    ETC TechSolutions
The process was very easy. When I went in the store they gave me a quote and a few options for the repair. After they took my computer they called me as soon as they identified the issue and let me know my options for removing the virus. They also shared a few monthly plans to prevent viruses and in home repair so I didn't have to disconnect my computer and bring it back in. I highly recommend ETC TechSolutions for computer repair. They also have new and used computer sales too, so if the cost to repair my computer was too high I had even more options and they could transfer all my data so I wouldn't lose anything!

I received fast and professional hard drive recovery services, at an affordable price. Landon even installed all my retrieved information and files on a portable hard drive that I already owned! Landon gave me some very solid and free advice on how to manage and store my files in the future. I am VERY, VERY pleased! Any future PC work that I need done is going to The Computer Guys in Smithville.  Thank you very much Landon!

They really didn't do what they were suppose to do. They played around with some other things but not what was initially discussed.

In Jan. of 2013 I called for him to repair my computer.  Excellent.  No Problems.  In Sept. 2013 I called him because my computer had crashed.  He offered to pick up a computer for me from Staples and I was under the impression that he was going to get other items.  He never informed me that I would be charged for this service before he did it.  I live one mile away and could have picked it up myself.  He charged me $80.00 to do so.  The computer was $629.99, one hour of service @$110.00 an hour plus the $80.00, plus 2.83% because I used my visa card and last but not least tax.  Total was $890.65.  When I asked for the receipt he has refused to give it to me with one excuse after another.  It's not his policy, it has his account numbers on the ticket, per the law he doesn't have to give it to me, would I expect Wal-Mart to give me a copy of what they paid for a computer, and the list goes on. I even told him if his account numbers were on the receipt to black the front and back out and please send it.  I have repeatedly asked for it to no avail.   Per my Visa company he has to give me the receipt in case there were any warranty issues as I would need it.  They will get in touch with him and will get the receipt for me.  The reason I questioned again and again for the receipt was not just the warranty issues but when I went to the Staples store I noticed a sign that said the computer was $549.99 and when I went on line the same price.  Original price was $629.99 and I am wondering if within the allowable 14 day period after he purchased the computer if the sale started and he went back and got the money from the price match, someone suggested maybe he was tax exempt and charged me for the tax that he didn't pay for, sometimes on the receipt you will receive so much off of something in the future and last but not least you can sometimes use your receipt for a rebate.    Visa company's also have a law that businesses cannot charge a percentage fee for using your Visa card but must charge a flat rate.  When I get the receipt I will check all of this and if I find any of the above are true I will pursue other avenues to get my monies returned.

    2 QUICK CLICKS
Terrible service and a fraud in the end!  I took my computer to this business on May 22, 2013 (a Wednesday), because it wouldn't start up.  He took a quick look at it and couldn't diagnose it on the spot.  He  told me he would call me the next day and let me know what he found out.  I didn't hear anything from him on Thursday, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and called him Friday.  He said he hadn't found the problem, and that he would call us with an estimate before he did anything to repair it.  We waited until the following Wednesday to contact him again, and my husband was told that the parts were ordered and would be there in a day or two and that he had already talked to me about it.  This upset me because I had not talked to him - I still had no idea what was even wrong with the computer.  We called back Friday and could not get anything on the phone other than clicking.  The following Monday (June 3rd) my husband paid him a visit to get answers.  We were then told what the problem was (bad motherboard), and asked him about the parts and he stated that he didn't order anything because he couldn't reach us.  Neither my husband nor myself had any missed calls from him at this point.  They are obviously horribly disorganized.  So we were given ballpark estimates on what it would cause to re-work the current motherboard, or get a new or refurbished board.  He hadn't even looked around to find better estimates than "oh they normally run around X dollars".  We went ahead and ordered a refurbished motherboard and he said he should have it in and done by the end of the week.  He did not get it ordered the same day we talked to him, and he decided on his own to only pay for standard shipping to keep the cost down.  I believe that he should have paid for the quickest shipping possible and not charged us shipping due to the time he had our computer.  I got a call from him at approximately 9pm on June 7, and he did not leave a message.  When I called back, all I got was clicking.  We were not able to get ahold of him again until my husband went to visit him again.  He didn't get it until the week of the 10th and didn't have it together until the 14th.  My husband went to the business on the 13th and it was not together, and my husband demanded everything back plus the part so we could take it elsewhere.  He said he would have it together in an hour and he would call us.  We didn't hear back, so my husband met him at the business on Friday morning (June 14).  It was done and we paid about $150 and it took over 3 weeks for something I was told should have taken a week.  Then about a month later I was installing Windows updates to the computer and got a message that my copy of Windows was not genuine.  I called customer service for Microsoft Windows and after being bounced around, I was told that a hacked product key was used in my install of Windows that occurred when 2 Quick Clicks had my computer.  I was then given instructions on how to enter in the original and correct product key that was on a sticker conveniently placed on the bottom of my laptop.  So not only is he terrible at customer service and horribly disorganized, he is a fraud as well, and too lazy to call or look for a product key.  I will NEVER go back and I am telling everyone I know to never go to him.

    The Computer Guys
My cd driver was not working and they did fix that. They said that my computer had a virus and that they would clean it up. They may have I'm not sure but they did use my computer to play a ton of games and downloaded a mess of them. It ran slower than when I brought it in. I don't like that fact that they where playing on my computer lord know what else they did. I will not be going back.
