    Negrich, Dr. Ronald J
I have seen him for a couple of years.  He wasn’t pushy about doing certain things; he gave me options and he was very practical about them.  His staff is very friendly and polite.  They are always very punctual.  I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes.  The treatment seems to be working just fine.  I pay through my insurance; my insurance can be very slow so it has nothing to do with them.

very well - I had issues with scheduling regular shots and could only make it in monthly which is not optimal but was still effective

    Winder, Dr, John A.
He is very thorough. He has had some good suggestions for my husband. We haven't had any bad experiences with him. The overall experience is excellent. We will continue to use this provider.

    Adappa, Dr. Vijay M.
I have been seeing him since 2004. I have been okay with him although there are not too many options in Toledo. I will use him again in the future.

I have been going to him for four years. I am satisfied. I am not externally satisfied with the care. I will stay with him. It is not the doctor. I think it is the treatment I am getting.

    Toledo Clinic Cardiology
You guess he swore that his fancy on site stress test would show very small blockages . Which according to my family doctor is not true. And according to a cardiologist who specializes in imaging. My impression be it right or wrong he is looking for money and I told him so.

    Rafeeq, Dr. M Razi
The staff was friendly, and Dr. Rafeeq met with me in a timely manner. When the appointment began, Dr. Rafeeq met with me briefly to determine the purpose of my visit. During the visit, he asked me several questions, included some questions about breathing issues. When prompted, I told Dr. Rafeeq that I had once been assessed as having some minor asthma issues. At the time, I did not think anything of the question, instead I believed that he was completing some sort of background on my over all health. The testing began, and I was subjected to the normal pin p**** test for various allergens. Once complete, I was taken to a separate room where I was asked to breath into a device to determine my breathing capability. Please keep in mind, that I did not come to see Dr. Rafeeq for any issues involving my breathing. When the testing was complete, Dr. Rafeeq returned to the room to briefly tell me that I had no allergies. When I asked about my experiences with specific foods, he would only reiterate that I had no allergies, except for seasonal allergies. Dr. Rafeeq provided no insight into my skin irritations, and ended our session by abruptly leaving the room. I had several questions for the Doctor, but he provided me with no real opportunity to discuss his results. The real issues began three weeks later when I received his bill. I pay the first $1,000 of my annual medical bills, and Dr. Rafeeq's bill was nearly $700. Included in the itemized billing was a $150 charge for a breathing test that I did not request. I was not prepared for the extreme cost of this visit, and when I called to discuss the bill, the woman I spoke with was less than helpful. I explained that if I had known that the test was so expensive, I would not have made the appointment. Also, I contested their $150 charge for the breathing test. I was told that I should have refused the test, if I did not want to pay for it. I asked about spreading the payments over several months, and was told that if I did not pay in 90 days, I would be sent to collections. I broke the cost of the bill (including the cost of the breathing test) over 3 months and never missed a payment. I made the final payment in fewer than 90s from when I received the bill, and still received notice that my account had been sent to collections. However, the account never appeared on my credit report. I found the overall experience to be frustrating. I paid nearly $700, and learned very little about the reason for my visit. I learned that I have no food allergies, but continue to have severe reactions to various foods. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone .

We waited over an hour for my son's appointment; this office (one doctor--no partners) always runs very late. At the one hour mark, I told my now-antsy eight-year-old we were leaving. (He'd already asked how doctors 'stay in business when they make their customers wait so long'.) We went to the desk, asked when we might expect to see the doctor, and were told, "hopefully in a little bit." At first I returned to the room to allow him 5 more minutes, but decided he'd already had an hour to see us. Driving away, disgusted, I recalled that they request the co-pay up front, so I called the office and had them void the transaction while I waited on the phone. I should note that, initially, while we have always had to wait at this office, my son's allergies were accurately diagnosed here (albeit painfully), but we will not return to this doctor's office.
