    The move went excellent.  Everything was very professionally moved. Everything was securely tied down inside the moving truck with padding to prevent damage.  Everything was moved into the new location with no damage.  The moving team was very courteous and professional.  I would definitely use this moving service again and also recommend to others.

    Everything about this experience was exceptional. They were early to pick me up but sent me a text and told me they were there and not to rush. The vehicle was clean, the driver was very friendly and I made my flight in plenty of time. For my return, my flight came in a half an hour early and my driver was there waiting for me. I was very impressed. Also, it was four below zero outside. He heated the car up for me and came around to pick me up. Again, the car was clean and the driver was very friendly. I was impressed with my entire experience and plan to use them again!

    The experience working with Janice was great.  She took the time to learn what we were looking for.  She make suggestions and we went back and forth a number of times.  She was patient as we took our time deciding on a destination.  Once we decided she gathered all of our information and booked the vacation from start to finish.  She was great to work with and helped us make a decision we are very happy with.

    Odyssey Premier Limousines
    Booked this limo company through Limos.com to drive myself and some top clients to an event. We confirmed the day before the event. That night, the limo was to pick up one couple at their hotel, bring them to our home where 6 of us were waiting, then take us to the event where the final couple met us. The pick up was to be at 5:45pm. By 6:15, the first couple notified me the limo had not arrived I called the number for Odyssey and got voicemail, so I left a message. I then called Limos.com, and was on hold for quite some time. They then promised to look into the situation and call me back. At 6:53pm, Limos.com called me back to say that Odyssey had the date wrong and there was nothing they could do. However, if we wanted to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours, they could try to get someone to us. Since the event we were to attend would nearly be over by then, we had food we were taking to the event and a couple was sitting waiting on us, we scrambled to get everyone where we needed to go.
    I understand stuff happens and mistakes are made. The owner told us through Limos.com that he would give us a complimentary ride another date to make up for it. I was not very happy about the situation and the embarrassment with clients, but was willing to give them another try.
    This morning, I posted a review on Limos.com. Within a couple hours, the owner called me at work, demanding my address and threatened me, stating his attorney would be contacting me about slander. It's one thing not to show. It's a whole other level of dirt bag to call a client you left stranded and threaten them for an honest review reflecting the lack of service received. I can hardly wait to get the nasty phone call this review will cause.

    Airport Van Rental
    They were the worst! We actually had to walk across a busy street with our luggage to get there. That should have been our first clue. I don't remember how much we paid but I do remember it was way too much. We were meeting family members on spring break and needed a large vehicle. When we first got there, they told us that even though we had reserved a mini-van, they did not have any and that they would let us take a 15 passenger van instead. We were planning on going to the Grand Canyon and did not feel it would be economical to drive such a large vehicle that far. She asked if we could come back in the morning. We went back the next morning and they still did not have one. We waited 2 days to get one and that really ate up our vacation time. The customer service was very lacking and their attitude was not customer oriented at all. We will never use them again!

    The driver was prompt and very well organized. He had a professional attitude but was informal enough to make the young kids comfortable with him. He accommodated every request we made. Overall we had a very fun evening and the girls really enjoyed the experience.

    Experience was very poor. Communication prior to the trip was below average. The trip itself was so disorganized it would take pages of notes to explain. It got so bad several people met with the travel agent (whom was on the trip) to complain. Even simple things were fouled-up. Example: The agent did not realize that Disneyland will close the gates if it gets too full (something even a rookie travel agent should know), so the day before she changed the morning bus departure so we could get there earlier - but this also meant that we would have to leave earlier than planned from the park, missing the evening parade. The agent made a last second adjustment (only after people complained) by having one bus stay at the park an hour later. The agent threatened to leave people behind if they were late getting back to the bus (she later told us this was to show people she was 'in charge', a comment heard by a room full of clients). Flight booking was also odd (families did not sit together).

    WOULD NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. TICKETS ARRIVED LATE AND INCORRECT. THEY CHANGED OUR RETURN TRIP AND DID NOT INFORM US OF THE CHANGE. BUSES TO THE GAME DROPPED US OF A MILE FROM STADIUM. HOTEL OLD AND FREE BREAKFAST SERVED ON PAPER PLATES. NO FOLLOW-UP, HAD NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA OR TOURS WE COULD TAKE FOR THE 2 FREE DAYS WE HAD. BOOKED SEATS ON AIRPLANE AWAY FROM FLYING PARTNER. I COULD GO ON AND ON. BUT THEY JUST TOOK THE MONEY AND DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB.
