    Horrible job all around. Mis diagnosis as worms and was completely wrong! Then go back for everyone to be extremely rude then turn around and say I'm the rude one! They wouldn't accept that they were wrong and tried saying that it might be parvo now! Well we saw a much better vet at Rascal Animal Hospital and they couldnt believe that these people thought it was parvo! These people gave my poor puppy the wrong meds and made her so sick! What a crock of money hungry pigs!! Everyone in there has a major attitude for no reason. Very rude. I would not wish on my worst enemy to take their pet there!! Please for the sake of your loving pet, DO NOT GO TO HEALTHY PETS OF ROME HILLIARD!

    He accurately diagnosed my dog and began successful treatments to get her back on her feet. The vet I was using wanted to send her to MedVet instead of dealing with it. (Very sad that a Vet would tell you they were too busy to take care of your pet), but that is another review.

    Red Barn Bed & Biscuit

    We used red barn bed and biscuit several times over the last 2 years. They were never prompt in returning our calls but would eventually get back to us after several attempts. We always tried to make plans well in advance so this was never a real problem because we loved it there and so did our dog. In May of this year we tried multiple times to get in touch with them because we were moving and needed a place for our dog. We tried for over a month but with no response we had to make other arrangements. I guess I am just hoping that nothing has gone wrong beyond their control and are unable to provide their services. If they are out of business they need to take their website down

    As always, went great. Although we usually go to Dr. Seimer, all the veterinarians and vet techs at SAC are professional and knowledgeable.Even though I now live about 20 minutes from the clinic,  I have been taking my pets to them since about 1978 and will continue to go to them as long as I have pets. I have known Dr. Seimer since he was in veterinary school at OSU and know he highly values continuing education for both the veterinarians in his practice and the vet techs. My youngest Sheltie attended puppy school there (not sure what it's really called!) and had a great time. The first time I took him in for an exam, he kept looking around for all the other dogs he had played with in puppy school and was very relaxed during that, and subsequent visits. I also know SAC staff offer alternative medicine treatments, such as acupuncture. Great place to take your pets!

    We were introduced to Dr. Allen's practice through our pet sitter, who is also a client of Dr. Allen's. The office is set back in the middle of a residential area, a modified ranch house and not much to look at, but I'm happy to sacrifice aethetics for the quality of the service! Dr. Allen took one look at our coonhound and was immediately able to identify her skin problem, which three other veterinarians across two different states (all of whom charged 3x what Dr. Allen does) failed to identify. Within one week of medication, I called the office to specifically thank them for giving me my dog back, it was like going back in time 3 years, she obvsiously felt 100% better! Then when our daschund ironically broke some teeth chewing on a dental chew, Dr. Allen was able to see him on short notice the following day, and performed the operation beautifully--our little guy was back up and running shortly thereafter, and we were shocked when we learned how affordable the procedure was. Please consider taking your pet to see him, my only regret is that we didn't learn of him sooner and that he was closer than a 20 minute drive, but we will continue to make the trip!

    One of my dogs has had an infection that we are trying to help her with. It has taken a couple of times going back to Bethel Animal Hospital, but I think we've finally got it nipped in the bud. They tried a broader spectrum antibiotic and it seems to be working. I think she's doing really well now. The experience with Bethel Animal Clinic has been good, I think the only problem that I have there - and my understanding is that, when you go in there,  you  may not see the same vet each time - but they keep pretty good records on your pet every time you take it there, so they can read what happened the time before. If you have the same vet every time, then they can observe that it is getting better (or not). I think because there is no continuity of vet, they rely on the pet owner to tell them if it is getting better or not. It all depends on how involved you are with your pet and their health. I think they are very good, and they care very much about your pet. I've been to other vets where you've been in and out in five minutes and you are "What happened?" They are willing to take the time with you. From reviews I have read, it seems possible to ring up and ask when a particular vet is on, if you want to see the same one. I haven't done that myself. The price is probably a little high, but I feel like she is getting good care and I'm willing to pay that. There are no appointments, you just walk in so waiting time can be a bit hit or miss. If you have gone there enough times you get a feel for when their 'down times' are and the wait is short.

    Lance's Hidden Fencing
    The person showed up a little late for installing the fence but called to let me know. After that, Lance came out the same day to train our puppy. It was very hot out and the puppy was not very cooperative but Lance kept working with her. He was great with her and us. I emailed him that night with questions and he responded that same night. Highly recommended Lance and his team.

    When I called to make the appointment, I was given clear pricing information and a description of how the process of installation and training would work. I was also able to make an appointment to have the fence installed within a week. The installer (Ryan) showed up just when he was supposed to. He very professionally explained what he would be doing and listened to our requests about where we wanted our dogs to be able to go (and where we didn't want them to go). Then he got to work. Just as Ryan was finishing the installation, Lance came to our house to begin helping us with the training. His help was invaluable! He understands dogs and how they think! He worked with us for more than the hour we paid for and then offered to come again to check our progress and make any adjustments. After about a week, he came back as promised to fine tune the settings on the dogs' collars and answer our few remaining questions. Today, as we worked in the yard and our dogs played freely outside (rather than barking while tethered to a tree), we were really glad we called Lance. We highly recommend his company and would definitely call him again.

    Our little puppy hurt her foot and we were not sure to take her to an emergency animal or hospital or wait for the vet to open the next. We contact Dr Lynn's call service and he called us back within five minutes. He told us what to do and and we waited until morning to be seen by him first thing. They handle her with such great care. I would highl recommened them .

    I dropped the dog off at 9:30 a.m. What I didn't realize is they keep the animal all day and work on it when they get to its' turn. She didn't start working on her until 3:30 pm. So that was a shock as I didn't realize they spend the day at the "spa". I found the haircut to be average but this dog to my knowledge had never been groomed so maybe she gave her some trouble however the groomer did not say that to me when I picked her up. The dog was clean smelling and looked groomed when finished at 5:00 pm. The only negative I would say is the waiting area where they come out to get your animal is filthy and smells bad which makes me wonder how clean the area is in the back where they work on your animal.
