  I hired Nationwide Cleaners originally for a home home that I purchased. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of, and on time when they said they would be there. The carpet in the home I purchased was not in great shape, and they did a phenomonal job of cleaning it up, much better that I had anticipated. I was so pleased with their service and quality of work, I hired them approximately two weeks later for a property that I was in the process of selling. I was just as pleased the second time around. I will be hiring them again, and highly recommend them.

  They did a very good job with cleaning the house. I had taken the option of 4 hours cleaning and they had arrived promptly, completed the work on time and was courteous. Setting up an appt was easy and they were responsive throughout the process. Would certainly recommend them!!

  Just ok, the three employees were nice. but the inside of refrigerator was not cleaned as promised. i had to pointed out two ceiling fans and windows that they did not clean, which they then did. The three of them did spend about 8 hours cleaing.

  Responsive to phone calls and messages. Was easy to fix time to do the work. Job was done well and efficient use of time. Job was done systematically by 2 people (man and lady). Went above my expectation when they said even the draft vents were cleaned.

  Ruby and Andres have been cleaning my house every 2 weeks for the past 2 years. I have had several different cleaners in the past, and I can say without a doubt that Sponge & Bubbles is the best! They are completely reliable and trustworthy - they have never missed or even rescheduled a cleaning. The entire home is spotless by the time they leave, and I mean SPOTLESS! The floors are shining, the carpet is vacuumed to perfection, the bathrooms are pristine, the sheets are changed and the beds are made, there is not a speck of dust to be found, and they even clean all the blinds and fans. They bring along their own cleaning products, and my house smells so good when they leave. My friends are always asking how I keep my home so clean with 3 little children, and my secret is Sponge & Bubbles! I have had several friends hire them to clean their homes as well, and everyone has been blown away by their service. Try them out - you will NOT be disappointed!

  Great! They are always so friendly and accommodating. My house always looks spotless when they leave. I like that a crew of 3-4 comes, they get the house done a lot faster so my animals are locked up for a shorter time.

  There were 3 persons who came to do the cleaning. After viewing the rooms, i was told the tasks that will be completed in the paid 2.5 hour time. Everything they said was completed on time and was cleaned thoroughly. The areas cleaned were the trim, ceiling fans, floor, carpet, blinds, bathrooms, kitchen appliances outside (microwave and oven from inside too) and kitchen cabinet outside. They did not have extra time on that day and did not clean carpet and bathroom in the basement. Scheduling had to be done by texting. For some reason, they did not prefer to talk on phone.

  I called them to schedule and they were very distracted, they asked if they could call me back, which is not a problem but I had to tell them to actually take my phone number so they could call me back. When they did call back they clearly thought they were calling a different client for a different service. Then they rescheduled, AGAIN thinking I was another person, I asked if they had my (rather than the person's they thought I was) address and they did not - how were they planning on finding me to do the service we had agreed upon??? At every interaction they were disorganized and confused. And then they called 2 hours before they were scheduled to arrive claiming they had been in a car accident and could not make it. While that could have happened it seems like they just overbooked themselves, didn't realize until the day of and then decided lying about it would be the best solution.

  Golden Shine Cleaning Services

  We had a bit of a scheduling glitch. They showed up for cleaning and I did not know they were coming. Had to take off from work. I requested that they come back in 2 hours so the house could be clean. They were flexible to accept the proposal.
  The cleaning process itself was very efficient. They did a great job cleaning the baths, vacuuming and mopping the floors. The underside of the vent was left a little sticky. Maybe they did not get the time to get to that section.
  I plan to give them a try a couple of more times in the upcoming month. Overall, they were a great team and got the housekeeping job done.
