    Stark Women's Center
The doctor examined me and we talked about the alternatives. The options other than surgery do not seem appropriate for my condition and that was disappointing; however, it is realistic. The doctor was ready to refer me to another doctor who performs hysterectomies regularly; but I wanted to consider one that was closer to my home.

The PA (Graf) was very good. Took time to talk and examine me. Referred me to another specialists, of which they made the appointments very quickly.

    Cleveland Clinic Wooster Family
I've been using them for 18 years. My mom saw them when I was born. My mom's gynecologist was Cleveland Clinic and they delivered me. They're pretty good. They had a good staff. They get you as soon as they possibly can. They're friendly.

Not sure what you need to know but usually from beginning to finish my time tends to be valued as well.  This office is well staffed.  Phone messages are usually responded to within 24 hours.  It's easy to change an appointment if needed and walk-in hours are provided for specific needs.  I will continue to recommend the services of CIM.

I had numerous appointments here, and all of them went well. The staff is friendly. They recently completed some renovations so the office environment is nice.

    Russell, Dr. Rebecca
She was very competent and took time to answer all of my questions. I'd recently had a baby and she was interested in my delivery with my previous MD and was genuinely concerned with my recovery.

    Mansfield, Brenda
I originally made an appointment with an MD at the Cleveland Clinic Women's Health Group (where I saw Brenda Mansfield), but there was a mistake with the appointment book. I showed up at the appointment time I had booked, and the receptionist told me that it would not be possible to see that doctor until the next month. However, she said she would be able to squeeze me in for an appointment with the nurse practitioner, Brenda Mansfield, a few days later. Aside from this administrative malfunction, I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Brenda. She came in to greet me before beginning the exams, and she was very friendly and professional. She asked if it was okay for a medical student to observe, which I didn't have a problem with, but she made an effort to make sure I was comfortable with it, knew that it was optional, and that the student also introduced herself.  Throughout the appointment, Brenda explained what she was doing and why, and she also told me what health "red flags" to watch out for in between annual exams. She always explained things in a way that was professional, but also understandable (without being condescending--very important!). She also checked up on some other areas of my health, like explaining the new rules for cholesterol tests and making sure I will get checked in 2012. I didn't even feel the pap, and she explained that many doctors use more pressure than necessary (a relief, since that's usually the most uncomfortable part of the exam). She even used a smaller speculum, explaining that she finds the larger ones unnecessary since they only succeed in making the patient uncomfortable. She also walked me through how the office would follow up with me regarding my results. Overall, I thought she really put my comfort as a priority, and she was friendly, open, and professional, plus she made an effort to check up on all areas of my health instead of only myopically  focusing on what she was there to do. I was worried about seeing a CNP instead of an MD, but I would request her for an appointment again.

    Oliverio, Dr. Jon D.
He actually listens to you. He is a down to earth doctor. I just couldn't say enough good things about him. He truly cares about his patients. He is an honest doctor. His staff is friendly and very accommodating.

    Wooster Clinic
One of the worst parts of moving is finding a new doctor. That was not the case this time. It was easy to get an appointment and there was no run-around because I was a new patient to the practice. Dr. Vandevelde has an excellent manner and I never felt as if I were being rushed through the system. She answered all of my questions and provided additional information relating to my concerns. The entire staff was friendly and professional and helped make my appointment a pleasant one.

    Medical Associates-Mid OH
I've been seeing the Medical Associates-Mid OH for over 10 years. My primary doctor there is Dr. Stencel, but you can see any doctor there. All the doctors there are very friendly and professional. It's a good practice. It's a standard doctor's office. It's clean and fairly up to date. The wait is usually not over 10 minutes. They're very punctual.
