    Battery Empire
    Went to Battery Empire to replace old car battery. Cost included installation. After a few days the car wouldn't start. Had car towed to mechanic who tested the starting and charging system.  The only problem found was the battery was not properly installed, no parts were replaced, only battery connections tightened. I called the owner Michael Fitch and explained what happened. He refused to compensate me for any costs stating they were not mechanics and are not responsible for any work they perform. When asked why they offer a service if they don't know what they're doing he replied, "next time we won't install the battery." There only business is batteries!
         Better to go to Wall-mart or an auto parts store. Prices are about the same and you won't have to deal with the damage Battery Empire will do to your car.

    I actually just wanted them to check to see what was possibly causing my door to stick. Not get in there and work on it. Serious miscommunication.
    They took my door panel off when I just asked them to just give me an idea
    why my door wouldn't open and an estimate after they told me what it
    could be. I decided I didn't want it fixed when they told me it would cost almost 300.00...more than I could afford at this time. They charged me 130.00 to take my door panel off and put it back on.

    It is the next day after my appointment. I have changed my ratings.  I give an A+  to the manager for helping solve the issue. I called and talked to the manager and explained how miscommunication led to misconceived assumptions with myself and the mechanic... I explained what I wanted and didn't want. She is said she will cut the bill in half and both agreed in the future that more communication is a must.

    We have been using their services for about three or four years. We had been using another auto service for 20 years when they retired and went out of business. We went to two or three other companies before choosing Muffler Smiths. We came to the conclusion without any outside influence that we were comfortable with them. They’re prompt, honest, thorough, and offer friendly service. If you take it in for an oil change, they will take a look around to see if there are any necessary repairs. They seem to have a good breathe of knowledge in automotive service. We have recommended two or three others to Muffler Smiths as well. It turned out that they are less expensive than other agencies and are more thorough with the work.

    we called ahead so I knew what all I had to take. they daid it could take up to 3 days. but since someone was heading that way to pick up other keys they said we could get it that day within an hour.

    Took my Odyssey in for an oil change prior to a trip and received prompt service.    I purchased my vehicle from Victory in May of this year and the first service was free.  I have had Victory service my last two Odysseys and they have done excellent work.  Once a customer, they work with you and tend to give price breaks to keep you coming back.
    I am a hard bargainer when it comes to car prices and Victory gave me an excellent trade-in value for my 2011 Odyssey.  I will be going back to them when I am ready for another vehicle.

    Have been taking my Lexus to Kasper in Sandusky since it is more than 100 miles round trip to the nearest Lexus dealer.  They have performed the required maintenance and have saved me countless hours of travel time and charge a fair price for the service.  They also perform a 26 point inspection and let me know that one of my wheel locks was missing.  They also provide a free car wash with the service.

    The owner, Kim Smith, is the most honest and dependable person! His service is of the highest quality. Recently he took our car for a test drive and noticed the steering wheel vibrating. He rotated the tires and that solve the problem! I appreciated that he didn't try to do more than what needed to be done. I am on the road a lot, and Kim makes sure I stay safe!

    The service was excellent. They were very polite and gave us a great and very fair estimate. I appreciated that they did exactly what I asked them to do and they did not try to push me or get any more work out of it. Everything was done in a timely manner and they were all very courteous. They were overall a great company.

    I paid about $700 for a set of tires. Compared to the other service, I did take my car back to them for about 5 or 6 times to get it right. Overall, I would rate their service as "D". I would not use Bob's Tire and Auto again in the future.

    It wasn't exceptional, but it wasn't bad. They had a nice waiting room with snacks and a television, which was nice. The overall experience was excellent. They were punctual and responsive. I would use this provider again.
