    Friendly Ford Lincoln
They were a great dealership. We took the car in. They promised it the next day and it was back on time. Everything worked great on it. Their price was about average.

More work needed to be done than initially thought, but gave discounts to help reduce costs. Called before doing the additional work.

I was satisfied with the work and how quickly it was done. I trust their judgment. When they tell me that work needs to be done, I know that it genuinely needs to be done. They are very honest. They let me know when I can wait on having work done. They don't tack on additional charges. I have a lot of confidence that they're going to tell me the truth.

    Toledo Auto Care
The best automotive service I have ever received.  My 2003 Mazda 6 hadn't been into the shop for repair in awhile and was starting to make some grinding and squeaking noises.  Took the car to Toledo Auto Care to have the noises looked at and to have an overall check of the car to see if there were any other problems.  As I had expected the struts and the CV axles needed to be replaced.  The brakes have not been replaced since I bought the car, so that wasn't a surprise either.  The service was quick and well priced for the service that was done.  The shop also was very good on communication and letting me know how much and when my car would be done.  The final price ended up being about $50 less than the quoted price which was a nice surprise. My car now drives and brakes like it did when I first purchased it.  I will definitely be taking any future vehicles to this shop. Highly recommended.

    BEST Transmission and Auto Repair
They did such a great job for me. They were so kind.Their responsiveness was fantastic. The day I went to them they said they only had half of the amount of special transmission fluid they needed so I could either go back later that day or the next morning. The next morning when I went to them, they were already waiting for me.

    EARL BROS
I bought a 2001 Subaru Outback from Yark for my daughter's 16th birthday and two weeks after she started driving it the car was making what my daughter called a "spaceship" noise. I took it back to Yark and they said the transmission needed to be replaced and quoted me $3500 for a used transmission or $4000 for a new one. So, I took the car to Earl Bros. for a second opinion. Jeff Booth, the manager at the Secor Road location, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He was very thorough in his explanation of what they were going to do to figure out what was wrong with the transmission and what it was going to take to fix it and the cost to fix it was at the low-end of his estimate. I had such a good experience with Earl Bros. and such faith in the work they did on my daughter's car that I took my own car back to them to have all of its service maintenance done. They are really about performing great work at a reasonable price and building a lifetime relationship.

SCAMMERS! HUSTLERS! SWINDLERS! DISHONEST! DISRESPECTFUL! Take your car to honest people who care and this place is not it! I took my car in to get whatever was going on fixed, paid for the highest diagnostic package, to know why my tires kept losing pressure, I wanted new tires and to get the car ready for winter so I didn't have issues with it in inclement weather. There's signs all over saying they do visual inspections... get expensive repairs made, paid in full. Leave and get pulled over for an out tail light!!!!! Nowhere did they tell me it was out bc they only half *** checked my car and "fixed" it with parts they charge multiple times their cost for. It never drove right after that and when they texted me the day after I told them it wasn't right but they didn't care, did nothing. Mere weeks later my serpentine belt breaks and they said oh well we said it was worn, so now apparently they expect $1,600 for repairs. Curtis on Monroe is rude and doesn't have common courtesy enough to not interrupt others while they're answering the question he just asked continuously cut me off while I was talking despite repeated attempts of him to stop and let me answer his question and to please stop talking over me and cutting me off while I'm politely and calmly, and eight feet from him try to answer the question he keeps asking bc he can't listen while he's talking over me. He calls himself the business's "partner" but I sure feel bad for whomever invested in this business only to have a condescending, lack of basic communication or respect having miserable man Curtis drive customers money away.

Overall, I will make this quick.  They had my car over a month, could not fix the problem, and everytime I talked to them the price changed.  What a joke.  Overall, would never take my car over there even for an oil change.  The only positive note is that the transmission does work, but I was charged too much.  I know transmissions cost money but they could never give me a solid price, and when I wanted to take it some where else, they said I would have to owe them all this money, but they didn't fix anything, so I felt stuck and had to wait and see what they could do.  Every week I was calling to see where they were at and ever week the price was changing.  If they could fix the car, then tell me and I will take it some where else.  STAY AWAY!!!
