    I was very impressed with TC. I had originally called to schedule a routine maintenance on AC and an issue with hot water tank. I called in the evening, intending to leave a message, only to get a real person! The following day, I received a call from the office staff and scheduled for a later date (understandable, as it is busier season). The next day, the AC unit quit working, so called back and TC was able to send out a tech that evening (emergency rate applies). The office communicated when the tech was coming, and he arrived earlier than I expected. The tech was great: professional, knowledgeable, and worked expediently. He finished the repair quickly, and I still had about 15 minutes I had paid for, so I asked about an issue with my hot water tank, and he fixed that too. I was very pleased with TC and they will be who I call in the future.

    We came home on Wednesday evening to a very hot house. I called Yutzy H&C and left a message describing the situation that evening. I received a text message the following morning confirming that he could come out that day. I received another text message when he was on his way. He quickly and professionally diagnosed a burned out transformer and replaced it then proceeded to check the entire system. He explained everything he was doing as he performed the services and what he thought the problem might be. He suggested installing a low voltage circuit breaker to keep this from happening again which we did. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and service.

    We were very happy with the service we received from Integrity Heating and Air. Nestor was very honest and up front regarding our HVAC system. He actually came out last year and was up front about our options and was not pushy at all. We ended up doing the quick fix last year, and this year ended up getting an entirely new HVAC system. Nestor gave us many options and again, was not pushy. He was very prompt and made sure we had our system up and running quickly, as we were without, and in an Ohio spring, needing the AC and the furnace in the same week. We are very happy with our new system, and would highly recommend Nestor and Integrity Heating and Air.

Unfortunately the company was unable to install unit for 4days after I committed to them, due to it being so busy. Thankfully they loaned us a window ac to help keep things bearable.     I've had a service contract with Favret for 15 years. Techs have always been professional and have done a great job of keeping my 32 year old system running. Good communication - let you know when it's time to schedule a spring/fall tune-up and keep you updated on arrival time on the day you have an appointment. Recently I had issues with my a/c not cooling. I called and they had a tech at my house a couple of hours later and he solved our problem. I was impressed they were taking care of their customers at 10PM on a Saturday night. I would definitely recommend Favret to my friends.

    We have used Metro in the past and definitely will again. They were able to quickly replace our Air Conditioner during a very HOT week here in Columbus (two days after estimate given) and their price was extremely reasonable. They want to help you, work with you, and they don���t try to sell you more than you need, but they can give you options if you���re looking for them. Even got a quick quote for future duct work. Highly recommend them!!

    I recently moved into a home that had a nest thermostat and a Trane XV air conditioning and heating system. I scheduled routine maintenance for the spring and winter of 2017 with Logan A/C & Heating (they installed the system a couple of years back). Forward to today, I have learned that the Nest thermostat is not the proper thermostat for my Trane XV a/c system, which is a variable speed air conditioning unit (the variable speed air conditioning system automatically adjusts itself while maintaining constant and consistent speeds to avoid temperature swings.). That means both times a technician came out to my house they as a professional, failed to mention anything about my thermostat and how it makes my a/c & heating system less efficient. Disclaimer: Logan A/C & Heating does not offer, install or fix Nest thermostats, but they are still Trane experts and know what operates the most efficient with Tran air conditioning systems. You would think that the technician, who had to physically touch my thermostat, would mention something about what thermostat would be most efficient for the a/c & heating unit. Logan A/C & Heating failed their routine maintenance twice last year and now they want to charge me to come out to my house again to look at the system to suggest a more appropriate thermostat. Also, the customer service person, Matt, on the phone refused to let me speak with a manager to resolve the issue. I would not recommending Logan A/C & Heating to anyone.

    We had their Technician - Matt Losco - out to review and recommend a replacement central air conditioning unit. He was exceptionally professional, cordial, informative and non-condescending. Bottom line - he did a great job explaining what was needed, why and options available. When he did not know an answer, he called and got it immediately from his office. Their office even suggested an alternate for us. We have had several other firms' techs and sales people here to discuss our AC needs, but he was by far the best. If I could give him a better rating I would but the 5 Stars are my only option. We sincerely appreciate this man and his company. "LT"

    Their salesman (Initials RM) arrived approximately on time at 8:30 AM on 5/16. After our walk thru & a visual of the outdoor unit we discussed the replacement. He said he would send the quote at about 9AM from a nearby McDonald's as he had not had breakfast yet. I told him that his price as somewhat high as I had other proposals to compare it with. I called him at 3:30 in the afternoon and had to prod him to send a quote in writing. He sent a quote on a formal Company form but it had no details except that it referred to a "Package" number (without any specific description related to our installation, nor Model name or number), it did have the seer & size(s) with prices. No details of any kind were given as to our specific installation, warranty nor some of the other details he stated when in our home. I called him back again and asked for a proposal with the missing details. He stated that he "doesn't give those until the closing". I told him that I needed these in order to come to a decision. He said " he went over everything during our conversation". I told him I wanted it in writing. He got belligerent and curt and said he would email a copy of the spec sheet. At that point, I cordially thanked him for his time and hung up. I immediately (3:40 on 5/16) called their office to pass along his attitude problem. I left a message for a manager. After speaking with Will - the office manager- he agreed that the the salesman was clearly out of line. Will was very apologetic and offered to rectify the situation and clearly not indicative of their operation.
