AIntegrity Home ExteriorsAdam Batt was very thorough and professional. I have spent the last several weeks getting estimates from an long this of other companies and no one took the time to get on the roof and actually inspect everything. I was very impressed with the knowledge that Adam possessed and the quality of the materials that were being presented to us. Now the job is not complete and we have just started the process but I would say out of the 7 companies that quoted our project Adam did the best job. ABradford XteriorsWe contacted Bradford and explained what we wanted to do. We had already been looking at remodeling the bathrooms, but felt this was more than we wanted to do on our own. They gave us a bid and we discussed what we wanted done. They started the remodel of the bathroom in the basement by pulling the old cabinet and vanity. They pulled the bath tub and broke the concrete so that the drain for the new 60 inch shower could be installed. They installed new shower, tile floor, replaced the basement window with a block window and then finished the installion new bathroom in the basement. When the basement bathroom was in service, they demolished the other bathroom and began the installation of a new linen closet (we didn't have one in the bathroom) and the bathroom facilities. By this time, we had a lot of dust, but the bathrooms were both taking shape. At this time, the new bathrooms are finished. Personnel were always polite and considerate of our time and other commitments.- Willis H.

ARoofing Done Rite LLCLance walked the roof with the insurance adjuster, pointing out the problem areas, many problem areas. The entire roof was repaired. My cost was my deductible only. Lance also had an electrician fix a damaged outside house lamp. My neighbor had similar storm damage so when she had her roof repaired I asked Lance to give me an estimate. A4 Guys and a Roof Roofing LLC4 Guys and a Roof did an excellent job on my home's roof. We had been referred to the company by a friend that had used them the year before. The manager of the company drove more than an hour just to give us an estimate. After checking around at other roofing companies in the area, it was clear that 4 Guys and a Roof offered the best roof for the best price. They made an appointment to do my roof around my schedule. The crew arrived promptly and quickly went to work. They made sure to cover all of my landscaping to protect it from any falling shingles. I had my existing roof tore off and it was replaced with shingles that came with a 30 year Owens Corning Warranty and was backed with a 10 year 4 Guys and a Roof labor warranty! I was amazed at quickly the job was finished. I left my house in the morning with an old roof and returned later that afternoon to a brand new one! My yard was spotless and there was literally no sign anyone had been there at all. I have had no problems with my roof for over a year now and would recommend 4 Guys and a Roof to anyone.- Courtney C.

FDuring the initial meeting when we received our estimate and up until the day we signed our contract, we were very pleased with our decision to go with Mike and his company. He had lots of information to pass along, plenty of "5 stars" and "A Ratings" with documentation to prove it. Lots of wonderful talk and paperwork showing how important his clients were to the success of his company. Once we signed our contract everything began to go downhill. It took more than 3 months to get the new roof put on (was told no more than 4 weeks, weather did play some of a roll in this so we didn't hold a grudge over it). However, they came and installed an entire new roof and tear down in one day while my wife and I were at work, no notification they were coming or working at the house that day. No chance for us to see what it looked like below the shingles, no chance to meet his subcontractors, no chance to take the dogs somewhere for the day. The very first rain came just a few days later, we had 2 new leaks. Mike wouldn't return our phone calls and it took another 8 weeks for them to come out and fix the damage (on the outside, we were responsible for all the new damage inside the home). Another 5 months went by, playing phone tag and exchanging text messages with Mike. We were continually told we were next on the docket for gutters. Finally we cut our losses and hired another company to do it instead. No apology, no coverage for new damages, and overall a terrible experience that I would not hope for any homeowner. In the year and half since, we have had to do more repairs on our "new" roof, and rather than use our warranty we have paid to have someone else come and work on our home. Our money deserved to have gone elsewhere.

AA-1 Superior Home Improvement, Travis Workman. We highly recommend this business. All work we required was completed. Our sister’s metal roof was painted ensuring a number of years of use without problems. Our gutters were cleaned and most important out siding was replaced that was damaged by a tree a number of years ago. We had sought out other service providers to repair the siding, but no one ever followed up. Most house siding is 4” but ours is 4 ½”, harder to find. Travis and his wife made calls and search to find siding that would work on our house. While it took a little time, they did not give up. After a number of years of tattered siding, thanks to their efforts, our house siding is renewed.

AThe team was professional and prompt. We were able to monitor some of the siding installation, and when we were not happy with the alignment, they removed and reinstalled. Being extremely hesitant to have siding placed on our house to begin with, we wanted to ensure it looked as good as it could. The only downside was that there was more painting to be done on the remaining and/or new wood installations remaining after installation than we anticipated. To be clear we were not mislead by the company. It was just a miscommunication. The roof repair was done a few months later to remedy a faulty installation (by another company) around our chimney area. The crew was very professional and worked tirelessly until the job was done. Some additional issues were found during the repair. We were informed ahead of time that this was a possibility. They were quick to address it. We have been happy with the results.

ASweet it's fixed was incredibly helpful and professional. When I explained what my budget was, he found a way to get the job done and the bathroom working within that amount. The original quote was the price I paid, despite the scope of work having to increase multiple times due to more extensive damage than originally expected! Jason was always kind and helpful, from answering my initial call right before he was about to go out of town, to always arriving on time, to making sure I was well informed about what was happening with the bathroom at all times. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. If you are looking for someone who honors their word, respects your time and budget, and does quality work, Sweet It's Fixed is who you should go with.

AI had a tree fall on my roof which caused a fair bit of damage. I came on Angie's List on a Sunday afternoon looking for someone to repair the damage, within an hour I had several different companies reaching out to me. One of those being Rigid. They weren't the lowest quote I received, but I would say it was a fair price. The repairmen were professional and quick, and had the job done (which consisted of a whole new roof, plus truss repair) within about 6 hours. I of course had an insurance claim since the damage was quite substantial. During the repair process, some items were found that needed to be repaired, yet were not part of the tree damage and thus would not be covered by the insurance claim. Although this was a small amount, Rigid did not charge me for this extra bit. I would definitely recommend Rigid Roofing, and would probably use them again in the future.

AThey were kind to first time home buyers and explained things in great detail. Lance was willing to stay late and answer our many questions, talk through what he saw each step of the way, and how to proceed from there. Lance is very personable and easy to approach. He has worked in this field his whole professional life and has seen a lot in his time. His employees are also quite experienced in the field and willing to share their knowledge just as Lance does. My ability and confidence in how to manage home repair has increased greatly. All exterior walls of the basement were waterproofed in approximately two weeks of work, with new cement laid first, followed by drylock; the basement windows got a silicone seal around the edges, and new window well covers were installed. Now, our basement is dry and safe. Real Deal Remodeling is not a company that hastily paints drylock on the walls and proclaims the basement waterproofed. Where Lance really shone is with the paint colors for the living room. He helped us narrow down our selection for the accent wall around the fireplace, and multiple visitors have complemented us on our design choices. It is high praise when visitors to one’s home wonder aloud about remodeling and redesigning their own homes. No more antique white on every wall in the house for us!
