Out of the 3 companies we evaluated and measured against our needs Landscapes by Terra was the ONLY choice for us. Many companies to pavers well, many specialize in pavilions or decks, etc, etc, only landscapes by terra do it all and take all of the risk out of the equation and it’s due to their consulting and engagement process. I rarely ever submit reviews online but this company is more than a cut above everyone else. If you want the job done right and exactly in line with your vision there is no other choice in central Ohio. You pay for what you get. Landscapes by terra came in at a much higher cost of everyone else and we gladly spent the money and we are gladly going to enjoy what they built for years and years to come and we would gladly spend the money again. If you want to have a customer experience that delivers exactly what you vision that is effortless during the production phase then you have come to the right place. They will be the first place I call for anything. They even warranty their work for ten years which is unheard of in the industry!- Mike C.

ACustom Home WorksWe contracted with Custom Home Works for a complete downstairs renovation and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From design assistance to craftsmanship to simply being nice people to work with, Bill and Dave met every, and exceeded many, expectation. That is a rare thing. We were so impressed with their professionalism, that months later when a malfunctioning shower began causing problems in a different part of the house, we immediately calls CHW. They responded quickly, fixed the immediate issue and then renovated the bathroom with the same level of professionalism and kindness they put in to the downstairs area. You could hire someone else. ANorthern LightingNorthern Lighting has a good selection and easy to use website. I selected 3 outdoor light fixtures for pier mounts. They also required a mount piece, sold separately. I drove there to pick them up. They had the option of phoning from the car and having the items brought out, to minimize contact due to covid. I took advantage of that. The people I worked with online, by email, and at the store were all very helpful, professional, and personable. Every time I need lights, I got to them because they are the best I've found in the Columbus area.- MARSHA H.

AThe job went great. During these times when Working from Home is the norm, I experienced an electrical outage in my home office work area. Fortunately Jesse contacted me at 10 am and arrived shortly afterwards. After checking two possible causes, he quickly identified and resolved the issue. More importantly he offered several suggestions and also offered to work me through simple or small "DIY" home jobs. Thanks Jesse, I would definitely use again.

They spend a lot of up front time drafting the plan even before starting the project. FWe called Teeters in August because we had a roof leak in our garage (they had installed the roof). The first available time anyone could come was 4 weeks later. So four weeks later Brian Teeters came and to our surprise did not even go up on the roof to investigate. He said he would have one of his guys come out the next week to go up on the roof. Weeks and weeks went by and no one came. We called Teeters repeatedly and sent emails and were either ignored or told someone would be out soon. Finall after no response from Teeters, we called four other roofing companies and all four came out the same week we called. We received estimates either the same day or next day from these four companies. A Teeters employee did finally come, went up on the roof, told us his thoughts, but then never sent an estimate. We obviously chose one of the other roofers to fix our roof leak.

ABob Snider determined that the heating elements were fine, then discovered the bottom thermostat was dead. He replaced it and we soon had plenty of hot water. He also replaced a pressure release valve that was dripping water. We're very pleased to have everything working properly.
