    After they were delivered, the stove had a cracked regulator so I called the store to find out what could be done. They said they would get a new regulator ordered and install it.  When a man did come out to fixed it, he left the stove setting 4 1/2 inches out from the wall.

     I again called the store and was told to just push it back myself.  I am older so I had to call a friend to help me. We tried but could not get it back close enough to the wall. I called the store again and they sent out  another man who discovered the first installer had the gas line twisted.  This man fixed the gas line and managed to get stove back where it belonged .

    In total, it took eight days, after the appliances were delivered, before they finally were installed correctly and operational!!! 

    My worse complaint was the fact I had to call the store numerous times to get the problems fix and each person I spoke with just didn't seen to care if it was fixed or not. 

    Worse customer service I have ever had!

    The sales person was very knowlegeable, more so than the competitors in Red or Blue shirts.
    They were able answer all questions to my satisfaction, rather than they competitors which answered many questions "I don't know I'll have to look that up".
    We opted for the 5 yr service plan since that includes annual service.

    About a year ago we purchased all our kitchen appliances from them and they were wonderful. In the middle of the purchase we ask them if they gave a military discount and they did fix it so we could get the discount. They are top notch because we didn't know anything and they knew exactly how to help us.

    After visiting all of the competition in the local area, my wife and I stopped in to their showroom. The sales rep was courteous, attentive, very knowledgable, and helpful. He was not pushy. We left and went home to make a decision on all of the washer and dryer units we had seen and priced at all of the retail outlets around town. We returned to Apsco the next day and purchased a Maytag washer and dryer that were sale priced. The units were delivered and installed the next day, during the two hour delivery time frame they promised. The delivery team was professional and hard working, completing the job in a little over 35 minutes. They also removed and took away our old appliances. We are very pleased with the appliances and the overall buying and installation experience. We definitely recommend Apsco to others who might be needing appliances.

    I like that they are close to me and we can shop for many household upgrades. They have a nice selection of appliances. The price was reasonable for the model that we got. The delivery man brought it on time and installed it. They called us after they installed the unit to make sure the installation went well and that we were happy with the unit. It was the salesman who called.

    I would say that this was the best experience ever in purchasing a new appliance. There was no hard sell, just very informed and efficient personnel. The price turned out to be excellent, even though we didn't compare until afterward, and we will definitely return to purchase other appliances when needed.

    Delivery was a disaster. They damaged it. They ran late. I was willing to keep it if they reduced the price enough.
