My dog had to have some fatty tumor spots removed and also had some teeth that were pulled because they had gone bad. The cost was for the overnight cost, the surgery and everything.

They were very good. We've gone to this provider for a long time. It was a lot of money to pay, but he's doing much better so I can't complain about that.

I made an appointment to have 2 dogs groomed. When I arrived the lady at the desk let me know that the dogs would have to be checked by the Vet before being groomed. I missed understood that the Vet charge and grooming charge was independent of each other. But the dogs did get groomed.

I dropped my 2 cockers off at 8:30 am for this grooming. I was informed of the vet check up and given the cost of the check up. I was a little sticker shocked at the price but we have just moved to the area and our dogs were in need of grooming. I went by the office around 5:00 pm to see if my cockers were done with their grooming. Unfortunately they were not done yet. So I was displeased with the amount of time they had been there and were still not done. It was a 9 1/2 hour grooming / vet visit. I understand that there is only 1 groomer but why have someone bring their dogs in at 8:30 to be stressed out all day at the groomers. Anyhow after the grooming was completed and we paid the cost of the grooming which was reasonable $65 per dog. We then paid the Vet checkup it was a very expensive grooming visit. I had my chocolate cocker spaniel Abby get clipper burned under her belly which only means I will not return to the groomer at this location. I did call and talk with a person at the front desk and let them know about Abby's stomach and asked if I could talk to the groomer but I was told she was out at lunch. Oh well there is nothing they could do after the fact anyway. The groomer is a nice lady and will answer any questions you have. This could have been a 1 time occurrence with the Clipper burn but I will not be returning to Allpets.

brought puppy in with cherry eye. Ran tests for intestinal issues, did blood work-up for future surgery for cherry eye

Checked the eyes of the dog to make sure there was no ulcers. Tried to get a stool sample but could not. Decided to put this dog and another at home on meds in case they were passing intestinal bug between them. Took blood for future surgery on cherry eye. Put on special prescription food for a week to and quot;calmand quot; intestines. I feel the Dr.s are very professional yet very nice and understanding of each situation. We dealt with an older dog with liver disease for 4 weeks before we had to put her down and they were so very nice about everything with that dog. I feel they may be higher in price than some other vets but love the and quot;feeland quot; of the office and everyone there.When your dog can't wait to enter the building, I feel that says something for the establishment.

I used All Pets at Pickerington veterinarian services.

It was very good service and I would recommend them. They're a little pricey, but they take care of the animals very well. They're very caring people and I've never had any issues with them. They do medical work on pets and also provide kennel services for them.

Our family had been with Allpets for almost two decades and two dogs, both German Shepherds. In the beginning our German Shepherd saw Dr. Schoenfeld but once we got to know Dr. Moran, we decided to have our dogs see her as we felt she was a better diagnostician and doctor overall though we did from time to time still see Dr. Schoenfeld. Katy had been with Allpets since birth. She was very sick from the start with multiple and various illnesses including UTIs, anal gland issues, severe allergies, panostetitis, joint problems, and later cancer and degenerative myelopathy. Needless to say we spent, over those almost two decades, a fortune at Allpets though for surgeries, orthopedic care, and emergencies Katy was seen at MedVet. Katy was only seven. On March 31st Katy suffered a massive, violent seizure that likely, per her MedVet doctor, marked the cancer's progress to her brain. We had arranged with Dr. Moran that she be euthanized at home when her time came. Unfortunately when I called Allpets around 7 PM I learned that Dr. Moran was on vacation. In speaking with Dr. Schoenfeld she asked for an overview and history, which I gave. I also explained to her that my husband had suffered third degree burns and was in the burn unit at a local hospital. Dr. Schoenfeld then voiced that she really didn't want to interrupt her evening as the OSU basketball game was coming on (in approximately two hours, I believe the game started at 9 PM) and she had guests that would be arriving for the game. She voiced no kindness, sympathy, or caring. She then said she would get back to me. There I was, Katy was unable to move and lying in my arms. Blessedly my neighbors were present as I had called them for help and they were present for the call to Allpets and to help as needed. Great neighbors. Dr. Schoenfeld called back and again voiced hesitancy in coming over (I believe she lives relatively close to me), so I immediately voiced my plan to take Katy to MedVet to be euthanized. I still find it hard to believe that Dr. Schoenfeld behaved as she did. Euthanizing a pet takes only minutes and we had everything else arranged afterwards with the funeral home. In the most difficult moment of my small family's history, she added greatly to our pain in a way that will stay with us forever and made Katy's last moments so much worse as it took away her ability to die at home where she would have been much more comfortable surrounded by all of her things in a quiet, familiar setting rather than having to be transported to MedVet. It has made her death so much more difficult to bear for both myself and my husband.

This was a regrettable misunderstanding on a Saturday evening in March. I explained to the member that I was hosting as event that was to begin within an hour of her call, and that I would call her back after I made arrangements for someone else to attend to my guests. When I called the member (within 10 minutes) to let her know I would be coming ASAP, she said she was taking Katy elsewhere and did not want my help. Sadly, this was a preventable situation. My thoughts and prayers are with the family as they mourn the loss of their beloved Katy.

I take my boxer to Allpets for boarding, which costs $60. I have also taken her to Allpets for shots, which typically costs a couple of hundred dollars.

They do a good job and will continue to take my dog to Allpets again in the future.

Grooming my golden retriever.

I'm so thankful that I have finally found a groomer for Maggie! Jennifer is wonderful and gave my dog the extra special attention that she needed. Maggie has arthritis and grooming can be painful for her. Jennifer understood how to treat Maggie and I felt comfortable leaving my elderly dog with her. When I picked Maggie up, she looked beautiful and appeared happy. I've had several compliments on Maggie and I've told everyone about Jennifer. :) Maggie will definitely have another spa day with her!

I used AllPets at Pickerington two years ago. I lost my dog and I got him cremated there.

I like the doctor. She is really a good vet. She listens well and explains what the issues are. They are expensive, but she is a very good vet. Everybody there was kind and courteous. I never had any problems with any of my dealings with them. If I needed to get in I usually had no problem because it was not an emergency, it was critical. My dog was sick for a long time so they were used to seeing me. I would not use their service again the next time just because of their price.

This was a follow-up visit with Dr. Moran. Our dog was carefully and gently checked, exam was thorough. Dr. Moran always spends a great deal of time examining, asking questions, and listening to concerns and opinions. She is excellent. Meds were prescribed which we did fill with Allpets. Staff were kind, caring, and voiced they enjoyed our dog which we definitely appreciate.

All went very well. As above, thorough, careful, full exam with clear, understandable instructions.
