    ERIE INSPECTION SERVICE, INC.
We felt that the inspector did a fairly detailed examination. The inspector was able to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction at the time of the inspection. The company also did followup contacts with us and there was no issue with getting ahold of them. However, if you use their service insist that they take a lot of photographs of any issue. Our inspector did not which resulted in some misunderstandings between us and the house sellars with regard to the details of the report. But the company resolved the situation relatively quickly and satisfactorily.

    PNC Bank
They have been good to me. I use the ATM machine down the road, and they don't charge. They will reimburse me if I use another machine. There is a lot of things that they give you. I use their credit card. Trying to build my credit back up. They were good.

    FIFTH THIRD BANK
I like their customer service policies. When I go into the bank , I like the fact that if there's a problem the tellers call me, so they are more than tellers, and they really take care of me. The charges to open a standard check-in account is free. There are no monthly service charges, it's a free check in and It's very well done. I would to use them in the future.

They are very convenient for us. They are very honest. They are very thorough. Their fees are not high. We remortgaged our house there.

    Fifth Third Bank
I love the employees at MY fifth third bank. They take the time to listen to me and while I've not always been with Fifth Third I value my bankers insight and will return to them for business. Keep in mind all branches aren't the same. I've learned the people matter the most not the name of the bank.

Firelands Federal Credit Union - Bucyrus
In the beginning they were the closest so we just used them.  It's been excellent, I think they are one of the best.  We don't have to pay for the service, not even checking.

    Bank Of America
Their credit cards are fine.  It is not the mortgage department but the sub department where you call when you lose your job and call for forbearance.  They just manipulate you.  It is just that office and I would never deal with them again. The person I contacted was David Ramdale. I wasted a lot of time and energy. I am on a pay plan 52 where I have an automatic payment plan for my mortgage.  I set it up 4 years ago and money comes out automatically.  The problem I had is that these people put me in a special category based on a couple of inquiries I made back in the summer when I first got let off from my job.  They decided to do things without my knowledge even though I was paying every week as I was supposed to.  I believe that you can’t sign somebody up for something without their knowledge.  What they did was that they put codes on my account which prevented from automatic payments from going through as supposed to. I began to get these letters in the mail saying my payment was not received and they blamed my bank for it when in fact it was Bank of America who failed to take the money out of my account.  They were awful to deal with and I would never recommend anybody to go through the forbearance process with the Bank of America. It was a terrible experience. David Ramdale is the guy who placed the codes on my account and he continues to place the codes on my account even though I opted out of the program which I didn’t sign up for to begin with. This guy just won’t leave me alone and he is a leach.  I told him to get me out of this program and I would send him checks every month instead of him messing it up. They choose not to get it and they blame my bank for it. I have enough of money there and they just don’t credit it. It is just deceitful.  I am totally unhappy with them and their office. I would recommend avoiding them at all cost.

Friends and Family Credit Union Inc
they allow 4 uses of your pin per month, then charge .50 per use.  Their rate can exceed those of the loan sharks!  The final straw was last Saturday when I went to THEIR ATM and checked my balance.  When I looked online I found they charged me .50 for using my ATM at my own financial facility! I cannot in good faith ever encourage anyone to use them because of their excessive charges.  they are not a true credit union.  I am moving my money into another financial institution that has no pin charges.

    Citi Financial Inc
I received a letter from Citi Financial. They included a check saying you won a contest.  The check is not valid.  When I contacted the person listed on the letter I received, he told me I needed to call his tax agent because I was to pay the taxes on the enclosed check by a Western Union money transfer.  He wanted me to go the very next day to do the Western Union money transfer.  I told him I could not do that until the check cleared and it never did.  They were just trying to get me to pay taxes to Western Union on a check that would never clear.  When I told him I couldn't do that, he tried to bargain with me on the taxes to pay to Western Union.  I told him I did not have this kind of money.  The gentleman I was dealing with kept calling and calling me. I ended up getting charged because the checks bounced since they were invalid.
