I took multiple bids, and they were very reasonable – not absolute lowest but in-line. Mike and the team were professionals. They took pride in their work and it shows. They were on time, took safety protocols seriously and cleaned up after themselves every day before leaving for the day. Mike took our rough idea of what we wanted and made it a reality. ACustom Home WorksWe contracted with Custom Home Works for a complete downstairs renovation and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From design assistance to craftsmanship to simply being nice people to work with, Bill and Dave met every, and exceeded many, expectation. That is a rare thing. We were so impressed with their professionalism, that months later when a malfunctioning shower began causing problems in a different part of the house, we immediately calls CHW. They responded quickly, fixed the immediate issue and then renovated the bathroom with the same level of professionalism and kindness they put in to the downstairs area. You could hire someone else. AA Unique Hardwood Floor LLCWe used Unique Hardwood Floor LLC three years ago to work on the floors of a 70 year old home that needed a great deal of work. Some floors needed repairs, some were replaced and others just needed to be refinished. It was a complicated job as they needed to blend the old and the new to create a seamless look from room to room. They did a sensational job, so this fall we called them back to refinish all of the floors on the 2nd floor of our home. We are pleased to say that have maintained their high standards of service. Chaz, the owner, knows how to work with all types of floors and is personally engaged in the process of bringing back the beauty. He and his crew communicate every day on what has been done and what to expect tomorrow. They continue to live up to and exceed our expectations. AKrumlauf FloorsWe hired Krumlauf Floors to redo the flooring in a 3rd floor senior condo my parents purchased. Under the existing carpet was concrete which was jutting up in some places and needed much grinding and leveling. They ground and leveled the concrete, installed the flooring,stained and installed quarter round and replaced exiting damaged trim. They continued the flooring into all the closets and even were able to install it in the utility closet under the hot water tank. Many more really nice touches were done that I haven't written about. From the initial meeting to the final invoice the entire process went so smoothly for us that it was actually enjoyable. And the end result of the flooring is incredible. Their workmanship couldn't be better. Landan, his dad and Dustin did an AWESOME job for us. Super professional, very friendly and GREAT craftsmanship! I highly recommend this small, extremely professional company. I wouldn't use anyone else.- Pascal M.

AAmerica's Floor SourceI was planning to have my basement finished. I went to several stores to price materials and found the warehouse sale at America's Floor source. It had the best price for the materials that I selected. Due to project timing issues with Covid-19, they were able to hold my materials until my basement construction started again. They completely worked with my schedule and the sales person helped me get continued delays and holds of my material until it was time to install. The installers were very professional and efficient. The floor is beautiful and I would purchase materials and use AFS again.- LINDA V.

There were a couple of hiccups with the previous flooring they kept me informed and updated every step of the way. Shannon was our Rep he is fantastic at what he does as well.
