    EyeCare Professionals of Powell
First time of trying progressive lenses. The part of the lens for reading does not work for me. I tried to tell them and they said the understood and ordered another lens. I have worn reading glasses for years. When the new ones came in, I told them they still were not working for fine print. I finally took my new glasses along with my reading glasses I have been wearing to another optical facility and they found the problem was a huge difference in the correction for astigmatism. The only next help Eye Care Professionals will give is straight lens for either reading (which would not work in a total lens if it will not work in the progressive lens) or straight lens for distance.

    Harris Opticians/Eyes on You

I have been dealing with Harris since 1958.  I use transition lens in my bifocals.  My doctor said the lens were peeling.  I took them into Harris who had provided the lens.  They agreed the coating on the lens had begun to peel.  I said that had never happened before and he agreed that it should not have happened.  They replaced the lens for me at no cost.

I have had wonderful service from them for all these years and would not dream of using any other optical company.  They have a good selection and the people who work with you are knowledgeable and very helpful.  They have also fitted me with frames that

have been perfect for me.  They are not a discount business, but well worth the price.  I don't want to scrimp on my eyes.  I do a lot of reading and close work.

    Skrobot, Dr. John
I had no idea how difficult it would be to find multi-focal contacts for my aging eyes.  I cannot say enough about Dr. Skrobot and his staff were.  I had about 6 office visits to get my prescription right and now I couldn't be happier.  I have already recommended Dr. Skrobot to many friends who thought they couldn't wear contacts.  Highly, highly recommend.

    Northwest EyeCare Professionals

The staff were very responsive in crediting our account for her unopened lens boxes and ordering her new contact lenses as well as explaining all the options, costs, discounts and rebates available. Northwest Eyecare also provided some contacts at the necessary prescription level until we received the complete order.  The lenses were shipped free of charge and arrived at our home within a few business days of our appointment.  Timelines and options were communicated along the way.  Interactions with staff, both in person and by phone, were pleasant and thorough.  No complaints whatsoever, and we will remain patients of Dr. Bosner and Dr. Bieber.

The "B" in "Availability" is more a reflection of a dedicated clientele of our primary optometrist.  There was a first available within a few days of my phone call with another optometrist in the practice.  Because of my daughter's schedule we went with the next available appointment that was two weeks out from my phone call and not with our primary optometrist.  Again, great service in both scheduling the appointment and throughout the appointment and the ordering of new lenses.

    EyeShop Optical Center
The entire experience went extraordinarily well. I am 61 years old and can honestly say I have never had such a thorough eye exam. Dr. Sayer is very professional, gracious, kind and THOROUGH! Plus, she has a great sense of humor; I really enjoyed meeting her. Her staff is excellent. They, too, are very professional, efficient, and truly kind. They went above and beyond in working with my insurance provider(s). The display area, reception area, and exam rooms are very neat and clean. All the exam equipment is wiped down between patients (saw it with my own eyes). I arrived for my appointment a bit early because as a new patient I knew there would be some paper work to complete and insurance cards to present. After those issues had been attended to, I was offered coffee, cookies, or water while I waited to see Dr. Sayer. This hospitality was the icing on the cake of a very professionally handled appointment. I left Dr. Sayer's office confident in my diagnosis, armed with solid information as to what to watch for, a list of recommended over-the-counter eye drops, a new eyeglass prescription, AND an open invitation to contact the EyeShop IMMEDIATELY if there were any negative changes in my symptoms, and a scheduled follow-up appointment for November. I very much appreciated that there was absolutely no hard sell from any of the staff to select frames or make any purchase of any kind before leaving. As I was leaving, it was nearing 2:00 p.m., which is the close of the EyeShop's Saturday hours and two adults walked in and asked if they could be seen by Dr. Sayer. They said they had driven from Cincinnati to see her on the recommendation of someone they knew. The staff explained there would be time to complete one eye exam before 2:00 and asked that they please wait a moment while she conferred with the doctor. As I was leaving, I heard her tell the two walk-ins that Dr. Sayer said she would be happy to complete an eye exam for both of them. Now that's a true professional! I would recommend the EyeShop facility, Dr. Sayer and her staff to anyone looking for a top notch eye care experience.

    Columbus Ophthalmology Associates
The doctor and staff were very thorough answered all of my questions and had a well defined process for each appointment. They were very upfront about all the steps and the recovery process for my procedure which was a bit more than a LASIK procedure. They had detailed notes from each appointment and monitored my progress very closely. I have a family history of glaucoma so he was particularly attentive to the pressures in my eyes to ensure I wasn't having any problems. Overall, I am happy that I went to Dr Litzinger.

Dr. Murphy did an excellent and a thorough exam and when they presented me the completed glasses and when I put them on, it was perfect. The staff were wonderful and the place was beautiful. She was very nice and competent.

I had multiple floaters happening suddenly.  They wanted to see me right away to make sure my retina wasn't detached.  hankfully it wasn't.  Dr. Oehler is a top notch ophthalmologist and I would highly recommend him.

He is a phenomenal man. He is a model of higher standing. His timeliness is very, very good. He is extremely meticulous and does beautiful surgeries. There is nothing I can say bad about him in any area.

    Cleveland Clinic
Due to HIPA laws, I will not provide details of our medical history with the Clinic. Suffice to say they are excellent in diagnosing and treating diseases and illnesses. We also loved their online MY Chart which allowed us to communicate with our providers and to obtain test results.
