    He put the capacitor on, and checked out furnance, but after he left I can hear a humming coming from the furnance when it starts up, called them back, different guy, he said the noise is coming from the inducer motor which he said would need replaced eventually cost 587.00. so I'm going to get a few more estimates before hiring it done.

    they called ahead, and said when they would be there, when they arrived I showed them which drain I wanted cleaned out, I left the basement so they could do their work, 15 minutes later they were done, they sat in my driveway a little more than a half hour before they left. I went to the basement expecting some sort of mess they cleaned up, but their was nothing, so I'm not sure how good a job they did,

    I picked Corporate Heating out of the referrals. Dan called me within minutes of my inquiry. He set up a time to come to our house the very same day. We liked what he had to say & hired him on the spot. Unfortunately, we had to have a new furnace & whole house air conditioning put in but there was no way to save it. Within days we were living in a cool house again. Dan was professional but friendly. After the first day, you didn't feel as if a stranger was in your house working away. We actually enjoyed having him around. He worked so hard in the grueling heat and worked as many hours in a day that he could, so that we could have some relief as soon as possible. I'm very glad we used Corporate Heating & Cooling and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service.

    My furnace wouldn't start at the end of the winter season out of the blue.  I called in the late morning and by early afternoon the service technician arrived. After asking a couple of questions he had the furnace up and running within 5 minutes.  The thermostat had gotten itself stuck and was not registering the need to start.  Very kind, professional, polite and prompt.  He also took the time and educated me on the importance of regular maintenance.  He was professional in answering my questions and very knowledgeable.   And because my unit is very old he was also able to give me an estimate to replace and upgrade my unit.  Very reasonable!  I would highly recommend them for any service needs.

    Very impressed with the tech that came out, explained to me what caused the issue, and how to correct it. Very professional! As hot (about 95F) as it was to get someone out within a couple of hours was amazing. Was called twice about the tech arriving, did call once as he was running about 15 min late. But was a prompt response and appreciated.

    BEWARE!
     Installation went fine once they showed up - they canceled our original appointment at the last minute. The real problem began with a banking issue beyond our control - the vice president of our bank did not abide by our overdraft agreement....he bounced the check. As soon as we realized what he had done my husband called Sunshine to make it right. He was told by Dawn that the check would not be put through a second time. LIE. He then gave her his bankcard number and she charged his card for the original check amount of  $1089.16 plus an additional $75. These charges cleared - they now have their money. Sunshine has a third party check recovery service. You can't have this service and not know about it. Checxchange - on behalf of Sunshine - took $1139.16 from my husband's account - $1089.16 for the balance due on the furnace plus an additional $50.  When he called Sunshine, he actually spoke with the owner who put the responsibility of fixing this on Dawn. SHE DID NOTHING. She said after several calls to her and her boss that they would not receive that $1139.16 for 30 days, that it was held by a clearing house. LIE. We finally called Checxchange and were told that Sunshine received that money in 2 weeks via direct deposit. This was a month after they took the money. Sunshine had their money because the bank card cleared, they then had their recovery service steal $1139.16. They knew they had double dipped BUT DID NOT CARE. We called Dawn and told her she needed to give back the money that their recovery service stole. She said she would issue a refund to the bankcard - that was 10 days ago. WE STILL HAVE NO MONEY BACK. According to our bank a refund to the bankcard does not take 7-10 days which is what Dawn is claiming. We have been waiting for almost 2 months for Sunshine to take responsibility, to act like professionals.
    I am going to make one more call to our bank and then I will contact the local authorities to begin legal proceedings. 
    It is now March 14, and we still do not have our money back.  Our attorney has sent Sunshine a letter of demand, if they do not pay up by this Friday, we will be going to court. Will keep you posted!
