I had only put 500 mile on the jeep since the work was done). I told them I was taking the jeep to another dealer.   I then went to Crown Jeep in Dublin who was excellent. They did not find a leak in the rear main seal and only the value cover gasket. I was only charged 260.00 for the repair.    Byers was trying to take me by replacing a item that did not need replaced.   Buyer Beware.........

I have a 2001 Jeep Wrangler that was leaking oil. I took it to Byers and was told the repairs would cost 1100.00 wanting to replace the rear main seal and valve cover gaskets. Rather than have Byers do the work I took the jeep to Crown Jeep. I told them that Byers wanted 1100.00 to fix the oil leak. They kept my car a few days and spent the time to find the real problem which was only a value cover gasket leak.  They saved me 835.00.   I feel they are a very trusted dealer and would return to them again.
