    Dodds Bodyworks Inc
I did not want to use the Insurance Body shop and my brother recommended them. Very professional. Could drop off rental care at their location and pick up my car. Everything was fixed. Detailed the car inside and out so even though the car came in damaged, left looking great. Called to tell me I needed a new battery since it was 5 years old, said they could get me one, I could buy one and they would install or they would jump me to go down the street to Advanced Auto to have them install one. I would recommend and use again.

    Riesers Autobody East
The service went very well. I came in without a scheduled appointment. Riesers still provided an estimate explained what was needed and advise me they could complete the work within 30 minutes after the parts arrived. Unfortunately our car was involved in another incident so I wasn't able to return until approximately 2 months later. When I called I was surprised Riesers still had my information. As agreed they completed the repair within 30-45 minutes. The team was very courteous. I would definitely use them again. Although as an Angie's list customer I believe they still owe me a free car wash :)

I have actually used them twice. Somebody sideswiped my car so we used them for mine and then my wife had a mishap with her car so she used it for her. They had to repaint both of our cars. They did a pretty good job. I could not tell if there was any damage.

First off, the service I received at this establishment was top notch.  I was involved in an accident and decided to pay out of pocket for the repair expense.  I visited a total of three auto body repair establishments for an estimate on service prior to Collision One. Without question, I received the best customer service and repair experience from Collision One.  The owner was very engaged and provided excellent customer services throughout the repair process.  Everyone on his staff is professional and helpful.  I highly recommend this company if you have a choice in where to get your collision work done.

Kraft  Autobody  repair are real Pro's no BS about added cost or delays in service, price of repair was more than fair. Dealership was talking 300 plus .Frontline was 220 an wanted me to get parts that where needed. My Acura looked brand new when I picked up. You want your car repaired right then go to Kraft Autobody repair no joke

They did an excellent job. I would recommend that place to anybody. The owner did an excellent job giving me my estimates. He came out with me to the car and told me exactly what he was going to do. He explained everything. He did not make me feel like an idiot. It was a wonderful experience.

My car sustained bumper damage in a multiple vehicle accident in 8/2014. The at-fault driver's insurance paid for repairs. I selected Collison One based their positive Angie's List reviews. Collision One responded promptly to my request for an appointment. Their staff were friendly, professional & polite. They told me what to expect during repair process & kept me updated on the progress. The insurance company's accident inspector estimated the bumper just needed repainting. However, when Collision One removed the bumper they found other damage & opted for replacement. Collison One contacted the insurance company for the additional costs. Repairs were completed when promised & I was able to leave my rental car at their location when I went to collect my car. I  recommend Collision One to anyone needed the type of services they provide.

Well  they  had  some   dealings with  the insurance company  I use  before ,  Dodds  estimator  told me the door could be pushed out and  repaired   " Bondo mudded  up and refinished  and work  had a 100%  as long as you own it  repair coverage"   ,They did not think  my insurance would spring for a new door  but  they  made a estimate up  with a new door and one with  just  banging it out ."

My  insurance sent out a adjuster  to look at the damage and OK the repair "Normally adjusters start cutting  repairs to  used junk yard parts and or aftermarket  junk . The Insurance adjuster took one look at the mileage and said the  new OEM door was fine and said  we want it  back new and nice  . Get it right !

Dodds  got me a start date as soon as the insurance  OK the order for a new rear door and  gave me  a might be done date , A rent a car  was dropped off at Dodds parking lot  when I  dropped off the Rave 4 . Enterprise Rent a car  must have had 4  cars in their parking lot  . The agent ask me "What are you driving "   said a Rave 4  , Well he had a Toyota  Camery  and the drivers control lay out is the same ,so it would be a good car for me . The rental agent was very nice  and some what layed back .

I spent  some time  during the week to see how the work was done "Or Going "  And  they  did  a very nice  paint job  hard to tell from factory  ,  factory  had a few flaws and Dodds  paint job was flawless  .The Rave  was red and  Dodds red  matched  fine .  Worst  issue  was when I got home with the Rave, I  turned on the rear window wiper and it  went  the wrong way , A simple mistake  but  the wiper  went around the  door   not the window and chipped up the paint around the  Toyota  decal . I took the Rave  back to Dodds about  20 min later then when I picked it up .. The Body mechanic fixed the wiper in  just a few seconds , but  They had to  remove the upper part of the door and repaint it (Two part  Door structure ) , With luck the returned Rent A Car was still in the parking lot and the Agent  was hanging around to rent out  a car for some one else . So I got the Rental back , Dodds  Manager  said the Repaint  should be done the next day , That was Monday  ,Guess they worked over the week end  The wiper mistake  was on Friday . Anyhow taking off a wiper The mechanic must be careful to reset the wiper motor before  installing the wiper arm or  the wiper could end up going  into the body or jamming some place  .  It was a EZ  mistake to make ,   I could tell that the painter  was a little ticked off  "He said  the paint  job  was one of his best looking jobs " My insurance had pay-ed  extra labor time for  matching color and clear coat .  Anyhow they called me  when done as when they  cleaned up the dust , it looks  fine and every thing now works right .

,hope the paint  holds up  as good as OEM  ,   Why  I went to Dodds  is they repaired   my wifes  2002 Subaru  : parking lot rammed door  back in  2005 . Front and rear door damage, rear door  repaired and front door replaced good paint  match   , The car  set outside  about as much as  garaged and repaired  side  was always  in the sun light  ,  just a few months before the Rave got Parking lot smacked , the clear coat started  flaking off the base coat  paint  .  I just went back to Dodds  to find out  what kind of clear they used , I was just going to  repaint the clear  my self with a air brush I have .  The guy who looked at the Subaru  said If  they could find the Order from  Back in 2005  They would cover  their work 100%   ,  All the older  work orders  was off their  computer and they looked  in their  paper storage for it  , I had given  them the wrong year when the work was done ,  so with out a hard paper work order they  had no proof they even did the work . With Luck My  wifes  Subaru  folder had  our  copy of the Repair work order stuck in it , I ran it  down to Dodds  , The Office Gate keeper made a copy and  I got a repair date by phone set up later that day and a few days later I got the car back with repainted  doors and front fender , Looked  very nice  can't tell  any painting difference from the old  Subaru paint  , Nice blend in match  Metal flake red.  Could have been a hard  match  .So  moral of the story  don't loose your  repair   paper work and ask if the  repair  people  stand behind their work 100%  for life  . Dodds has been around a long time and they did stand behind  their work as they stated  . hard to get better than that fixing anything .

I had  other paint shops do work for me One was suckering  people as being  high class vintage car  restores  , I had a Fiber glass Sports car  restored  and it was not cheap , Just one year after  the car was restored  the paint  cracked along stress lines  . I took it back to these Bozos and they told me the guy who did the paint  Quit , MMmm   (SO still it was their  paint job )  they would not  fix it or stand behind any of their work  for one year  let alone as long as I had the Car because the paint guy quit .. Wow .  This place was recommended by  local  Corvette  clubs and owners  And  the word got out  ,they went out of business THANK GOD , Hope I was the one that nailed their coffin , I told every  Car club   member I met  how these Bozos screwed  me bad  !

( Don't  try to rush  painters
