    It went fantastic !! Not only were Nick & Colin timely, they were quick and efficient. In a matter of 2 1/2 hours I was in my new home and my storage unit was filled. They were mindful of my possessions, covering all furniture and being careful with everything. And as far as the younger generation, these young men were absolutely respectful and sweet as can be. Will most definitely use them again and highly recommend this company. I read their other reviews and it���s what prompted me to hire them. : )

    The drivers were very prompt, courteous, and professional. Kept us all dry escorting everyone with umbrellas on rainy days. Very professional and the price was so much better than 3 or 4 companies I called before them. I don't understand any bad reviews I've seen on this company. I have never had a complaint and if there ever was an issue, the owner Steve was more the cooperative in resolving the matter for us. One time there was an issue with a smaller limo needing service and I was upgraded to a much bigger Excursion at no extra hassle to me. I have and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family in need of any type of limousine services.

    Michael did a great job with customer service when it came to giving me quotes and details, as well as recommending the right limo bus for us.  The driver was extremely friendly and courteous, would definitely recommend A-1 Mr. Limo.

    TERRIBLE. Worst Limo service I have EVER had in my life.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone use them at all.

    In addition to requesting and paying for a private service and getting a shared one, my home was on the way for the other person...and they charged us BOTH a FULL fare! 

    The driver called me FOUR times in the airport, essentially rushing me to get my bags and get out there...NOW I know why, because this other person had been waiting for over 30 minutes!!  This is unethical!

    I am calling the Better Business Bureau and notifying as much as the public as possible via the internet and social media.  They are not an Angie's List service provider...I am filling this report out to give all members a heads up on this service.  Consider yourself warned!

    Both drivers showed up slightly early, which worked out well. The drivers were extremely courteous. Everyone in the office that I talked to be phone is also polite, professional and friendly. Only two issues: I requested just a regular car to take me to the hospital, and a van to bring me home since I was having abdominal surgery and thought it would be difficult to get into an auto. But they reversed that. The larger issue is as follows: the fee was $62.50 each way, to be paid in cash per the company's instructions. I gave each driver an envelope containing the cash at the time of service. The first driver wrote me a receipt on the back of an envelope; the second driver said she couldn't give me a receipt. To this day--seven months later--I'm still getting invoices for $125 over 90 days past due. I've phoned the company but the owner did not return my call as promised. This continued annoyance is why I cannot give them a top overall rating.

    All Seasons RV Center
    It went fairly well. The damage was identified by All Seasons personnel, I was not aware of it so the repairs were unplanned. Because the repairs were substantial, it took some time for them to be scheduled and completed. This was a little frustrating because the delay meant that my RV was not ready to be sold during the RV Show in January, resulting in a prime selling opportunity lost.
    But overall they did what they said they would do. The repairs were completed for the estimated amount and the quality of the repairs was very good.

    Set everything up via phone. Faxed itinerary and called to confirm itinerary was rec'd. Day of service, limo driver rec'd only first address. One of the locations was the falls in Chagrin Falls. Driver didn't know how to get out there nor to the school where the prom was being held. Driver had to follow us the whole night. When I set up the appt, I also gave my credit card number so nothing had to be handled by the kids. Shima set my account up as and quot;collect at end of serviceand quot;. Driver had to then call in and let them know my credit card was already on file and they should have already taken the deposit. I called Shima a few days later with my issues and the person refused to apologize or take any blame saying the itinerary was never rec'd b/c it would have been in the system. So either the person I spoke to and confirmed lied to me or they lost the itinerary. I did not appreciate the Customer Service rep arguing with me about each issue we had. This should have gone smooth with no worries for the kids and this did not happen. I am very disappointed in Shima. The driver himself was very nice and showed me all info given to him by Shima - which was just a starting address, no itinerary. I have no issues with the driver himself as it was Shima's responsibility to forward all information to the driver ahead of time so he was properly prepared.

    Amazing Airport Transportation
    They called me the night before to confirm the pickup time. The person who made the appointment was friendly and professional. The driver arrived about 8 minutes early. He was also very friendly and professional. The care was nice and clean. Thank you for getting our vacation off to a great start.

    Expedia Inc
    The 'Rewards' tab on the Expedia web site defines how points are earned at 3 points/$1. spent for packages that include a flight/hotel/car. My reward points did not increase after I added the car to my package. The Expedia agent informed me that points are time sensitive and are only earned at the time the package is originally booked, any other travel segments added do not change the points for the package.

    The time requirement to earn 'rewards points' the Expedia agent told me is NOT anywhere on the Expedia web site.
    The time requirement was not mentioned to me by the Expedia agent who originally booked my package. Expedia promotes the Rewards Points as a reward for booking multiple travel segments through them. The rewards are valuable for future travel.
    Expedia is DECEPTIVE to not publish on their web site or explain by an agent who books your trip that this value only occurs if all travel segments are booked at the same time.

    I sent an email via the 'itinerary assistance email form'. The response I received did not answer my question but only restated the time requirement which is not in print. I emailed a reply to that but did not receive an answer. I called Expedia to speak to Customer service as they promise a response within 24 hours and it had been 5 days. Customer service said they would resubmit my question to their corporate level. I have not heard a response in a week. I canceled my car reservation with them and I called to cancel the hotel portion of my trip which an agent told me I could do since I had not paid in full yet. After I confirmed the same hotel directly I called back Expedia to cancel my hotel and was told it would cancel my entire package.

    Expedia is Deceptive and Disorganized. It appears they change their policy on a whim and their web site is NOT accurate.

    The driver was on time and very well dressed. There was ample space for beer and champagne, and the AC/CD/radio all worked. The driver came with directions/knowledge of our locations, and overall did a very nice job. My only complaint is the shocks on the bus (Bus #19) were not very good. Our beer and champagne were bubbling out of the cans/glasses and spilling while we were driving.
