    The food was wonderful. The salads were unique, flavorful and full of fresh vegetables. The tuna pasta salad was especially nice. The sandwiches were good, also, with fresh bread and a nice quantity of meat and cheese. I would use them again for catering needs.

    It is where we go for any family gatherings.  We were last there for my daughter's graduation. You can order family style, it's economical.  I think they only do buffets for special occasions - like the Chinese New Year.

    ***Edit; In addition to the **** service I believe my mom was ripped off! There is a deposit of $50 on the receipt that was supposed to be returned when we returned the cake plates today. This woman told us that she never charged us the deposit. Bull! However $100 dollars was paid in cash and the rest on a card so unfortunately this woman is going to make off with the $50 she was supposed to return! Please no not give your business to this vile woman! Completley unprofessional, rude, disgusting customer service and did not give us what we paid for. My mothers wedding was last friday July 14th, her colors were yellow and purple. We ordered from Connie's Celebrations on 6195 Lewis Ave, Toledo, Ohio 43612. We ordered a yellow and purple frosted cake, ( The flowers are my mothers, We had to put them on ourselves, you can plainly see the wedding colors) this light BLUE and yellow cake is what was delivered, it was also put together like crap, its completely off center and was leaning (We paid extra for it to be delivered and put together at the site of the wedding) The woman who delivered the cake, which i can only assume was Connie because she said she was in charge when we went in today, she was extreamly rude to my sister when she arrived to put the cake together. She hastily threw the cake together and took off without making sure her work was good. That day was stressful enough so we decided to deal with it on Tuesday (Today) and see what could be done about the ****** service. At the very least my mother deserved the delivery and set up fee back because if we wanted a cake thrown together crooked i could have picked it up myself and put it together for free. Now when we arrived at Connie's Celebrations i was very polite and explained that the color was wrong and what happened with the delivery and asked for the delivery charge to be returned, Connie acused us of lieing and told us, quote, "Thats not gonna happen." Now i admit im ****** at this point so i absolutely got a bad attitude with her. I told her that if my mom wanted a half assed put together cake she could have had me do it free of charge. Connie then said "Well at first you guys were going to pick it up yourselves." ummm ok and Connie?? We chose not to and paid YOU to do it! Like the fact that originally we were going to pick it up matters! It doesn't, we paid you to do it! I showed her the picture of the crooked cake and she agrees that it is in fact crooked but says that its not her fault because the person that put the stakes into the cake made them off center........ummmm ok thats your god **** employee right??....still your fault and the cake should not have been brought to us like that. you would have to be an idiot not to notice how off the stakes were. However she says that she'll give us the delivery fee back. So we move onto how she's going to make up for giving us the wrong color. She then said that the cake was purple when she dropped it off, *** like somehow we changed the color or something?!! I told her that the cake was absolutely blue and then showed her the pictures i took (which are clearly light blue as you can see) she then said something like "well it must have been the heat that changed the color" this picture was taken not 5 minutes after she left! She told me that we can come back when her cake decorator was there so she could show us that the icing she used was purple, i said ok maybe we will and lets take some of it outside and you can prove to us that it changes color in the heat. She says " Im not gonna do that" Of course you won't Connie becuase that would prove us right and make you look like a freaking idiot! She then still denied that it was ever even blue! So which is it? Was it purple when you left it and never blue, or did the "heat" turn it blue 5 minutes after you left, Connie?? This conversation turned very heated and she told us that she was in fact not going to return the delivery charge......And here we are. Do not give your business to this nasty woman!

    The service and delivery girl called me 5 minutes before she was to have all set up to serve to tell me she was going to be late. She arrived in the driveway .5 hour before the ceremony and the food was not even set out yet. I paced for that whole hour that they were late and it ruined my time with daughter and family before her nuptials. They didn't even tell me an ETA, just on the way. It took me three days to calm down and call the owner. They said a refund check to be mailed for their poor service. Sunday they mailed a check for an undisclosed amount and I have nothing one week later. They are wedding ruiners, not planners. When the girl called, she was still in Norwalk. I took her the whole 50 minutes to get to Fremont. I had called to confirm everything was on time and a go with no problems the night before and they said I worry too much. Justified! I have 50 witnesses to back this statement up, just in case needed. I know those persons will not depend on these caterers for an event, as not I ever again. Too bad, the food was decent. Additionally, I was charged $50 (late) delivery fee, a servers fee of $30 for 4 hours= $120 ( she was only there 3), and called me to the door as she left, so i presumed that she wanted her $50 tip. Later I found out that my friends and family members set up the food as she brought it Into the kitchen 1.25 hours late. I wanted the food set up and ready by 11 Am. Set up was not until 12:10. 50-60 people had 20 minutes to eat before going outside for the wedding ceremony. The earring in her nose got her no respect either. The owners said that they were waiting to hear from me and were sorry, but they have not refunded my service fees yet, stating check is in the mail.
