    Absolute Hearing Solutions
Service was as always, GREAT! I got my aids from AHS and my husband gets his from the VA. However we ran into Janice at a funeral and mentioned he was having trouble hearing so AHS offered to look at them. The office was closed but we were close so they took us in that night. Come to find out both tubes were cracked. They replaced the tubes, cleaned the aids and my husband can hear again. Greg and Janice are always so helpful and willing to help in any way they can. If you're looking for a place to get Hearing Aids, Absolute Hearing Solutions is the place to go. Not only for the great price but for the outstanding service.

    Absolute Hearing Solutions
Greg was very patient with me and explained everything in great detail for me to understand.
I had gone to a wedding that caused my ringing to be unbearable.  I didn't want to leave my home.  Greg did a nice job explaining the ringing, Tinnitus, and how the aids may or may not work.  Explained if they worked what results to watch for.  My husband and I were very happy when we walked out with aids in.  I heard sounds I hadn't heard for years.  The ringing was dulled and I felt comfortable with the aids.
The entire experience from beginning to end was great.  Greg and his staff are hard to beat, and the prices are THE BEST IN TOWN.

    Butcher, Dr. Mary B.
I have been a patient of Mary Beth Butcher's for ten (or more) years. Today, I just had it with the two+ hour wait (in the exam room) and she never did come in! I have been consciously doing more to increase my fitness . . . walking more and drinking more water . . . after two hours of my Apple watch reminding me that I needed to move, it occurred to me (more than ever) that waiting this long to see a physician (when it happens EVERY single visit) is insane. I adore her as a physician, however, the way she chooses to run her office is beyond ridiculous.  Why schedule patients for a 10:30 a.m. appointment when you know you're likely not going to be able to see them until 1 p.m. or later? It makes me sad that she will no longer be my physician. However, the older I get, the more I cherish each and every moment and spending two plus hours in an exam room is just not right!

    Dr. Mark Hagen
He took over for my other doctor that I had for 15 years. He is very personable. I'm just not used to a young doctor after having a more mature individual who retired. I'm still getting used to him. His availability has always been good. His punctuality seems to be pretty good. His bedside manner and communication are good. I just went for check-ups, I didn't get treated. I have no problem with the billing and administration.

    Absolute Hearing Solutions
Both of us needed hearing aids, and both of us came away with the same conclusions. First, the auditory testing was superb and very specific - a far cry from the limitations of last-century tools still being used in too many places. Greg was extremely professional, and thoroughly walked us through what the testing meant, and what it indicated might be needed to improve specific areaas of hearing loss. The bottom line? After due diligence research, the informed health care consumer would not hesitate to go to Absolute Hearing Solutions. The uninformed - and by then confused - impaired patient would walk out an informed health care consumer in the field. Period. What a brilliant contrast with those hucksters who prey on the frequently older, and often confused - and almost always uninformed - who trustingly throw themselves on the tender mercies of thise masters of what we are selling this month. In the dark world, the marginally educated and experienced qdministrator tells the patient what his or her best option is, without explaining any other alternatives, or linking a unit's strengths to.spcific tyoes and range of loss. Heaven help the patient who wants to know more, consider a higher level of technology, or simply have common sense questions. All those do is get in the way of selling upcharge accessories and services. At Absolute Hearing Solutions, there ar not a bucket full of add-ons. The quoted price includes everything you might need. And that price, by the way is probably about $2500 less (both ears) than the opening quote from the pill-peddler's back-office profit center. Absolute Hearing is exceptionally flexible in offering you choices, with support if you should change your mind about a specific solution. Greg VanHorssen is, throughout the process, open and approachable, professional, comfortable in his skills, and entirely willing to be candid about a given solution's pros, cons, strengths, and weaknesses - and their impact on your selection and prognosis - an his patience is exemplary. It is clear throughout that his motivation is not to sell you the luxury model with whitewall tires, but to work with you to find the right solution to your hearing challenges. What a refreshing reminder of what a delight it is to work with an honest professional, and how. Uch can be acvomplishd in a relationship of trust and confidence!

    Pulvino, Dr. James Q.
He prescribed a low level antibiotic for 3 months.  Shortly thereafter I got another urinary tract infection.  So he put me back on the antibiotic this time for 6 months.  He also set me up to check with a camera my bladder which had been done a couple of years before and found nothing.  Well half way through the second dose of antibiotic I got another infection.  He put me back on a stronger antibiotic and then back on the low dose.  About a month later I got another infection.  For these last two appointments I saw only the nurse practitioner not the doctor.  The last time she said that since I got another infection that he could not help me.  He said he would give me a referral to a urinologist.  I came to him because I had already seen one of those.  It has been a week and so far I have not heard from the office on the referral.  I am going to proceed on my own trying to get help with this problem.
I forgot to add that when the test to check my bladder was set. The nurse set me up for an incorrect test.  One that checks emptying the bladder instead.  Dr. Pulvino apologized for the mistake and the nurse reset me for the correct test.

    Kingsdale Gynecologic Associates
I am new to the area and scheduled an appointment with this office as a result of its high ratings.  I have been rescheduled three times and sent to the wrong office once.  Each time the office calls to reschedule my appointment, I attempt to call back and am put on hold for a minimum of five minutes each time.  The office staff is also not very friendly in their interactions to reschedule and blamed me for scheduling me at the wrong location.  I have never actually seen the doctors in this consortium because I can't seem to get through the door.

Dr. Patel is always friendly and listens intently to any concerns. She is assertive when she needs to be, like when I need to change something I am doing that is not a good choice. She doesn't over prescribe medications an makes appropriate referrals when needed.

    Baehr, Dr. Michael C.
I have been going to this practice for about 9 years and have been seeing this doctor for about 3 years. He is very knowledgeable and approachable. He seems to be easy to schedule with. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. My only problem has been with the billing department. They continued to send an invoice I had already paid.

    Im, Dr. Marvin
He has more philosophy like making a well body versus just pushing to someone and I do appreciate that in a doctor. The only thing that I think he could improve would be when you are making 2.30 appointment you don't see the doctor at 3.45. He listens to you. I like him as a doctor and as a person. I would use him again in the future.
