    Rutherford is dedicated to quality and customer service! I have been taking my vehicles to Rutherford for body work for the past 20 years, and just picked my SUV up today after having repair work done from a recent accident. They consistently have the customer's best interest in mind, and they take great pride in the quality of their work. They communicated with the insurance company, and always reached out to me long before the insurance adjuster with updates. They were proactive in keeping me well informed, they were upfront and honest about all aspects of the repair process, and quickly responded to all questions that I had along the way. They did a fantastic job of keeping my costs at a bare minimum, while insisting on quality parts from the insurance company. The entire process was incredibly simple, and when I picked up my vehicle, I could see that they even repaired shoddy work that had been done by another "cheap" body shop that I had visited a couple years back (which I will never do again!). I will continue taking my business to Rutherford, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a high-quality, reputable body shop.

    No issues with any part of the repair process. Collision One did a great job in a shorter time frame than was indicated. We haven't received the $50 rebate for the being referred from Angie's List, but is not a big deal. The main person was not in the shop when the car was picked up and they said they would have to send it to us. The main thing is that the repair was done great. Definitely a great place to get your vehicle repaired like new.

    Called for an estimate. Received an immediate response. Upon receiving the estimate parts were ordered. Parts took under a week. Made and appointment car was repaired beautifully and under the original estimate amount.

    I would say the staff could be a little more professional and responsive to questions. very clean waiting room. It took about 45 minutes to an hour. When you have an appointment, you still have to wait for them to take it back.

    I take my car there every six months.  No problem.  They are punctual.  You get an appointment and you're in and out in a hour.  They wash your car too.  I've been doing business with them since 2004.  I have always taken my care to them to be serviced.  I also buy all my tires there and everything else.  I'm comfortable with my service writer which is a woman.  I'm happy because me and my wife knows her and I know my wife can take the car there and she will be dealt with fairly.  They are just a wonderful dealership.

    This was free, it was all warranty. They seemed to have gotten everything fixed. He listened and talked to me about everything. I dropped it off, and spoke with the manager of that store. He was the one I dealt with at that office. I don't know how many people worked on it. It also took 3 days to complete the services. Since it was warranty work, they did offer me $25.00 per day for a rental. I definitely won't go back there. The car is only a 2012 and I had to put a new transmission in it, I'm not happy.

    They have had to do it a couple of times, and the service was terrible. They quoted me one price, and then after the work was done it was $500.00 more than what they quoted me. I went there because I had problem, and they initially said that it wasn't anything. I could definitely tell there was a problem, so I went back and was telling them again. They waited for a senior technician to come, and then they said oh, yea you do have a problem. Then after they fixed it, I continued to have a problem. I took it back, this is the A team on Main street, and they said it looks to be fine. I ended up going to the A team because it was under warranty on the North side. As soon as he pulled the dipstick out to look at the transmission fluid, he could tell there was a problem. Then they worked on it again and fixed it. Overall I was not very happy with their service. They took too much to get one problem resolved. Their technicians didn't seem very competent. They didn't honor prices. They didn't even honor the coupon from Angie's List. I had a 10% coupon, I think it was, and I took it in. They said they could only do $100.00 no 10% of the bill. I had to argue with them, and then they finally honored it. Initially they only took the $100.00 off then after I called and complained to another manager they finally refunded it for the rest. They were hard to get a hold of, the second company was better. The one on the North side, once I got a hold of them. The initial time took I think it was 3 days to complete.

    Clint returned all of my calls and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. Because it is the cold season, I had to go to his location instead of having the mobile unit come to me, but this wasn't an issue for me. I had all four seats cleaned. He told me that, due to the level of soiling in my car, he didn't think the cleaning would remove all of the stains completely. He proceeded to clean the upholstery, which took about 1/2 hour. He gave me thorough directions for aftercare. I could not see the actual results until the upholstery was completely dry, which was later in the day. The cleaning lifted a significant amount of the staining, but the spots are still evident. It is likely due to the nature of staining and not necessarily the thoroughness of the cleaning. I'm disappointed that the stains are still visible, but the cleaning definitely helped.

    They've been a very good company. My sales person was excellent, he called frequently to just to see if we need anything. Makes you feel like your valued and they wanna make sure that your happy with your purchase and always do extras.

    They're excellent. 



    They always provide follow up, they call you afterwards, you get reminders ahead of time, you can schedule your appointment online and they kind of go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. 



    They're always very pleasant, professional, they remember your name and they have a great atmosphere in their waiting room. Their waiting room is like luxurious with snacks and a big screen TV and so it's very very nice.
